Abstract

Abstract. Matahari Songket Bali is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) that produces and sells traditional Balinese songket fabric with beautiful motifs and high quality. The problems faced include manual payment processes, order tracking through employees, and operational data recording in written form. The solution to these issues is to build a web-based sales information system. A website platform was chosen due to its quick and easy access. This system is developed using the Waterfall method with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The main features of the website include product information, online payments, order tracking, and digital operational data management. The research results show that this information system was successfully built and helped Matahari Songket Bali in online sales, data management, and as a branding platform. This website facilitates sales processes, tracking, and data management while strengthening the company's identity. Matahari Songket Bali adalah UMKM yang memproduksi dan menjual kain songket tradisional khas Bali dengan motif indah dan kualitas tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi proses pembayaran manual, pelacakan pesanan melalui karyawan, dan pencatatan data operasional secara tertulis. Solusi dari permasalahan adalah membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis website. Platform website dipilih karena akses yang cepat dan mudah. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Fitur utama website meliputi informasi produk, pembayaran online, pelacakan pesanan, dan manajemen data operasional digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini berhasil dibangun dan membantu Matahari Songket Bali dalam penjualan online, manajemen data, serta sebagai platform branding. Website ini memudahkan proses penjualan, pelacakan, dan pengelolaan data, sekaligus memperkuat identitas perusahaan. Abstract

Abstract. Management of rental residential property businesses often faces various obstacles in monitoring the rental status of rooms, preparing accurate and structured financial reports, and dealing with limitations in rental payment processes and record-keeping. This complexity increases when owners need to manage multiple properties simultaneously without the support of an integrated system. Therefore, a rental housing management system that can centrally manage data is required. This study aims to build a rental housing management website. The system is designed using a Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) approach to support rapid, continuous development while minimizing effort and errors during testing. In addition, Docker container technology is used to ensure environmental consistency across all stages of development, testing, and system deployment. The results of the study show that the system developed can help owners and managers of rental housing monitor and manage all properties in a centralized manner. Pengelolaan bisnis properti hunian sewa sering kali menghadapi berbagai kendala memantau status sewa hunian kamar, penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan terstruktur, serta keterbatasan proses dan pencatatan pembayaran hunian sewa. Kompleksitas tersebut semakin meningkat ketika pemilik perlu mengelola beberapa properti secara bersamaan tanpa dukungan sistem yang terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem manajemen hunian sewa yang mampu mengelola data secara terpusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah website manajemen hunian sewa. Sistem dirancang dengan menerapkan pendekatan Continuous Integration dan Continuous Delivery (CI/CDE) guna mendukung proses pengembangan yang berkelanjutan secara cepat, serta meminimalisir effort dan kesalahan pada saat pengujian. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi Docker Container diterapkan untuk menjamin konsistensi lingkungan pada seluruh tahapan pengembangan, pengujian, hingga penerapan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pemilik dan pengelola hunian sewa memantau dan mengelola seluruh properti secara terpusat. Abstract

Abstrak. Kalibrasi ulang pada alat ukur perlu dilakukan secara rutin. Politeknik XYZ selalu melakukan kalibrasi ulang pada setiap alat ukur setidaknya sekali dalam setahun. Saat ini, interval kalibrasi pada setiap alat ukur belum dikelola dengan baik oleh laboratorium sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan pada hasil pengukuran karena kalibrasi ulang tidak dilakukan pada tenggat yang seharusnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem manajemen kalibrasi untuk dapat mengelola data kalibrasi serta penggunaan pada setiap alat ukur. Sistem ini dibuat berbasis website. Sistem dapat mengelola alat ukur, memproses kalibrasi internal, memproses kalibrasi eksternal, memberikan reminder, generate sertifikat kalibrasi, memproses peminjaman alat ukur dengan fitur scan kartu mahasiswa, dan mengelola laporan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Laravel dan React. Database yang digunakan adalah mySQL. Pengujian pada pengguna menggunakan metode SUS memberikan skor baik yaitu 83,75. Pengguna juga menyetujui bahwa sistem ini membantu manajemen kalibrasi supaya terkelola secara efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: kalibrasi, manajemen, alat ukur, website Abstract. Recalibration of measuring instruments needs to be done regularly. Polytechnic XYZ always recalibrates each measuring instrument at least once a year. Currently, the calibration intervals on each measuring instrument are not well managed by the laboratory, which allows for errors in measurement results because recalibration is not carried out on time. Therefore, a calibration management system is needed to be able to manage calibration data and the use of each measuring instrument. This system is made based on a website. The system can manage measuring instruments, process internal calibrations, process external calibrations, provide reminders, generate calibration certificates, process measuring instrument loans with the student card scanning feature, and manage reports. This system is built using Laravel and React. The database used is MySQL. User testing using the SUS method gave a good score of 83.75. Users also agree that this system helps calibration management to be managed effectively and efficiently.Keyword: calibration, management, measuring instruments, website

