Abstract

Peran Food and Beverage Product dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan bahan baku merupakan hal penting dalam kelangsungan usaha perhotelan. Oleh karena itu Food and Beverage Product di Hotel Prima In Yogyakarta sudah berupaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan baku tanpa membuang biaya, waktu, dan tenaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas Food and Beverage Product di Hotel Prima In Yogyakarta dan perannya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penggunaan bahan baku serta mengetahui apa saja manfaat dari efisiensi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Food and Beverage Product di Hotel Prima In Yogyakarta seperti survei pasar terhadap harga baku, proses penerimaan bahan baku yang baik, sistem penyimpanan, proses pengolahan bahan baku dan kreatifitas menu baru sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan hasil berkurangnya bahan baku yang terbuang atau yang tidak terpakai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan gaya bahasa atau majas dalam puisi “Langit Air Langit Basah”Karya H. Akhmad T. Bacco. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk melakukan analisis data, puisi dibaca secara keseluruhan, kemudian mencatat larik-lariknya yang diduga mengandung majas. kemudian menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dan membandingkan dengan data yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa puisi “Langit Air Langit Basah” Karya H. Akhmad T. Bacco menggunakan majas repetisi, retorika, polisidenton, dan eksklamasio, personifikasi, alegori, dan asosiasi, paradoks di dalamnya.

Abstract

In a period of once every 5 years, Indonesia, which adheres to a democratic system, holds General Elections (PEMILU). Pesantren is an attraction for politicians to win votes, besides the typology of the Nahdlatul Ulama community that is close to the pesantren world is quite feudal so that, always depending on the kyai figure as a role model, this study will focus on how santri make political choices in the 2019 presidential election.

Abstract

Western democracy that was born by the French Revolution did not bring true people's independence, but gave rise to the power of capitalism, therefore political democracy alone is not enough to achieve true democracy, namely people's sovereignty. There must also be economic sovereignty, which uses the basis, that all income which recognizes the livelihood of the people must be under the responsibility of the people as well. The basis of identity awareness is the embryo of the birth of civilization, whereas if we look at the basis of identity awareness of Western nations (US and Western Europe) the differences are very clear, Western countries: individualist, humanist, secular, while Indonesian society: individual-social, humanist-religious, religious. So it is natural that at the level of implementation, democracy in Indonesia is different from democracy that develops in the West, because the basis for awareness of the identity of the two is very different. Nurcholish Madjid is an icon of Islamic scholars who is considered the most controversial and the most contributive. The main ideas are among the three major themes; Islam, Indonesianness and Modernity. Nurcholish Madjid campaigned for civil society, a concept of society that started from the time of the prophet Muhammad SAW with the principles of egalitarianism, pluralism, equality of human rights and protecting minorities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of destination image, accessibility, and word-of-mouth on local and international tourists' decision to revisit the Bogor Zoological Museum. For the study's analysis, 250 individuals who had visited the Bogor Zoological Museum on multiple occasions were selected at random and assigned a number. The data collection method is a Likert-scale questionnaire. This analysis employs multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 to conduct validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, linearity tests, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient and determination analysis. The decision to revisit the Bogor Zoological Museum is significantly influenced by the destination's image, its accessibility, and positive word-of-mouth, according to research.

Abstract

Poetry is a literary work that has high aesthetics. In contrast to other literary works, such as novels and prose. This can be seen from the structure of the literary works of poetry. In general, poetry is used as an intermediary from the outpouring of the author's heart. It can be expressed in spoken or written form using figurative language and beautiful diction. This difference is not seen from the physical structure, but also from the inner structure of the poem. The main elements in poetry consist of two structures, namely physical and mental. Both have elements that bind each other so that a complete totality of meaning is formed. With that, in interpreting a poem can not be separated from these two elements. With that in mind, in this study the researcher will conduct an analysis of the physical and mental structure of the poem entitled 'Good Friends' by Darwis Tere Liye. With the aim of describing diction, images, concrete words and figurative language as well as describing the themes, feelings, tones and messages contained in the poem. It is hoped that this study can be useful and add insight to readers in the field of literature. In this study using an objective approach. The data source is Tere Liye 'Friend of Biak' poem which was obtained from Tere Liye collection of poems. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that this poem has the theme of harmonious friendship. The poet chooses beautiful language diction through his expertise, knows the meaning of the poem to move the hearts of readers, moves them to maintain the good friends they have. Dervish Tere Liye succeeds in presenting the theme of friendship, a happy tone that is able to inspire the spirit to always appreciate, love and maintain the good friends he has because he is special compared to anything. A good friend is like a historical painting that will always have the most beautiful place for it, even though it already has new things.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how customer satisfaction is at Mr. Keen Laundry is influenced by service quality, price perception, and promotional activities. This study uses a quantitative survey-based research approach with a target sample of 100 respondents. The study makes use of information collected directly from respondents, such as surveys on customer happiness, price perceptions, and service quality. Based on the results of the study, it shows that service quality, price perceptions, and promotions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. From the results of the determination coefficient of 53.1%, it can be concluded that factors including service quality, price perceptions, and promotional activities have an effect on customer satisfaction, while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables such as product quality, brand perception, etc. The conclusion is service quality, perceived price and promotion are important aspects of customer satisfaction at Mr. Keen Laundry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price, product quality, and location on purchasing decisions at SaladCuyy Bojonggede outlets with quantitative methods. The data in this study used primary data obtained by randomly distributing questionnaires to 100 SaladCuyy Bojonggede consumers using incidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used a multiple linear regression model supported by the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, test the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the t test and f test. The results of this study stated that only the location variable had no significant effect on purchasing decisions at SaladCuyy Bojonggede outlets. However, the perception of price and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at SaladCuyy Bojonggede outlets. The findings from this study indicate that SaladCuyy Bojonggede outlets need to pay attention to product prices and product quality to increase sales of the SaladCuyy Bojonggede outlet products.

Abstract

This mimetic approach assumes that poetry is a duplicate of the human world and a picture of the life of the universe. The extent to which poetry represents writers in the real world is explored alongside works of fiction or non-fiction and other works. Literature is dialectical, that is, it gives a journey back and forth to literary works and gives meaning in the end to the world of reality or imagination. The reality of an essential literary work will lose something when it is published, the disappointed participation in reading literature denies something that is no less important, namely for humans there are choices and shortcomings that exist.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, perceived price, and brand image on purchasing decisions at Blue Jasmine Restaurant. This research uses survey-based quantitative research by means of a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This study uses data collected directly from respondents which include their perceptions of the promotion aspect, perceived price, and brand image. Based on the results of this study, promotion does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, perceived price has a significant influence, and brand image also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Finally, it shows that price perception and brand image together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while promotions have no effect on purchasing decisions at Blue Jasmine Restaurant.
