Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by decreased insulin production or effectively produced insulin resistance. Insulin is a hormone to regulate blood sugar levels. With the development of the era of many food choices and unhealthy lifestyles spread throughout the community, this has led to an increase in the number of degenerative diseases and type 2 diabetes is one of the degenerative diseases. This study was to determine the correlation between HbA1c values and creatinine levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. This study used a quantitative method with a correlative analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects in the study were 48 patients. The instrument used was medical record data. The results of statistical analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed a p-value of 0.021 (p-value <0.05) which means that there was a significant correlation with the strength of a moderate positive correlation between HbA1c values and creatinine levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Pertamina Bintang Hospital Amin Bandar Lampung in 2019. There is a correlation between HbA1c values and creatinine levels in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2019.

Workers are one of the factors that influence production, in addition to other factors that support the production process such as skills, time and capital. Workers are the same as the general public who have the right to obtain equality of basic rights, one of which is the right to a healthy life. The diversity of labor nutrition problems is a challenge that must be faced and controlled optimally. The existence of work nutrition is important because the nutritional status will represent the physical quality and immunity of workers, as a component of builders and energy input when the body feels tired due to work, and can increase motivation or enthusiasm for work which will determine work productivity. Research conducted concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status and fatigue on labor productivity. Therefore optimal regulation of nutritional status by minimizing work fatigue is needed to achieve optimal productivity. Arrangement of working hours, organizing meals, availability of drinking water and sports facilities can be an option to monitor the nutritional status of workers and avoid fatigue as factors that affect productivity.

Thalassemia is a disease of hemolytic anemia characterized by abnormalities in globin chain synthesis. Continuous transfusion in patients with thalassemia can cause iron buildup or accumulation of iron so that ferritin levels increase in the body, especially in the liver, heart, and endocrine organs. Problems in the endocrine glands and the condition of anemia can interfere with the growth of children, causing a decrease in appetite and cause a lack of nutrition into the body. The purpose of the research is to know the correlation between ferritin levels with nutritional status in Thalassemia patients β Major children. This research uses an analytic observational method with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects in the study were 60 patients. The instrument used was medical record data. The results of statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a p-value of 0.02 (p-value <0.05) which means that there is a relationship between ferritin levels and nutritional status in Thalassemia patients β Major children in Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandar Lampung Year 2019. There is a correlation between ferritin levels with nutritional status in patients with Thalassemia β Major children at Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2019.

The problem of short children (stunting) is one of the nutritional problems that are the focus of the Government of Indonesia, Stunting is nutritional status based on the PB / U or TB / U index wherein anthropometric standards for assessing children's nutritional status, the measurement results are at the threshold (Z -Score) <-2 SD to -3 SD (short) and <-3 SD (very short). Stunting that has occurred if not balanced with catch-up growth results in decreased growth, stunting problems are a public health problem associated with increased risk of morbidity, death, and obstacles to the motor and mental growth. Seeing the dangers posed by stunting, the Government of Indonesia is committed to addressing and reducing stunting prevalence, which was discussed through a limited meeting on stunting interventions held with the head of the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction in 2017, that at the meeting discussed the need to strengthen coordination and expand coverage programs carried out by the relevant Ministries / Institutions (K / L), to improve the quality of the program in order to reduce the stunting rate in each region that has entered the priority village. And also to study the policy focus of the nutrition improvement movement aimed at the first 1000 days of life in a global order called Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN)

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease or metabolic disorder with typical symptoms of hyperglycemia followed by carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolic disorders caused by lack of insulin production or ineffectiveness of insulin, or it can occur simultaneously. The higher levels of sugar in the blood cause an increase in the enzyme lipoprotein lipase in adipose tissue, therefore increasing the level of triglycerides which can trigger the formation of sclerosis. To find the correlation between HbA1c values with triglyceride levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This type of research is quantitative analytic correlative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 49 people obtained from medical record data at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung 2019. Respondents with a HbA1c value ≥9% were 31 people (63.3%), while respondents with a HbA1c value <9% 18 people (36.7%). Triglyceride levels for respondents ≥150 mg / dl 33 people (67.3%), while respondents with triglyceride levels <150 mg / dl 16 people (32.7%). From the Spearman test, there is a correlation between the HbA1c value with triglyceride levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients (p = 0.002). With (r = +0.439) which means the strength of the correlation is moderate. There is a correlation between HbA1c values with triglyceride levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2019.

Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder that can cause hemolysis in hemoglobin. So the patient must get a transfusion for life. The transfusion is done continuously, this is what causes patients with thalassemia β major to have iron buildup in their body. So the levels of Ferritin, SGOT, and SGPT enzymes can be increased in patients with β major thalassemia. This study aims to determine the relationship between serum ferritin with SGOT and SGPT enzymes in thalassemia β major patients. This research uses an analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects in this study were 60 samples. The instrument used was the patient's medical record data. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a p-value 0.005 (p-value <0.05) for serum ferritin with SGOT. And for serum ferritin with SGPT enzymes, p-value 0.004 (p-value <0.05), it means that there is a relationship between serum ferritin and SGOT and SGPT enzymes. There is a correlation between serum ferritin with SGOT and SGPT enzymes in β major thalassemia patients at Abdul Moeloek Hospital Bandar Lampung.
