Abstract

One of the sharia financial instruments is sukuk which has the role of ownership of an asset, for this reason, sharia compliance plays an important role in discussing sharia compliance in the context of sukuk restructuring. This role is important because if there is a change in the conditions of the sukuk, the rights and obligations of holding the sukuk itself will be affected. This research uses a type of library research through theoretical, conceptual, and exploratory studies, and discussion of plans. The research results show that Sharia compliance ensures that sukuk restructuring must lead to sharia principles. Compliance is the foundation that ensures sukuk restructuring continues to run in accordance with guidelines maintains trust for investors and ensures the sustainability of the sharia financial industry. The implications of Sharia compliance on sukuk restructuring are Sharia compliance on sukuk investment, securities crowdfunding, the role of technology on crowdfunding platforms, education, and research.

Abstract

 This research aims to see the correlation and influence of profit-sharing financing on the profitability of Sharia Business Units (UUS) in Indonesia. The dependent variable in this Research is Return on Assets (ROA), while mudharabah and musyarakah financing are the independent variables. This research uses secondary data obtained from Sharia banking statistics, which are accessed via the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) website. The data analysis technique used in the research is ordinary least squares (OLS). The results of this research show that mudharabah and musyarakah financing simultaneously (as a whole) have no effect on ROA. This is proven by the prob (F-statistic) value of 0.088620. The partial test results (t-test) show that mudharabah financing has a probability value of 0.3157, which makes mudharabah financing have no effect on ROA. Meanwhile, musyarakah financing has a probability value of 0.0353, so musyarakah financing has a significant influence on ROA.

Abstract

The emergence of digital technology and innovation has made great progress towards the development of digital banking services. Technological advances mean that the banking world now uses technology-based transactions to make transactions with customers easier. This research method uses library research by collecting data and information obtained through various kinds of material contained in the literature (books). By using analytical descriptions with a qualitative approach in processing the sources. The research results show that the role of digital technology and innovation in developing digital banking services is very helpful for easy access for all parties, both from the banks themselves and also for customers. The emergence of digital banking technologies such as ATM technology, E-Banking, SMS Banking, and M-Banking has become a major change in the banking sector's transformation. Opportunities and challenges arise in terms of society, product promotion, products according to society's needs, increased internet use, growth in digital transactions, and technology adoption in the era of society 5.0. Meanwhile, there are challenges in terms of human resources, privacy security, ease of access, and literacy education for the community.

Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamics of financial decision-making in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) using a qualitative approach that focuses on the entrepreneurial aspect in Glondonggede Village, Tambakboyo. SMEs play a vital role in the local economy, but effective and adaptive financial management remains a challenge. The entrepreneurial aspect, encompassing innovative thinking, flexibility, and a willingness to take risks, is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in the SME financial decision-making process. This research employs a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and content analysis to explore how entrepreneurial characteristics influence financial decision-making at the local level. The research findings reveal that owners and managers of SMEs in Glondonggede Village have a strong long-term vision related to their business goals. The entrepreneurial aspect provides them with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the business environment and develop innovative solutions to address financial constraints. SME owners and managers also demonstrate a readiness to take measured risks to achieve long-term business objectives.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the health of financial ratios in Koppontren Al Mubarok, Lekok District, Pasuruan, East Java. The methodological approach used in this research is descriptive-quantitative, using secondary data in the form of financial statements for 5 years. The analysis method used is the analysis of the health of financial performance ratios, namely the ratios of liquidity, solvency, efficiency, and profitability. The results showed that Koppontren Al Mubarok Lekok’s financial ratios were categorized as not good (unhealthy). This is indicated by the liquidity ratios (current ratio and cash ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio), on average, since the last 5 years from 2018–2022, are in the category of not good or unhealthy, while the efficiency ratio (Bopo) and profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity) are in the category of excellent, as referred to in the standards outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Regulation No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 concerning health assessment of reward cooperatives.
