Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Most Indonesians understand that waqf only applies to certain assets that are not growing, nowadays waqf management must begin to shift in a more productive direction so that it can provide wider benefits. The concept of productive waqf is a new paradigm in developing waqf assets where the proceeds from these assets can empower the community.Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to measure the impact of utilizing mauquf 'alaih funds managed by Rumah Wakaf to help business actors, micro, small and medium (MSMEs) in the process of their business activities so that they become better and can increase income..Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, the method used is a mix method by combining qualitative and quantitative. The sample was determined using purposive sampling and data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews and document studies, while determining the SROI ratio value using the equation of Net Present Value of Benefit and Net Present Value of Investment.Findings: The findings of this research show that the impact of utilizing mauquf 'alaih funds provided in the form of business carts based on SROI calculations is 1.95 : 1, meaning that every Rp 1 contribution will produce a benefit of Rp 1.95. So that the mauquf 'alaih funds generated from productive waqf have an impact on business actors and can be categorized as a feasible and targeted program.Paper Type: Research Article.

Abstract

This study focus on identifying medical images by proposing the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) transformation watermarking technique and prove an increase the quality of watermarked images is good in terms of imperceptibility. Due to reduce the need for data memory compression is applied to the host image, where the compression technique chosen is lossless so that the compressed host image experiences a decrease in file size while maintaining data integrity, to maintain image degradation perceptions and diagnostic quality standards during the watermarking process. Here, we use DWT-DCT-SVD and Run Length Encoding (RLE). A good Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) more than 30 dB using over than 200 compression size. The extracted watermark image is quite good with a fairly high PSNR value. The highest compression result size is in 32.2511.

Abstract

Public Street Lighting (PJU) plays an important role in transportation infrastructure, especially at night. Currently, complaints about PJU damage are only made using social media. This research designs and builds a web-based PJU complaint system with real-time notifications via WhatsApp in Pemalang Regency. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This system is built with PHP and MySQL, with WhatsApp notification integration to ensure accurate and real-time complaint information. The system trial involved the community, showing the system's effectiveness in increasing reporting efficiency and officer response. The system provides easy online reporting and real-time notifications via the website and WhatsApp. This system is expected to improve community services and PJU management. The results can be a reference for the development of similar systems in other areas.

Abstract

The innovation of submerged or submerged robots is currently prominent enough to be noticed by the general public, the country and even the world. Previously there were still many submerged exercises that were controlled using cable media. In this research, the diving robot controller uses wireless conductive media. Because currently robots can move submerged, it is hoped that they can help human activities. The Submerged Pack robot is an Arduino-based ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) which is smaller than usual. This robot uses 4 engines to move and is equipped with a camera and lighting frame to screen submerged conditions. Arduino as the main microcontroller controls the Flysky FS-i6 via a link so that the robot can be controlled from above the water surface. The essence of this examination is to be able to design submerged robots that can replace traditional submerged exercises. The main thing in the scaled-down ROV plan is its control frame and watertight frame. The framework for the observation and lighting system uses lights and is equipped with a camera. The expected results from this diving robot are normal, that the robot can move according to the four commands which can be applied as a prototype for observing diving.

Abstract

Implementasi teknologi Internet of Things pada kendaraan bermotor mengalami peningkatan dari waktu ke waktu dan dikenal dengan istilah Internet of Vehicle (IoV). IoV semakin dibutuhkan masyarakat karena dapat menghadirkan kenyamanan, keamanan, dan efisiensi dalam berkendara. Sayangnya, penggunaan teknologi internet pada IoV justru memunculkan potensi serangan siber, seperti Denial of Service (DoS) dan Spoofing. Intrusion Detection System pada IoV belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik mengingat teknologi ini juga tergolong baru. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya potensi ancaman sekaligus dampak yang dihasilkan menjadikan penelitian tentang hal ini menjadi urgent untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa algoritma machine learning k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) dalam mendeteksi serangan siber pada IoV. Kelas yang diprediksi pada penelitian ini berjumlah enam, yaitu: Benign, DoS, Gas-Spoofing, Steering Wheel-Spoofing, Speed-Spoofing, dan RPMSpoofing. Dua jenis serangan pada IoV tersebut (DoS dan Spoofing) beresiko menghadirkan gangguan operasional pada kendaraan yang dapat membahayakan pengemudi dan pengguna jalan lainnya. Dataset yang digunakan adalah dataset publik bernama CIC IoV2024. Performa algoritma kNN tersebut juga dibandingkan dengan tiga algoritma lain sebagai state-of-the-arts, seperti Naïve Bayes, Deep Neural Network, dan Random Forest. Hasilnya, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) mendapatkan performa terbaik dengan skor 98.7% untuk metrik akurasi maupun F1- Score. kNN mengungguli Naïve Bayes yang berada di urutan ke-dua, dengan skor 98.1% untuk akurasi dan 98.0% untuk F1-Score. Selanjutnya, algoritma kNN dapat direkomendasikan sebagai classifier dalam pengembangan intrusion detection system pada IoV.

