Asskruie: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal yang bertaraf nasional yang memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Ruang lingkup bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi pelatihan, pemasaran, keamanan pangan lokal, pembinaan masyarakat, pendampingan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat, Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), desain, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, daerah terluar, terpencil & tertinggal, daerah kurang berkembang, dan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berisi berbagai kegiatan penanganan dan pengelolaan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut disusun dalam suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

  Abstrak Kegiatan Idul Adha merupakan salah satu momen penting dalam syiar Islam yang perlu dikelola secara baik dan sesuai syariat. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dalam tata cara pelaksanaan takbir keliling, sholat Id, penyembelihan hewan qurban, dan pembagian daging secara adil dan inklusif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi warga Perumahan Nilagraha Desa Gonilan Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam pelaksanaan Idul Adha 1446 Hijriah agar sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan teknis, observasi, dan evaluasi langsung di lapangan. Tim dosen dari Universitas Surakarta dan ITB AAS Indonesia memberikan pendampingan dalam aspek syariat takbir keliling, tata cara sholat Id, penyembelihan hewan qurban, serta pendistribusian daging qurban kepada masyarakat, termasuk kaum dhuafa dan nonmuslim. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman warga dalam melaksanakan Idul Adha secara syar’i, meningkatnya partisipasi anak-anak dalam takbir keliling yang tertib dan edukatif, sholat Id, penyembelihan hewan qurban, serta terbentuknya sistem distribusi qurban yang lebih merata dan humanis. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat nilai-nilai solidaritas dan keberagaman di lingkungan perumahan. Kata Kunci: pengabdian masyarakat, Idul Adha, syariat Islam, qurban, Nilagraha

Abstract

Program Optimalisasi Layanan Publik Desa Bubode melalui Digitalisasi Administrasi Desa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas layanan publik melalui penerapan sistem administrasi berbasis digital. Dengan sistem ini, pengelolaan data penduduk, surat-menyurat, dan pelaporan desa dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur, sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara efektif. Kegiatan dimulai dengan analisis situasi menggunakan metode SWOT untuk memahami potensi dan tantangan, diikuti dengan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat serta pelatihan teknis untuk aparat desa. Tahapan ini memastikan kesiapan seluruh pihak dalam mengoperasikan dan memanfaatkan sistem digital. Implementasi sistem akan didampingi dengan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Luaran yang diharapkan meliputi sistem administrasi digital yang berfungsi optimal, peningkatan kompetensi aparatur desa, serta layanan publik yang lebih transparan dan efisien. Selain itu, publikasi ilmiah direncanakan untuk mendokumentasikan hasil dan memberikan referensi bagi desa lain. Keberlanjutan program akan didukung melalui pelatihan lanjutan, penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, dan pengalokasian anggaran khusus dalam APBDes. Dengan pendekatan ini, Desa Bubode diharapkan menjadi model desa percontohan dalam penerapan digitalisasi administrasi yang mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang modern, adaptif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

EMIS 4.0 represents an innovative framework that integrates cutting-edge information technology with educational management systems. Within the EMIS 4.0 framework, data and information pertaining to educational services, including Islamic religious universities, madrasahs, Islamic boarding schools, as well as student, teacher, and educational facility data, are systematically collected, managed, and analyzed using advanced information and communication technology. This study employs qualitative research methods, encompassing observation, interviews, and documentation. The program is structured in two phases, involving EMIS operators, the Head of the TPQ, and the educators at Nurul Huda TPQ. The initial phase involves program socialization at the residence of the TPQ Head and the Nurul Huda TPQ operators, aiming to identify challenges associated with data entry into EMIS. The subsequent phase comprises joint training sessions for operators, teachers, and the Head of Nurul Huda TPQ, with the objective of ensuring that EMIS operators can efficiently input data into the EMIS application. Challenges identified during the EMIS socialization activities included insufficient media resources, slow internet connectivity, operators' unfamiliarity with laptop usage, and the lack of standardized technical guidelines at the TPQ level. The training effectively enhanced operators' comprehension of the significance of digital data collection, illustrating that practical, hands-on experience is more efficacious than theoretical instruction or lectures alone..

Abstract

Sindupaten Village is an administrative area located in Kertek District, Wonosobo Regency, which faces challenges in its navigation system due to the lack of directional signboards. This condition causes difficulties for visitors, public service officers, and delivery couriers in locating specific addresses. The absence of adequate wayfinding infrastructure also reduces mobility efficiency and weakens the village’s spatial identity. The Plangisasi Dusun (Village Signboard Installation) program aims to strengthen spatial identity, improve accessibility, and enhance the organization of public spaces in Sindupaten Village. This community service project employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving local residents in the planning, design, and installation processes. Strategic signboard placement points were determined using movement network theory to identify the main routes of community and visitor movement. The results show a significant improvement in address search efficiency, with the average search time reduced by approximately 40%. In addition, residents reported a stronger sense of belonging toward their village environment. The initiative also increased community awareness of the importance of informative and collaborative spatial design in supporting local public services. Therefore, the Plangisasi Dusun program has proven effective in enhancing social connectivity, strengthening local identity, and promoting sustainable village development through participatory engagement.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a paradigm shift in education, demanding the integration of technology-based learning and the strengthening of 21st-century skills. However, the reality at Yayasan Pesantren Bina Mandiri Al Qodiriyah Srono Banyuwangi reveals limitations among teachers in utilizing digital media, a lack of learning innovation, and the absence of educational game integration in the teaching process. Based on these needs, this community service program aims to enhance teachers’ capacity through training and mentoring on the use of the Gimkit and Quizwhizzer applications. The program employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving teachers in all stages—problem identification, solution planning, implementation, and reflection. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in teachers’ skills in using interactive learning media, the establishment of a digital learning community, and increased student engagement and motivation. These positive changes are evident not only in technical aspects but also in the teachers’ transformational awareness of the importance of innovative technology-based learning. The findings affirm that digital learning transformation within pesantren environments is highly achievable when accompanied by a collaborative approach, continuous mentoring, and adequate institutional support

Abstract

This community service project was conducted through the Community Service Program (KKN) of the Sunan Doe Institute of Islamic Studies in Tetebatu Selatan Village, aiming to empower local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through innovation and digitalization. The program implemented the One Village One Product (OVOP) model as a strategy to strengthen local entrepreneurship and promote sustainable economic development. Using a participatory approach, the project involved direct field observations, interviews, and door-to-door mentoring to identify problems faced by local entrepreneurs, including limited access to production materials, inadequate packaging, and weak digital marketing skills. The program introduced several interventions such as innovative product packaging, training in digital payment systems (QRIS), and social media marketing to enhance business visibility. A notable outcome was the creation of a new local product Brewed Coffee combining traditional coffee and palm sugar. The project succeeded in increasing community engagement, product attractiveness, and market accessibility while fostering student learning through practical community involvement. However, several challenges remained, including inconsistent production schedules and limited resources. Overall, the OVOP-based innovation and digitalization approach demonstrated strong potential for advancing rural entrepreneurship and promoting inclusive economic sustainability in tourist villages.