Abstract

Kantor Sistem Informasi Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta merupakan unit pendukung universitas dengan tujuan untuk mendukung tugas manajemen sistem informasi dalam ruang lingkup Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Kantor Sistem Informasi memiliki sebuah sistem pengelolaan presensi mahasiswa yang belum terintegrasi dengan MBKM sehingga kurang sesuai dengan tujuan sistem, dan teknologi yang kurang mendukung proses pengembangan di masa depan. Sistem pengelolaan presensi mahasiswa pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dosen atau pengguna lain dalam mengakses kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan mahasiswa. Terdapat tiga jalan yang dapat digunakan dalam proses manajemen kehadiran mahasiswa. Jalan tersebut antara lain jenis manipulasi secara manual, berkas Teams, atau Moodle. Fungsi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dosen dalam memasukkan kehadiran mahasiswa, terutama dalam pertemuan secara online. Sistem ini juga mendukung manipulasi pertemuan kelas, yang meliputi pertemuan pengganti dan materi pertemuan. Fitur yang disediakan diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengelolaan presensi mahasiswa Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta.   Information Systems Office of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University is a supporting unit of the university with the sole purpose for assisting and managing numerous other information systems in Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. The office currently has a student management system that has not yet integrated with MBKM program, therefore it does not align with the system’s intended purpose for the university and lacks foundation or support for future development. The student management system in this study helps to correct said problems. This system aims to help lecturers managing student-related activities. There are three viable ways to record student’s attendance: manual entry, imported attendance file from Microsoft Teams, or attendance file from Moodle. This feature designed to simplify the recording process of student’s attendance especially during online classes. Furthermore, this system could also manage class meetings, which consists of substitute classes and learning materials. The provided functionalities are expected to meet the needs of student’s attendance management at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University.

Abstract

School for children with special needs was established to assist the community in educating and supporting children with special needs. Operational difficulties in this institution are caused by operational data which still recorded manually. Another problem faced is the difficulty in maintaining data integrity due to data loss. Based on the issues above, a web-based information system (SIUNIK) was developed for the staff of Uniq Kids Nusantara to assist in the institution’s operational processes. It was developed using the PHP frameworks: Laravel and Filament; and SQLite database. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the SIUNIK information system was successfully developed. This system can assist the institution’s operations. Based on system testing, an average effectiveness score of 4.63 was achieved. From the testing results, it can be concluded that this information system can support both the operational processes and data integrity of Uniq Kidz Nusantara.   Sekolah untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus didirikan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendidik dan mendukung anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kendala operasional di lembaga ini disebabkan oleh data operasional yang masih tercatat secara manual. Masalah lain yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam menjaga integritas data karena kehilangan data. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, sistem informasi berbasis web (SIUNIK) dikembangkan untuk staf Uniq Kids Nusantara untuk membantu proses operasional lembaga. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja PHP: Laravel dan Filament; dan basis data SQLite. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi SIUNIK berhasil dikembangkan. Sistem ini dapat membantu operasional lembaga. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem, skor efektivitas rata-rata sebesar 4,63 dicapai. Dari hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat mendukung proses operasional dan integritas data Uniq Kidz Nusantara.

Abstract

The social media platform X is often misused, one example being the creation of fake accounts operated by bots. To address this issue, various machine learning models have been developed to detect bot accounts, particularly Random Forest, XGBoost, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). This study aims to compare the performance of these three models in predicting bot accounts on social media platform X and to determine the best model based on the f1-score. In addition, this research applies three hyperparameter tuning methods, namely grid search, random search, and Bayesian optimization. The results show that the XGBoost model with Bayesian optimization achieves the best performance. However, its performance decreases when applied to imbalanced datasets.   Penggunaan media sosial X seringkali disalahgunakan, salah satunya dengan membuat akun palsu yang dijalankan oleh bot. Saat ini, telah banyak dikembangkan sistem untuk mendeteksi akun bot pada media sosial X dengan memanfaatkan model machine learning, khususnya algoritma Random Forest, XGBoost, dan SVM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa dari ketiga model tersebut dalam memprediksi akun bot pada media sosial X dan menentukan model terbaik berdasarkan nilai f1-score. Pada penelitian ini juga dikembangkan penggunaan hyperparameter tuning grid search, random search, dan Bayesian optimization. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik untuk prediksi akun bot pada media sosial X adalah XGBoost dengan hyperparameter tuning Bayesian optimization. Namun, model ini mengalami penurunan performa ketika digunakan untuk memprediksi akun bot pada data yang tidak seimbang.

