Abstract

Entrepreneurial traits are seen to be a crucial component of new venture survival. However, we only have a limited understanding of how individual entrepreneurs contribute to its emergence. Although it is sometimes asserted that curiosity plays a significant role in entrepreneurship, this notion is not well-supported by actual data. By investigating the connection between founders' entrepreneurial curiosity and corporate innovation, this study seeks to close this gap. We also investigate how this link is mediated by information search and moderated by competitive intelligence capability. By examining three waves of data gathered from 343 business owners, we discover that the curiosity, dynamism, and marketing of entrepreneurs are significantly correlated with their persistence and effort in finding information. Furthermore, our results demonstrate that information search effort mediates the influence of marketing, curiosity, and dynamism and that information search persistence mediates the effect of attributes on SME performance. Additionally, we discover that competitive intelligence capability moderates these connections.

Abstract

By empirically examining the impact of digital technology readiness on information technology capability and the adoption of artificial intelligence-based customer relationship management (AI-CRMA), and ultimately on competitive advantage and social sustainability performance, this study adds to the body of existing literature. We analyze the company's social sustainability performance using primary data from 344 samples. Based on the resource-based perspective paradigm, we discovered a positive correlation between digital technology readiness and the moderating effect of ICT on AI-CRM capabilities. Big data analytics capacity significantly influences the adoption of AI-CRM and digital technology-prepared analytics. Competitive advantage and social sustainability performance are significantly and favorably correlated. One of the study's main conclusions is that competitive advantage and digital technology preparedness are mediated by AI-CRM adoption. Furthermore, the relationship between AI-CRM adoption and social sustainability performance is mediated by competitive advantage.

Abstract

A Potential Time Bomb, as discussed in our study, has serious urban environmental risks in Pakistan, particularly in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (UN). Rapid urbanization has led to higher pollution, insufficient waste management, and stressed infrastructure, disproportionately hurting communities with limited resources and impeding progress toward health equity. Our research has significant limitations that must be understood. Our analysis studies explore how inequality affects environmental threats in Pakistani urban areas, particularly Lahore. Our team discovered facts about pollution by speaking with residents. Our findings show that effective environmental protection needs both city planning and community efforts, plus national government rules.

Abstract

This study explores the concept of reciprocal determinism in Sita Under the Crescent Moon by Annie Ali Khan through a socio-cognitive lens, utilizing Albert Bandura’s theory. The research examines how cognitive learning and environmental influences shape the characters’ perceptions and social behaviors, particularly within the religious and cultural contexts of Sindh and Baluchistan. By employing Belsey’s textual analysis methodology, the study highlights how societal norms, rituals, and folklore are transmitted across generations and integrated into individuals' belief systems. The findings reveal that spirituality, faith, and socio-economic conditions significantly influence human cognition and behavior, with pilgrims seeking solace in shrines and temples. The novel illustrates the interplay between personal agency, cultural traditions, and environmental factors, demonstrating how social cognition informs religious practices and daily life. This research contributes to understanding the socio-cognitive dimensions of faith-based traditions, offering insights into the psychological and cultural frameworks that shape individual and collective identities.
