Abstract

In this research will discuss some topics of discussion related to assessment processing techniques and the determination of assessment standards. This research took background SMK Muhammadiyah Mlati Yogyakarta, while in collecting data writer earn from bpk. Muh Sholikul Hadi as teacher of PAI. The form of assessment processing there are two kinds, namely, processing techniques using benchmark reference approach and norm reference. To conduct an assessment of the student's learning outcomes, a teacher determines the value of the tester should be processed from the raw score obtained by the benchmark reference approach or the norm reference. In general, the steps undertaken by the tester in conducting the assessment of this are: First: scoring in advance of the results of learning test learners. Second: turn the raw score into a standard score. Third: convert standard score into value. The final activity of processing the assessment results in the form of converting the score to the value, either in the form of letters or numbers. The results of the assessment of the results of this assessment will be used in the interpretation of assessment results. To facilitate the interpretation of the results of the assessment, the final results of processing the assessment results can be administrated properly.

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is not only the bearer of the last religion (Rasul) who is often referred to as a spiritual leader, but as a leader of the ummah, religious leader, state leader, war commander, qadi (judge), fair husband, wise father and leader the Arab nation and the world. This very complex role has been played well by the Prophet Muhammad, so that it becomes the basis for his people until the end of time. This shows that the role of the Prophet Muhammad. as the leader of the people has a great influence. Manifestation of his leadership by providing good education and teaching to the people with good example (uswatun hasanah). While education is guidance or leadership consciously by the education of physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of a good personality. So education can not be separated from the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

Progress and glory in the future is very much determined by the development of the Muslim community itself. Religion can be made as a supporting and supporting factor for the development process. In rebuilding the integrity of this nation, improvements are needed in various fields of life, especially in the field of ethical education. Through the world of education and social life arrangements for future generations. Ethical issues are inseparable from the role of religion as its controller. Religion is a source of motivation for development, which is a factor that can encourage and inspire people and society to develop. Ethics Education in the concept of Islam has been practiced by the Prophet as Uswah Khasanah for all people. Good ethical education exists in religion because ethical values ​​are obeyed from self-awareness. Islam as a guide to human life and to provide solutions to various humanitarian problems. Among them are issues of social ethics of brotherhood and peace. Ethics and morality are the pinnacle of the religious value of a Muslim. Abstract

Abstract This study applies the academic supervision program in PAUD PGRI Bumi Agung, using an evaluation model of Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). The results of this study are expected to provide input to decision makers for further programs. The descriptive-qualitative research respondents included the principal, six teachers, and school managerial staff. Data collection is done through interviews, observations and document studies. Data source triangulation and data validation methods are then analyzed through data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show a context evaluation reveals the need for supervisory academics based on conditions and the need to improve teacher quality. Evaluation inputs describe well-planned programs - using different techniques, involving teacher readiness, supported by budget and available infrastructure. The evaluation process reports on the implementation of the planned technique, with some adjustments based on the ongoing conditions, supported by teacher readiness and participation and how they handle obstacles. The product evaluation found that academic supervision programs have a positive impact and achieve planned goals. There was also a positive response from the teacher and several follow-up plans. Finally, this study provides recommendations for improving local supervision programs, inputs to management schools, and ideas for future research. Keywords: supervision, academic

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the process and learning outcomes as an effort to improve children's cognitive development through fishing play media for group B children in Miftahul Huda Kindergarten, East OKU Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses Kemmis and Mc Taggart designs. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of the study were children of group B kindergarten Miftahul Huda. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed the cognitive development of children before the action was still in the category began to develop namely 58.55%; the results of the first cycle research reached 69.62% in the developing category and the second cycle reached 80.99% in the highly developed category; the use of playing fishing media has a very good effect shown by the cognitive development of children who experience very good development compared to before the action Keywords: Cognitive, Play Media

