Abstract

Pelajaran Akuntansi merupakan pelajaran yang sulit dipahami oleh sebagian besar siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Lotu. Kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa tersebut disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang selalu berpusat kepada guru. Monotonnya situasi belajar kerap membuat siswa mengantuk dan tidak fokus sehingga menimbulkan turunnya kreativitas siswa yang salah satunya adalah malasnya siswa dalam berpikir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis Hots (Higher Order Thinking Skill) terhadap kreativitas siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis yang dilakukan terhadap rata-rata nilai tes siswa yaitu thitung > ttabel (24.097 > 1.717) maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sementara hasil perolehan uji-t paired-samples test yang terdapat pada angket kreativitas siswa diperoleh thitung = 46,228 > ttabel = 1.717 dengan jumlah sampel 22 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga diperoleh jawaban hipotesis ada pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis HOTS ( Higher Oder Thinking Skills) terhadap kreativitas siswa kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 lotu pada tingkat signifikan 0,05%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja Keuangan diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan diukur dengan Ln Total Aset, Profitabilitas diukur dengan Return on Equity (ROE) dan Nilai Perusahaan diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu metode pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 72 sampel dari 24 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the system and procedures for receiving value added tax at the Value Added Tax service office at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Service Office. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, where documents are obtained in several studies of various literature that are related to the problems discussed in this study to strengthen the basic concept of theory and problem solving in the research on the implementation of the system and procedures for receiving value added tax at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Service Office. The results of this study illustrate the implementation of value added tax using a flowchart. The system and procedures for receiving Value Added Tax at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Service Office are very simple, where the system and procedures already use a computer system. However, taxable entrepreneurs still follow the requirements that have been determined in terms of the completeness of the required files. The implementation of the system and procedures for receiving Value Added Tax at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Service Office has been implemented based on Law Number 42 of 2009. The implementation of the system and procedures for receiving Value Added Tax at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Service Office is still less effective and efficient. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of students in learning science, which in learning still uses conventional methods, resulting in student results not meeting KKM. Along with the times, several fields in life require to utilize technology, including in the field of education. For this reason, researchers conducted research by applying game-based learning media education in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to 1) determine student learning outcomes before using game education quizizz learning media 2) determine student learning outcomes after using game education quizizz learning media 3) determine the effect of using learning media and learning outcomes. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach involving one sample, so the research design that will be used by researchers is One-Group Pretest-Postest Desgin. Researchers will conduct tests before and after treatment in the classroom in order to compare with the situation before being treated. The population in this study is after all I-VI grade students of SDN 2 Sumber Kidul, totaling 230. The sample in this study were all VI grade students with 39 students. The results of the study state that from the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, it can be seen that the Sig value obtained is 0.000 smaller than 0.05, thus the results of the study entitled the effect of the use of game education quiz learning media on the learning outcomes of class students on theme 8 subtheme 3 in class VI SDN 2 Sumber Kidul there is a significant influence considering that all prerequisite analysis tests have shown results that are in accordance with the results of the data that has been processed by considering all hypotheses that include existing answers.

Abstract

This Independent Research aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Influencers (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Trustworthiness (Z) on Customer Buying Decision (Y) of Gojek Customers in South Tangerang. Furthermore, instrument used in this research is questionnaire, then processed through SPSS 22.0 with several test conducted namely, data analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, f-test, t-test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Meanwhile, the amounts of participations in this study were 97 respondents using purposive sampling method with population the customer of Gojek that are living in South Tangerang. Conclusion is obtained through T Test that indicate social media influencer have significant influence on customer buying decision as partially. Brand Image have significant influence on customer buying decision as partially. Trustworthiness have significant influence on customer buying decision as partially.

