Abstract

The background of this research is competence and training on employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Competency and Job Training on Employee Performance, especially in the Secretariat Work Unit of the Deputy Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. This study uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study was all employees, totaling 40 people. The number of samples in this study was 40 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was by observing and using questionnaires which were distributed to employees specifically the Secretariat Work Unit Deputy of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis test, f-test, t-test, coefficient of determination, multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of this study prove that partially the Competency variable affects Employee Performance, while Training does not affect Employee Performance. Then simultaneously there is a significant influence between Competence and Training on Employee Performance, especially the Work Unit of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs

Abstract

Analysis of Expenditure Patterns for Management Study Program Students at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja. The aim of the research is to determine the expenditure patterns of students in the Management study program at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results of the research are (1) based on gender, male students' expenditure is greater than female students' expenditure. (2) based on residence status, namely students who live in boarding houses have greater expenses than students who live with their parents. (3) based on college needs, the biggest expenses are tuition fees such as purchasing books, photocopies, etc

Abstract

Bersumber pada observasi dini di CV. Gadis Adi Wijaya, teridentifikasi terdapatnya permasalahan minimnya motivasi karyawan, baik dari segi internal ataupun eksternal. tujuan dari riset ini merupakan membagikan penilaian pengaruh lingkungann, kompensasi, serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Gadis Adi Wijaya. Riset ini memakai tata cara kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang yang pula digunakan selaku ilustrasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier berganda pada variabel motivasi menunjukkan dari: Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan CV. Putri Adi Wijaya. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel motivasi sebesar (+) 0,313 atau 31,3%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam motivasi karyawan berkontribusi positif sebesar 31,3% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh poositif pada Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel kompensasi sebesar (+) 0,362 atau 36,2%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam sistem kompensasi berkontribusi positif sebesar 36,2% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel lingkungan kerja sebesar (+) 0,311 atau 31,1%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap perbaikan dalam lingkungan kerja ini berkontribusi positif sebesar 31,1% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to test and determine the influence of store atmosphere, price discounts and location on purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja. The research method uses quantitative research. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all consumers who visited KFC Toraja and the sample used used an accidental sampling technique, which means anyone who received the questionnaire and matched the criteria could be used as a sample. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 16 program. The results of this research show that, partially, the store atmosphere value has an influence but is not significant on purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja, price discounts do not significantly influence purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja, and location influences purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja. And simultaneously the results show that the three variables, namely store atmosphere, price discounts and location together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to see the effect of price earning ratio and price to book value on stock trading volume in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company that uses rupiah currency units in financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 with a sample of 7 issuers from 15 issuers and uses a statistical program application, namely SPSS 26. The calculation results with the t test on the variable price earning ratio < with values (-0.430) < (2.037) and on the variable price to book value > with values (2.308) > (2.037). The conclusion of this study is that the price earning ratio and price book value do not simultaneously affect the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, only the price to book value variable has a significant partial positive effect on the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX The results of this study can be used as a practical analysis tool for investors in stock trading

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of leadership on work discipline, and also the role of employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research approach used quantitative-explanatory with the population sample used in this study were all permanent employees at Widyagama University Malang. Samples were taken using non-probability techniques and the method used was saturated sampling (census) with a total of 73 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were then processed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS)-3 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on employee discipline but leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. While employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. So it can be seen that employee engagement is able to fully mediate the influence of leadership on employee work discipline at Widyagama University Malang. This shows that if there is an increase in leadership, employee engagement will increase so that employee work discipline will also increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan proyeksi produksi dan konsumsi beras dalam tiga tahun terakhir serta implikasinya terhadap swasembada beras dan merumuskan strategi tepat yang harus diterapkan dalam rangka mencapai swasembada beras di Kabupaten Sambas. Analisis proyeksi produksi dan konsumsi beras di Kabupaten Sambas ini dihitung menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode study literature. Dimana informasi yang didapatkan dari kajian ilmiah oleh akademisi, informasi dari media sosial, buku pertanian, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan instansi terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Sambas telah mencapai surplus beras selama tiga tahun terakhir yaitu Tahun 2021, 2022 dan 2023. Kabupaten Sambas pada tahun 2023 mengalami surplus 128.928 Ton atau 67,09 % dan bahkan telah mensupplay kebutuhan beras Kalimantan Barat sebanyak 40%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini terdapat strategi penguatan swasembada beras telah tepat diterapkan adalah strategi progresif, dengan berfokus pada kekuatan pertanian Kabupaten Sambas. Begitu pula dengan rumusan strategi seperti intensifikasi lahan, eksensifikasi lahan dan rehabilitasi lahan, serta diversifikasi pangan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on increasing sales volume at Waroeng Sablon Tana Toraja printing. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this research was 35 Waroeng Sablon customers. Data was collected using a questionnaire. This research uses simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 26 application. The results of this research show that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The coefficient of determination shows a result of 0.024. This means that the ability of the independent variable, namely promotion, to influence the dependent variable, namely sales volume, is 2.4%, while the other 97.6% is influenced or explained by other factors that are not included in the variables examined in this research

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work experience on teacher performance at the Lentera Harapan Toraja School. This research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 teachers. This research uses quantitative research. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of this research, it shows that partially training has an influence but is not significant on teacher performance and work experience has a significant influence on teacher performance. And simultaneously training and work experience together have a significant influence on performance

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan suatu badan usaha yang berbadan hukum dan berasaskan kekeluargaan dengan mengutamakan rasa persaudaraan kepada seluruh anggotanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota pada KSP Duta Sejahtera, bagaimana kendala-kendala yang dihadapi KSP Duta Sejahtera dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang digunakan KSP Duta Sejahtera dalam upaya meningkat kan kesejahteraan anggota. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengelola Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Duta Sejahtera. Informan dalam penelitian ini manajer koperasi, HRD, dan anggota/karyawan yang ada di KSP Duta Sejahtera. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian lapangan, data dikumpulkan engan melihat apa yang nampak, menganalisis data dan menyimpulkannya.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Duta Sejahtera ini memberikan peranan yang sangat besar dalam mensejahterakan anggotanya, bentuk kesejahteraannya yaitu, kemudahan pelayanan yang diberikan, membantu membiayai pendidikan anak, jaminan kesehatan bagi pegawai, adanya pelatihan- pelatihan, hadirnya unit usaha koperasi. Kendala-kendalanya yaitu terbatasnya modal dalam pemberian kredit, kurangnya kesadaran peminjaman anggota dan tidak ada jaminan dalam peminjaman. Strategi yaitu dengan menurunkan bunga pinjaman, adanya penagih pinjaman dan koperasi harus lebih selektif dalam memberikan pinjaman kepada anggota untuk mengatasi resiko kredit.