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study to determine students' perceptions about online lectures process, to find out the forms of application used in online lectures and to find out the supporting factors and resistors factors in online lectures. This research was conducted by descriptive survey research methods, the 4th semester PIAUD students of IAIN Kendari as the sample of this study. The techique of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. This study find 53 or 88.3% from 60 students who answer at home, as many as 2 students or 3.3% who answer in the garden and as many as 5 students or 8.3% who answer family or neighbor's house with a good internet network. Students using electronic devices to attend online lectures are smartphones and laptops. Applications that are preferred in online lectures, as many as 56 students or 91.8% of students use the Whatsapp group application, 4 students or 6.5% of students use the zoom application and 1 student or 1.6% of students use the email application. When asked to students the extent to which the material delivered through online lectures can be understood by 1 student answers very well understood, 23 students answered understood, 34 students answered sometimes understood and as many as 4 students became non-understood. Students as a whole or 100% choose face-to-face lectures compared to online lectures. Keywords: Portfolio, Covid

Abstract

Abstract The school management can mean everything pertaining to the management of the educational process to achieve the stated goals, both short-term goals, medium, or panjang.Tujuan term goal of this research was to determine the school management to improve the quality of education, to include: (1) Planning school programs; (2) The implementation of school programs and (3) Barriers faced. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interview, observation guidelines, and documentation. Subjects were principals, supervisors and teachers in primary schools Boarding School Jar Pidie district. Research results found: (1) planning school programs include: teaching programs, including: the need of teachers sharing teaching duties, procurement of textbooks, teaching tools and props, procurement or development of school laboratories, procurement or development of school libraries, system of assessment of learning outcomes, and curricular activities; (2) The implementation of school programs that the strategy adopted to achieve the improvement of the quality of education, include: socialization program, SWOT analysis, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of school programs; and (3) Barriers in planning school programs, among others, lack of community participation and economic difficulties so that their support for the management of low participating schools. It is expected that supervisors in order to direct and supervise principals in improving the quality of education on school program planning, program implementation and obstacles faced by appropriate, effective and efficient so that the quality of education in the schools can be improved. Abstract

Abstract Teacher professional competence is the ability to master learning material widely and in depth that Teacher professional competence is the ability to master learning material widely and in depth that allows guiding students to meet the competency standards set in national standards, to improve professional competence, the teacher must be able to master science according to the field, manage teaching and learning programs, manage classes, develop professionalism in a sustainable manner and use learning media / technology. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Sukaraja, East OKU, South Sumatra. This research is included in the type of qualitative field research, data collection techniques in this study using several methods, namely the observation method, the interview method and the documentation method. While data analysis uses an interactive analysis model that is data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research on the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Sukaraja, East OKU, South Sumatra, it can be seen that all professional competencies have been able to run optimally although there is still a need to increase in all indicators. Abstract

Abstract Issues raised in this study is the application of local content-based science teaching with a scientific approach. It is intended that teachers strengthen their ability in facilitating students to be trained to think scientific by combining local advantages that have significance for the development of the region in the future. This research was conducted in MI Mangunsari Kota Salatiga in grade III and IV students by using purposive sampling technique. The type of research is qualitative and ex post facto (explorative) that aims to describe the state / status of phenomena. Instruments used to obtain research data in the form of observation and interview. The conclusions of this research are: 1) implementation of scientific approach in local content-based science teaching in MI Mangunsari Kota Salatiga is running well; 2) The characteristic of a scientific approach in local content-based science teaching in MI Mangunsari is unique by applying qasidah songs integrated with the science learning materials; 3) Obstacles to the application of local content in science learning are still limited local content of materials used. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the use of genius learning strategies to improve motivation and social studies learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 1 Buay Madang. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The results of this study are in the first cycle of students who succeeded in as many as 10 people (40%) and students who have not completed as many as 15 people (60%) with an average score of 62.8. Students who have received good grades in the aspect of not being easily satisfied with the achievements they have reached 166 students with a percentage of 64% it shows a low level of student motivation. In the second cycle overall students complete 100% with an average value of 75.8. Some of the indicators that have increased motivation from the 14 indicators get a percentage of ≥80% and get a very good predicate. Thus the use of genius learning strategies can increase motivation and social learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 01 Buay Madang Keywords: Genius Learning, IPS