Abstract

Kurang fokusnya siswa dalam memahami pelajaran seringkali tidak merespon apabila diberi pertanyaan oleh guru. Hal ini yang terjadi kepada siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Gunungsitoli Selatan. Pembelajaran yang kurang menarik menimbulkan rasa bosan dan tidak aktifnya siswa dalam merespon pembelajaran. Hal tersebut berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif investigasi kelompok dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan prosedur menggunakan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif investigasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dimana dari dua siklus yang dilakukan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan rata-rata mencapai 85,16%, sedangkan presentase ketuntasan mencapai 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif investigasi sangat efektif dilaksanakan dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri 2 Afulu yang dilakukan secara monoton dengan memusatkan pada teori dan ceramah sering membuat para siswa bosan dan mengantuk dalam kelas. Akibatnya, para siswa tidak dapat memahami rangkaian materi yang disampaikan oleh guru, sehingga pada akhirnya tidak dapat menjawab setiap soal yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dapat berdampak menurunnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Flipeed Classroom dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan proses pembelajaran menggunakan model Flipeed Classroom mencapai rata-rata 91%. Sedangkan aktivtas siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran ini mencapai rata-rata 88,27%. Sementara hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran Flipeed Classroom mencapai rata-rata 87,55 % melebihi target awal. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Flipeed Classroom dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu.

Abstract

Child care and protection are important aspects of Islamic family law, both in Indonesia and other Islamic countries. In the Indonesian context, regulations regarding child care and protection are regulated in various laws such as the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), the Child Protection Law, and the Marriage Law. In Islamic countries, child care is also regulated based on Islamic law with several variations in implementation that are adjusted to the local social, cultural, and political context. This study discusses the comparison between the legal regulations for child care and protection in Indonesia and other Islamic countries. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative analysis method to explore the similarities and differences in the protection of children's rights, the role of parents, and state intervention in the context of Islamic families. The results of the study show that although there are similarities in the basic principles of Islamic law regarding child care, the implementation and enforcement of the law vary depending on the policies of each country. In Indonesia, a more moderate and national law-based approach tends to be more prominent, while in some Islamic countries, a more conservative interpretation still applies. This study also identifies challenges and opportunities in strengthening child protection within the framework of Islamic family law, both in Indonesia and other Islamic countries.

Abstract

A person's existence in the family, community, and country cannot be divorced from the importance of education. Enhancing student learning outcomes is one of the measures the government is taking to raise the standard of education in response to Indonesia's poor educational standards. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of infrastructure and teacher work discipline on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 119 Palembang City. The sample in this research was 274 State Elementary School students in 119 Kota Palembang. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this research show that infrastructure has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 119 Palembang City. This is proven by the results of the t test which shows that the calculated t value for the infrastructure and facilities variable is 2.244 which is greater than the t table of 1.660, (2.244 > 1.660) with The significance level of 0.026 is smaller than 0.05 (0.026 < 0.05). Work discipline has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 119 Palembang City, this is proven by the results of the t test which obtained a calculated t value of 4.894 which is greater than the t table of 1.660, (4.894 > 1.660) with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05 ). Infrastructure and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 119 Palembang City, this is proven by the results of the F test which obtained calculated F values ​​> F table; 475,074 > 2.60 or α value, namely 0.000 < 0.05. For this reason, it is recommended that the Government be able to channel funds to schools to repair school buildings and provide facilities to support learning activities, so that students can study calmly and produce good achievements. Teachers are expected to be able to make good use of the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided and are willing to consciously carry out their duties and functions with full responsibility.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the Merdeka Curriculum and teacher performance on student learning outcomes at State Elementary Schools in Jakabaring District. The sample in this research was 145 State Elementary School students in Jakabaring District. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this research show that the independent curriculum has an influence on the learning outcomes of state elementary school students in Jakabaring District. This is shown by the r value as a correlation coefficient (r) which is 0.847, meaning that it can be interpreted that the independent curriculum variable has a very strong relationship to improving learning outcome variables in Jakabaring District, and R2 is 0.837, which means that the independent curriculum variable is able to explain 83.7% of the learning outcome variables, while the other 16.3% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. Teacher performance has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of public elementary school students in Jakabaring District, this is shown by the r value as a correlation coefficient (r) which is 0.887, meaning that it can be interpreted that the teacher performance variable has a very strong relationship to improving the learning outcome variables of students in Jakabaring District. , and the R2 value is 0.841, which means that the teacher performance variable is able to explain 84.1% of the learning outcome variables, while the other 15.9% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. For this reason, it is recommended that the principal be able to protect and set a good example for teachers. Applying a good leadership style will motivate teachers to produce good ways of working too. Teachers are able to express complaints regarding the principal's leadership style and the feedback they receive from the work they have done.