Abstract

The implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in motor vehicles has been increasing over time and is known as the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). IoV is becoming more essential to society as it provides comfort, safety, and efficiency in driving. Unfortunately, the use of internet technology in IoV brings the potential for cyber-attacks, such as Denial of Service (DoS) and Spoofing. Intrusion Detection Systems in IoV have not yet fully matured, as this technology is still relatively new. Therefore, the potential threats and their significant impact make research on this topic urgently needed. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) classification algorithm in detecting cyber-attacks on IoV. The predicted classes in this study consist of six categories: Benign, DoS, Gas-Spoofing, Steering Wheel-Spoofing, Speed-Spoofing, and RPM-Spoofing. These two types of attacks on IoV (DoS and Spoofing) pose risks to the operational safety of vehicles, which can endanger drivers and other road users. The dataset used is a public dataset called CIC IoV2024. The performance of the kNN algorithm is also compared to three other state-of-the-art algorithms, including Naïve Bayes, Deep Neural Network, and Random Forest. The results show that k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) achieved the best performance with a score of 98.7% for both accuracy and F1-Score metrics. kNN outperformed Naïve Bayes, which ranked second with a score of 98.1% accuracy and 98.0% F1-Score. Thus, the kNN algorithm can be recommended as a classifier in the development of an intrusion detection system for IoV

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the health of financial ratios in Koppontren Al Mubarok, Lekok District, Pasuruan, East Java. The methodological approach used in this research is descriptive-quantitative, using secondary data in the form of financial statements for 5 years. The analysis method used is the analysis of the health of financial performance ratios, namely the ratios of liquidity, solvency, efficiency, and profitability. The results showed that Koppontren Al Mubarok Lekok’s financial ratios were categorized as not good (unhealthy). This is indicated by the liquidity ratios (current ratio and cash ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to equity ratio and debt to asset ratio), on average, since the last 5 years from 2018–2022, are in the category of not good or unhealthy, while the efficiency ratio (Bopo) and profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity) are in the category of excellent, as referred to in the standards outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Regulation No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 concerning health assessment of reward cooperatives.

Abstract

Image encryption is a crucial facet of secure data transmission and storage, and this study explores the efficacy of combining sigmoid logistic maps (SLM), Hill cipher, and Kronecker's product method in enhancing image encryption processes. The evaluation, conducted on diverse images such as Lena, Rice, Peppers, Cameraman, and Baboon, unveils noteworthy findings. The Lena image emerges as the most successfully encrypted, as evidenced by the lowest mean squared error (MSE) at 92.81 and the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) at 19.43, reflecting superior fidelity and quality preservation. Additionally, the encryption of 64×64 pixels images consistently demonstrate robustness, with a high number of pixels change rate (NPCR) and unified average change intensity (UACI) values, particularly notable for the Cameraman image. Even for 128×128 pixels images, commendable encryption performance persists across the tested images. The amalgamation of SLM, Hill cipher, and Kronecker's product emerges as an effective strategy for balancing security and perceptual quality in image encryption, with the Lena image consistently outperforming others based on comprehensive metrics. This research provides valuable insights for future studies in the dynamic domain of image encryption, emphasizing the potential of advanced cryptographic techniques in ensuring secure multimedia communication.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought substantial changes to marketing strategies, including within the philanthropic sector. Social organizations, such as the Nusantara Mosque, are increasingly adopting various digital marketing tools to enhance donor participation. Among these, Digital Advertising (Digital Ads), Influencer Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are three widely utilized approaches to attract and retain donors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of each strategy in influencing donation decisions remains insufficiently explored. This study seeks to analyze the extent to which Digital Ads, Influencers, and CRM affect donor decisions to contribute to the Nusantara Mosque. Employing a descriptive quantitative research design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 135 active donors of the Nusantara Mosque. The data were then analyzed using multiple regression with the assistance of SPSS 26. The findings indicate that both Digital Ads and CRM exert a positive and significant influence on donation decisions, whereas Influencers do not have a significant effect. Digital Ads contribute to raising awareness and facilitating access to donations, while CRM strengthens the relationship between donors and institutions, ultimately fostering donor loyalty. These insights highlight the importance for philanthropic organizations to design more effective digital marketing strategies. By optimizing Digital Ads and CRM, organizations can enhance donor engagement and fundraising performance. Conversely, influencer marketing strategies may need to be refined or integrated with other approaches to achieve a more substantial impact on donor decision-making.

Abstract

Empowering Batik MSMEs in Sukowidi Village aims to enhance the marketing of the village’s traditional batik through digital marketing strategies. Despite its great potential, Sukowidi batik faces several marketing challenges, as its promotion still relies on WhatsApp Business and limited exhibitions. This study employs the Contextual Action Research method to identify effective approaches for improving batik marketing. The findings indicate that developing a website and utilizing Instagram advertisements can significantly expand marketing reach and raise public awareness of batik. It is expected that this program will help increase sales while promoting the cultural heritage of Sukowidi batik in the digital world. Kowords : Community empowerment, MSMEs, digital marketing, local batik   Abstrak : Penguatan Kapasitas UMKM Batik di Desa Sukowidi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran batik khas desa melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Meskipun memiliki potensi yang besar, batik Desa Sukowidi menghadapi beberapa hambatan dalam pemasaran, yang saat ini masih bergantung pada WhatsApp Business dan pameran yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Contextual Action Research untuk mengidentifikasi cara-cara efektif dalam meningkatkan pemasaran batik. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan website dan penggunaan Instagram ads dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran dan pengenalan batik kepada masyarakat luas. Diharapkan, pengabdian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan serta memperkenalkan budaya batik Desa Sukowidi dalam dunia digital.
