Abstract

In the digital era, business is growing rapidly, especially in the context of website business. This article analyses the challenges and opportunities faced by FastDigitale Enterprises, a start-up in the website building business. The main challenges include cybersecurity, data privacy, fierce competition, rapid technological trends, dependence on technology, lack of digital skills, cost of implementing technology, customer acceptance, customer trust, legal compliance, scalability, changing consumer behavior, and limited resources. On the other hand, opportunities involve website creation for local businesses, e-commerce solutions, personal portfolios & blogs, web application development, mobile responsive websites, digital consulting services, and security & secure web development. Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is that the performance of employees at PT Fuzi Citra Mandiri has not been optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri. This study used descriptive analytical method with a survey approach, quantitative methods, data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 96.2%, the effect of work ethic on employeeperformance is 54.2% and the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri is 67.4% and there are still 32.6% other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis that f count = 6.133 and f table = 3.35, the hypothesis which states that simultaneously work discipline and work ethic have an influence on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri

Abstract

Sumur “IFD” merupakan salah satu sumur gas yang dimiliki oleh PT Pertamina EP Cepu Donggi Matindok Field, dengan berlangsungnya proses produksi gas maka reservoir mengalami penurunan ekanan seiring waktu yang mempengaruhi deliverability dan produktivitas sumur sehingga laju produktivitas sumur tidak optimal. Sehingga untuk mengetahui hal tersebut maka perlu melakukan uji deliverability pada sumur “IFD”. Metode yang digunakan ialah modified isochronal test (MIT) dengan menggunakan metode konvensional untuk menentukan IPR, setelah mengatahui IPR nilai absolute open flow potential (AOFP) juga didapatkan untuk mengetahui produktivitas sumur berproduksi. Hasil perhitungan dari uji deliverability menggunakan metode konvensional maka didaptkan nilai n sebesar 0,77083 yang mingindikasikan jenis aliran “IFD” adalah aliran turbulen. Dari Analisa uji deliverability ini dapat diketahui koefisien C sebesar 0,00002 dengan nilai AOFP yang didapat dengan metode konvensional sebesar 115,8018 MMscfd. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi kurva IPR VS OPR nilai laju produksi optimum didapatkan menggunakan ukuran tubing 4,5 in dengan laju produksi yang didapatkan sebesar 17,29 MMscfd.

Abstract

The study, conducted over four years from 2018 to 2021, examines the impact of exchange rates and leverage on the profitability of company’s in the automotive and spare parts industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Exchange rate is measured in US dollars (USD), leverage is measured by debt to equity ratio, and profitability is measured by return on investment. The sample consisted of 12 automotive and spare parts industry companies with a total of 48 data items processed by E-views 12. The results show that the USD exchange rate has a small positive effect on return on assets with a t-count of 0,767577 < t-table 2,01290 and a significance value of 0,4467 > 0,05. Although the debt to equity ratio shows that the results have an insignificant negative effect on investment taking, the calculation results in a t-count of -1.874010 < t-table 2,01290 and a significant value is known, namely 0,0674>0,05. The results of this study reveal that an increase (decrease) in the rupiah exchange rate towards the US dollar can increase the issuer’s profit margin. On the other hand, increasing leverage can reduce the company’s earnings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik dalam perspektif maqashid syariah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan menjelaskan peran kinerja amil sebagai pemoderasi yang diharapkan memberikan penjelasan rinci tentang hubungan antara zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literature dengan melakukan tinjauan dari jurnal-jurnal internasional dan nasional yang terkemuka. Hasil dari penenlitian ini adalah suatu kerangka konseptual yang diharapkan memberikan wawasan baru tentang hubungan antara zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik. Zakat produktif berpotensi memberikan dampak positif pada kesejahteraan mustahik yang memiliki tingkat kinerja amil tinggi, dan sebaliknya. Penelitian masa depan dapat menguji secara empiris proposisi yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang hubungan antatra zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik dalam konteks maqashid syariah.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the influence of ethnicity, entrepreneurship knowledge and capital resources on the entrepreneurial interests of the community in the Rantepao district and Tallunglipu district. This research method is quantitative research, data collection technique through questionnaires. The population in this study was 7,218 and the sample of the study was 98 respondents, the method of sampling using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study show that: (1) Ethnicity has a positive and significant influence on the interests of entrepreneurs in the Rantepao and Tallunglipu districts, (2) Entrepreneurship knowledge has a significant and positive influence upon the interest of entreprenors in Ranteapao district, (3) Capital resources are ineffective and insignificant in relation to entrepreneurial interests in the district and the Tallunglipu district; and (4) Ethnic knowledge, enterprise knowledge and capital resources combined have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneur interest of the community in the rantepo and the tallunglipo district. This means that every person of different ethnicities has a life spirit that has been planted from an early age so that a person's character can be formed through the surrounding environment, with corporate knowledge that encourages society to grow and innovate so that the undertakings that it undertakes have a long-term impact on its well-being and long-lasting, capital resources that are important to start as a small enterprise and determine a large enterprise

Abstract

The background of this research is competence and training on employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Competency and Job Training on Employee Performance, especially in the Secretariat Work Unit of the Deputy Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. This study uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study was all employees, totaling 40 people. The number of samples in this study was 40 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was by observing and using questionnaires which were distributed to employees specifically the Secretariat Work Unit Deputy of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis test, f-test, t-test, coefficient of determination, multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of this study prove that partially the Competency variable affects Employee Performance, while Training does not affect Employee Performance. Then simultaneously there is a significant influence between Competence and Training on Employee Performance, especially the Work Unit of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs

Abstract

Analysis of Expenditure Patterns for Management Study Program Students at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja. The aim of the research is to determine the expenditure patterns of students in the Management study program at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results of the research are (1) based on gender, male students' expenditure is greater than female students' expenditure. (2) based on residence status, namely students who live in boarding houses have greater expenses than students who live with their parents. (3) based on college needs, the biggest expenses are tuition fees such as purchasing books, photocopies, etc

Abstract

Bersumber pada observasi dini di CV. Gadis Adi Wijaya, teridentifikasi terdapatnya permasalahan minimnya motivasi karyawan, baik dari segi internal ataupun eksternal. tujuan dari riset ini merupakan membagikan penilaian pengaruh lingkungann, kompensasi, serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Gadis Adi Wijaya. Riset ini memakai tata cara kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang yang pula digunakan selaku ilustrasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier berganda pada variabel motivasi menunjukkan dari: Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan CV. Putri Adi Wijaya. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel motivasi sebesar (+) 0,313 atau 31,3%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam motivasi karyawan berkontribusi positif sebesar 31,3% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh poositif pada Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel kompensasi sebesar (+) 0,362 atau 36,2%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam sistem kompensasi berkontribusi positif sebesar 36,2% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel lingkungan kerja sebesar (+) 0,311 atau 31,1%, menunjukkan bahwa setiap perbaikan dalam lingkungan kerja ini berkontribusi positif sebesar 31,1% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to test and determine the influence of store atmosphere, price discounts and location on purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja. The research method uses quantitative research. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all consumers who visited KFC Toraja and the sample used used an accidental sampling technique, which means anyone who received the questionnaire and matched the criteria could be used as a sample. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 16 program. The results of this research show that, partially, the store atmosphere value has an influence but is not significant on purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja, price discounts do not significantly influence purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja, and location influences purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja. And simultaneously the results show that the three variables, namely store atmosphere, price discounts and location together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions
