Moderasi: Jurnal Kajian Kajian Islam merupakan jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan oleh Ikatan Dosen PTKIS Indonesia. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus melalui proses tinjauan double-blind. Jurnal ini menerima artikel penelitian dan non penelitian yang akan direview oleh paling sedikit 2 (dua) reviewer. Setelah naskah diserahkan melalui proses online, editor jurnal memeriksa naskah dan menentukan kesesuaiannya untuk tinjauan sejawat lengkap. Jika seleksi awal berhasil, naskah akan dikirim ke satu atau lebih peer reviewer. Dewan editorial jurnal kemudian akan mempertimbangkan laporan peer reviewer dan menyerahkan keputusan akhir untuk menerima atau menolak manuskrip untuk diterbitkan. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini sejak tahun 2021 adalah bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Arab.

Abstract

This article is to explain how to reform Islamic boarding schools towards the era of industrialization in Yudian Wahyudi's thought. The analysis in this article uses a qualitative method with a naturalistic paradigm, namely research that aims to describe and find novelties in order to answer the challenges of globalization in the Nawesea Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta as the object of research. Pesantren education has been over-specialized and over-produced by deepening its religion on attafaqquh fiddin (studying religion). For this reason, in responding to the challenges of globalization, pesantren must move to seek knowledge from the fardu ain and then to the fardu kifayah. So that the potential of students is not cut off, in the future students will not only be able to study religion, but will be able to master general sciences. This is implied in the meaning of the hadith that the ulama (plural of alim) are the heirs of anbiya '(plural of the word prophet). It is hoped that in the future students will inherit one of Noah's legacy of expertise and miracles, namely the shipping sector, inherit one of the skills and miracles of the Prophet Yusuf, namely the field of Economics, inherit one of the skills and miracles of Prophet Dawud, namely the field of iron technology, inherit one of the skills and miracles of Prophet Sulaiman, namely communication (lingua franca) of contemporary civilization, inheriting the expertise and other miracles of Prophet Solomon, namely the field of Management, inheriting one of the skills of Prophet Isa, namely the field of Medicine. To become the world's best university, it took Harvard nearly 4 (four) centuries. Likewise, the Nawesea Islamic boarding school certainly needs a long time to change Sunan Averroes into Harfard, history will answer.

Abstract

The study of the interpretation of the verses related to disaster in this article is important for the reasons; First, the theme of disaster is always relevant, disaster always exists throughout human life. Second, Indonesia is a disaster-prone country. Third, these two years, there is still a prolonged Covid-19 outbreak. Fourth, born from the work of an Indonesian expert in the Qur'an, namely Dr. KH. Ahsin Sakho Muhammad, entitled "Tafsir Happiness" discusses the interpretation of the verses of calamity. The study is in the form of: (1) How is Ahsin Sakho Muhammad's interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an related to calamities and how to deal with them? (2) What are the sources of interpretation, interpretation methods, interpretation styles, and reference literatures in Ahsin Sakho Muhammad's Tafsir Happiness? (3) What is the relevance of Ahsin Sakho Muhammad's interpretation in the current era? From the discussion, it is described as follows: First, the interpretation of Ahsin Sakho Muhammad in Tafsir Happiness is a thematic interpretation which includes terms related to calamities, forms of disaster and calamity, factors that cause disasters and calamities and how to respond to disasters and calamities. . From the discussion, it was found that there were 11 terms related to disaster, namely; Mushibah, adh-Dhurr, ash-Sharr, al-'Adzab, as-Sayyi'ah, ar-Rijz, Naughty, Bala', alBa'sa, al-Wabal, and Fitnah. And there are 14 forms and calamities mentioned in the Qur'an. More specifically, there are 7 factors that caused the disaster. Meanwhile, to respond to it requires an attitude of patience, surrender and prayer (repentance). Second, the interpretation methodology in Tafsir Happiness is as follows; The source of the interpretation used is the interpretation of bi al-ma'tsur with the reference to his interpretation of the interpretation of at-Tabari, the interpretation of Ibn Kathir. alWasith, Mu'jam Mufahras li Alfazh Al-Qur'an, Mufradat fi Gharib Al-Qur'an and several others. The method used in Tafsir Happiness is the thematic method while the explanation is ijmali. For the pattern in the interpretation of happiness, namely the ijtima'iy style. Third, the interpretation of the verses of Ahsin Sakho Muhammad's disaster is very relevant considering that Indonesia is being hit by Covid-19, and it is very necessary to have patience, calm and self-examination (repentance).

Abstract

This study discusses Islamic business ethics, which is prohibited in the Qur'an and Hadith. The purpose of this study is to convince businessmen that the purpose of business in Islam is not only material achievement, but the safety of the world and the hereafter, of course, by knowing the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith about business that is forbidden by businessmen, so that it will always become the concern of Islamic business ethics to achieve the value of victory (falah). The method used in this research is descriptive method. Islam has very great principles in business including monotheism. If all business people have strong monotheism, surely they will not carry out prohibited transactions and there will be equal justice.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the learning model of the history of Islamic education (SKI), this paper is a literature review using the descriptive qualitative method. From the results of the research, the author shows that the history of Islamic culture is a subject that is directed to understand and recognize the history of Islam. The methods used in studying Islamic history are the lecture method, question and answer, discussion, demonstration, timeline, concept map, role playing, active knowledge sharing. Furthermore, the factors that need to be considered in learning are objectives, audiences, facilities, strengths and weaknesses. The implication of this article is that readers can understand the method in teaching the history of Islamic culture.

Abstract

Happiness for people who are already married is getting children. Children have rights that are the obligation of parents to fulfill them. However, when the family ark experiences a storm of divorce, children's rights, especially hadhanah, are often neglected. Therefore, this article analyzes and discusses the position of children after divorce in Islamic law. Actually, Islam regulates in depth in the Qur'an, hadith and the words of scholars about the hadhanah of children when their parents divorce. For this reason, it is very necessary to provide special education to the community and especially the role of the government in implementing the agreed regulations.

Abstract

Learning strategy is a plan to achieve learning objectives by using all learning resources, media, methods in an effort to teach students. Islamic education is an activity carried out to develop all human potential by instilling the values of Islamic teachings in its adherents so that they become a person of faith, physically strong, mentally and spiritually healthy and intelligent, with noble character so that it will manifest into deeds, good for the community. needs of self and others. Learning strategies can be done by studying concepts first to find conclusions by starting with abstract things and then slowly moving towards concrete things. Learning strategies can be carried out in a group of social communities through an extension process where someone explains a material by going directly into the community to achieve learning objectives carried out by the teacher together with students to achieve the desired results by the teacher by using learning resource media so that they can determine strategy to be used. Islamic education learning strategies that are relevant and effective in teaching Islamic teachings are expository strategies, inquiry strategies and social inquiry strategies. The learning strategy that is made must contain goodness in the field of Islamic education and as a means to get closer to Allah SWT and be able to solve various existing educational problems so that Islamic education is increasingly advanced and developed.

Abstract

Currently, the development of Sharia Fintech (financial technology) in Indonesia is growing rapidly. But on the other hand, there are several phenomena and problems with conventional fintech that have a negative impact on society. Therefore, the existence of Sharia Fintech should be a solution to this phenomenon. The purpose of this research is to find out about the opportunities and challenges of Sharia Fintech (financial technology) in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results of the study show that there are opportunities and challenges for Sharia Fintech in Indonesia, which consist of: regulations, human resources, technology, negative issues of Fintech and conventional capital

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of violations of the professional code of ethics of judges for corruption and to find out what sanctions are given to judges who violate the judge's professional code of ethics. The research method used in this research is the type of normative research where the data source is obtained by literature study and the analysis method uses qualitative research which is analyzed descriptively. The professionalism of a judge is not only because he is capable, intellectual, and successful in his field as a judge, but the behavioral aspect is also part of the assessment that must be possessed in implementing the Code of Ethics of Judges or Professional Ethics of Judges to uphold law and justice. The importance of professional ethics for judges in law enforcement should be a guideline for judges in carrying out their professional duties who are pious to God Almighty, fair, wise/authoritative, virtuous, and honest.
