The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in the Kertapati District. The sample in this research was 105 students of government schools in kertapati sub-district. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this research show that leadership style has an influence on the performance of teachers in Kertapati District. This is shown by the correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.861, meaning that it can be interpreted that the leadership style variable has a very strong relationship to improving teacher performance variables in Kertapati District. R2 is 0.864, which means that the leadership style variable is able to explain 86.4% of the work performance variable, while 15.6% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Kertapati District, which is shown by the correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.849, meaning that it can be interpreted that the job satisfaction variable has a very strong relationship to improving teacher performance variables in Kertapati District. R2 is 0.864, which means that the job satisfaction variable is able to explain 86.4% of the work performance variable, while 15.6% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. Leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in Kertapati District, which is shown by the correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.951, meaning that it can be interpreted that the variables of leadership style and job satisfaction have a very strong relationship to improve teacher performance variables. in Kertapati District. R2 is 0.904, which means that the leadership style and job satisfaction variables are able to explain 90.4% of the work performance variable, while 9.6% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. For this reason, it is recommended that the principal be able to protect and set a good example for teachers. Applying a good leadership style will motivate teachers to produce good ways of working too. Teachers are able to express complaints regarding the principal's leadership style and the feedback they receive from the work they have done.

The need to be able to access medical record data of TNI AU Hospital patients who are medically registered at other TNI AU Hospitals becomes a major problem when TNI AU staff are on duty. Doctors need fast medical information when they have to treat TNI AU patients who are sick or injured in carrying out their duties. Meanwhile, Disinfolahtaau, which is a work unit responsible for the development of information systems, faces the need to carry out system integration related to the hospital information system it is developing. This research focuses on the topic of cloud computing as an internet technology that can overcome this problem. Togaf-ADM is a method used to model enterprise IT architecture, the TNI AU hospital business process is the scope of this research with a number of stakeholders. The results of the study have been able to identify 3 (three) entities and 2 (two) applications that are needed as a system development model. Web services technology with XML is the technology architecture needed by the system, and batch integration with an import-export mechanism was found as a new business process for the TNI AU Hospital Information System model based on Cloud)

One of the crucial factors in redesigning the Sedekah Online website to provide the best experience for visitors is user involvement in the interface improvement process. This study evaluates the website using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and improves its appearance through the Kansei Engineering method to better understand user preferences. The design selection process is carried out by combining the AHP and TOPSIS methods, while data from the questionnaire are analyzed using multivariate statistical techniques. By involving users in the interface design, the final result is more in line with their expectations, which increases comfort and satisfaction when accessing the website.

Menurunnya daya beli masyarakat pada Usaha Dagang yang berlokasi di Desa Hilihao berdampak pada aktivitas operasional usaha tersebut. Ada usaha yang gulung tikar akibat tidak tercapainya tujuan penjualan produk, ada juga usaha yang sampai saat ini bertahan namun tidak menunjukkan kemajuan. Rata-rata pendapatan masyarakat yang menggeluti usaha menurun drastis, berada dibawah rata-rata pendapat sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan UKM Sektor Usaha Dagang di Desa Hilihao. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pendapatan UKM sektor usaha dagang adalah adanya kesiapan modal usaha, lokasi strategis, pengalaman kerja dan jam operasional usaha. Selain itu volume penjualan yang tinggi juga menjadi kunci keberhasilan usaha dagang dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Sehingga disarankan agar usaha dagang yang berkembang di Desa Hilihao harus siap terkait peningkatan akses modal, pengembangan strategi pemasaran, pengelolaan waktu dan jam kerja, penguatan keterampilan dan pengalaman, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus.

Analysis and design of this decision support system aim to address issues surrounding the selection of the best supplier which is a problem at BAZNAS West Java Province. Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for institutions, where purchasing activities are activities that have important value for the company. In making decisions to select suppliers, decision makers need analytical tools that enable them to solve complex problems so that the decisions taken are of a higher quality. In making this decision using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW is one of the algorithms for making decisions. The SAW method is commonly known as an algorithm with a weighted addition method. So that BAZNAS of West Java Province can determine the best supplier appropriately. The system development methodology used to build this system is the Prototype method. With this method, developers and customers can interact with each other during the system creation process.

Implementation of technology information on an institution must be accompanied with security technology good information to address all threat about the safety information technology company related sustainability. The article account for all agencies that uses technology should be safe , this is also the case of PT. Kusuma Kreasi Utama. In ensuring safety to do evaluation or audit security ti to know value compliance with the application of keamaman IT, In doing evaluation or audit adherence to keamanaan IT can use framework cobit 4.1. Cobit 4.1 that talk about information technology security namely the domain DS5(ensure system security. In this research a level of maturity of 2.67 in hopes of compliance at least 3.00. As for the shortages because of several perpektif that is less that is , in the perspective of the decree of objectives as well as the measurement of , skills and expertise , and devices help and automation.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the interface design of mobile banking applications at banks affiliated with HIMBARA (Association of State-Owned Banks) using the Kansei Engineering method, and to identify the most important design elements for users. The research method used is Kansei Engineering, which allows researchers to translate human feelings and perceptions into design specifications. This study involved 15 Kansei words relevant to user experience, and 4 different design specimens. Data were collected through a survey involving 55 HIMBARA bank customers as the population and research sample. Customer responses were analyzed using various multivariate statistical analysis techniques, including correlation coefficient analysis (CCA), principal components analysis (PCA), and factor analysis (FA). The results of the study indicate that certain emotional factors, such as a sense of "Safe" and "Easy to Use", are the interface design elements that most influence user satisfaction. Based on these results, this study provides design recommendations that consider the emotional and psychological aspects of users to improve the experience of using the HIMBARA Bank mobile banking application.

This study aims to activate the influence of Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Regional Service and Tourism Companies, which is based on initial findings that employee performance in the company is not optimal. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a population of 55 employees, where the entire population is used as respondents in the survey. The analysis techniques used include correlation analysis to measure the closeness of the relationship between variables, and path analysis to assess the direct and indirect influence of independent variables on dependent variables, with the help of SPSS 16 and Excel software. The results of the study indicate that Motivation, Competence, and Job Satisfaction of employees are in the good category and have a simultaneous influence on Employee Performance of 0.653, while 0.346 is partly influenced by other variables not included in this study. This study emphasizes the importance of developing competence and motivation in efforts to improve employee performance, and emphasizes that job satisfaction plays a significant role in influencing the performance results of Regional Service and Tourism Companies

Currently, various leadership styles and organizational cultures are applied in companies, including PT Semesta Abadi. Leadership is the art and process of influencing a group of people to work hard to achieve group goals. This process is a determining factor for the running of an organization or company. Through the leadership process, a leader can influence employees so that they can improve their performance in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the impact of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on PT Semesta Abadi. The research method used is a descriptive and verification research method, with a sample of 74 respondents who are employees of PT Semesta Abadi. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, leadership style has a very significant effect on employee performance, as well as organizational culture which also has a very significant effect on employee performance.