Abstract

The tourism sector in Bali continues to grow, but Bali Travel Ride still faces challenges in managing bookings and finances due to manual systems. To address this, a microservices-based website was developed to integrate travel package and car rental booking services, simplifying business operations. This research includes literature study, system architecture design, and system development using Next.js on the front-end and Nest.js on the back-end, with payment integration through a Payment Gateway. The deployment process utilizes Docker, Nginx as a load balancer, and Cloudflare Tunnel for public access. The results of Black Box testing show that all features function according to specifications. The implementation of the microservices architecture has proven to enhance flexibility and scalability, allowing each service to be developed independently without affecting others, while simplifying the management of bookings, payments, and financial reports.   Sektor pariwisata Bali terus berkembang, namun Bali Travel Ride masih terkendala dalam pengelolaan pemesanan dan keuangan karena sistem manual. Untuk mengatasinya, dikembangkan website berbasis microservices yang mengintegrasikan layanan pemesanan paket travel dan sewa mobil agar mempermudah operasional bisnis. Penelitian ini mencakup studi literatur, perancangan arsitektur, serta pengembangan sistem menggunakan Next.js di front-end dan Nest.js di back-end dengan pembayaran menggunakan Payment Gateway. Abstract

In the digital era, information systems are vital for business operations. Monggo Sport Store, which still uses manual records (books and spreadsheets), experiences data errors and transaction delays. This research developed a web-based Information System (using PIECES aspects) for real-time stock and transaction management. This system has features for stock recording, sales transactions, employee management, and financial reports. The system's success is proven in the performance aspect (Performance), reducing stock update time from 37 minutes 30 seconds in the manual system to only 1 minute 23 seconds, and data search time from 2 minutes 45 seconds to 45 seconds. Overall, the system improves the efficiency of stock checking and transaction digitization (Eficiency & Economy), data access control (Control), and Information validity (Information). The information system is able to simplify stock management, transaction recording, and improve the accuracy of service to customers (Service).   Dalam era digital, sistem informasi vital bagi operasional bisnis. Toko Monggo Sport yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual (buku dan spreadsheet), mengalami kesalahan data dan keterlambatan transaksi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Informasi berbasis web (menggunakan aspek PIECES) untuk pengelolaan stok dan transaksi secara real-time. Sistem ini memiliki fitur pencatatan stok, transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan karyawan, dan laporan keuangan. Keberhasilan sistem terbukti pada aspek kinerja (Performance), memangkas waktu pembaruan stok dari 37 menit 30 detik pada sistem manual menjadi hanya 1 menit 23 detik, serta waktu pencarian data dari 2 menit 45 detik menjadi 45 detik. Secara keseluruhan, sistem meningkatkan aspek efisiensi pengecekan stok dan digitalisasi transaksi (Eficiency & Economy), kontrol akses data (Control), dan validitas Informasi (Information). Sistem informasi mampu mempermudah pengelolaan stok, pencatatan transaksi, serta meningkatkan ketepatan layanan kepada pelanggan (Service).

Abstract

Opak Kopi Cafe faced operational challenges due to manual systems, such as paper-based order recording and direct message reservations to the owner, as well as the lack of performance reporting. In response, a website-based Point of Sale (POS) system was developed to streamline business processes. Its key features include online ordering and reservations for customers, order management by cashiers, and a dashboard and performance reporting for the owner, with Midtrans payment integration. The system, built using React Typescript, Express Typescript, and MySQL, proved successful. Functional and user testing results indicated that the website functioned well, making it easier for customers to order and reserve, while also helping the owner effectively monitor the cafe's performance. Kafe Opak Kopi menghadapi kendala operasional akibat sistem manual, seperti pencatatan pesanan di kertas dan reservasi melalui pesan langsung ke pemilik, serta ketiadaan laporan kinerja. Menanggapi hal ini, sebuah sistem Point of Sale (POS) berbasis website dikembangkan untuk mempermudah proses bisnis. Fitur utamanya mencakup pemesanan dan reservasi online bagi pelanggan, pengelolaan pesanan oleh kasir, serta dashboard dan laporan kinerja untuk pemilik, dengan integrasi pembayaran Midtrans. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan React Typescript, Express Typescript, dan MySQL ini terbukti berhasil. Hasil pengujian fungsional dan pengguna menunjukkan bahwa website telah berfungsi baik, mempermudah pelanggan dalam memesan dan reservasi, sekaligus membantu pemilik memantau kinerja kafe secara efektif.
