Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena tawuran antara siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Jakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori kontrol sosial. Tawuran antar pelajar sering kali dianggap sebagai tindakan kriminal yang melibatkan aspek pembalasan dendam dan solidaritas antar kelompok. Pendekatan teori kontrol sosial digunakan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku tawuran dalam konteks ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tawuran antar siswa STM seringkali dipicu oleh motif pembalasan dendam terhadap tindakan yang dianggap merugikan kehormatan atau harga diri kelompok. Selain itu, faktor solidaritas antar kelompok juga memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat perilaku tawuran. Kontrol sosial dari pihak sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar dianggap masih kurang efektif dalam mencegah dan mengendalikan tawuran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang fenomena tawuran antar pelajar, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah menengah. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini termasuk pentingnya penguatan kontrol sosial yang lebih efektif dari pihak sekolah dan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan tawuran serta perlunya intervensi yang lebih komprehensif untuk mengatasi akar permasalahan yang mendasari perilaku tawuran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability as proxied by ROE (Return on Equity), and Liquidity as proxied by CR (Current Ratio) and Leverage which is proxied by DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) on Bond Yield (Yield to Maturity) with Rating Bonds as an intervening variable in companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the 2016-2018 period. The type of research is quantitative research, with secondary data obtained from www.ibpa.co.id, www.pefindo.com, www.idx.go.id. The total sample is 10 companies that issued 61 Islamic bonds in the 2016-2018 period. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis test and data processing using SPSS 22 for windows. Research results Profitability has no effect on bond ratings, while Liquidity and Leverage have an effect on bond ratings. On profitability, liquidity and leverage affect the yield of Islamic bonds. In its mediation, the bond rating does not mediate between profitability and bond yield. Meanwhile, Liquidity and Leverage on Yeild bonds mediate through bond rating.

Abstract

The import of vehicles from Indonesia has a great significance to the sectors that involved in the tourism industry, trade and industry in Timor-Leste. The Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry has the responsibility to ensure that this import benefits the country and contributes to economic development in Timor-Leste. One of the roles of the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry is related to the implementation of Decree-Law No. 30 / 2011 of 27 July. The decree-law contains the rules and regulations for the activity of import of vehicles. In this study, will be using analytical approach to analyze the impactof vehicle imports from Indonesia to the sectors of tourism, trade and industry in Timor-Leste. In addition, will conduct a study on a coasts that involved in the import, impact on the local market, competition with local products and other benefits that may result from the import of the vehicle. The nature of research in this study is qualitative with the data analysis model based on interactive model through data collection, reduction, analysis and conclusion. As a result of this research, the role of the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry is crucial to ensure the import of all vehicles from Indonesia to Timor-Leste through Dec. Law no. 30 / 2011. The import of vehicles from Indonesia has an important role to have a positive impact on the tourism, trade and industry sectors in Timor-Leste. The Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry ensures the quality of vehicles imported from Indonesia in order to contribute to the economic development of the country. The guarantee is made through the implementation and assurance of the Dec. Law no. 30 / 2011 in the import process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the ombudsman RI strategy in preventing maladministration of public service delivery and how to prevent maladministration of public service delivery. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The strategy of the ombudsman of Southeast Sulawesi representatives in preventing maladministration of public service delivery in general is still not good so that it has not been successful, especially in the goal indicator due to the lack of socialisation to the public about the ombudsman and the coverage of the ombudsman's working area which is far from the community environment in Southeast Sulawesi, then the environment because in environmental indicators both internal and external factors have not succeeded in carrying out the strategy of preventing maladministration in public service delivery in Southeast Sulawesi and in the learning indicator, the ombudsman of Southeast Sulawesi stopped cooperation between ombudsman friends so that this became inefficient due to the lack of quantity of human resources in the Southeast Sulawesi ombudsman office. The Ombudsman of Southeast Sulawesi representatives in preventing maladministration in accordance with the ombudsman regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 41 of 2019 is still not good and not optimal, especially at the detection stage because it indirectly explains that the initiative to detect and track potential maladministration has not been carried out by the ombudsman of Southeast Sulawesi. Ombudsman sultra has carried out the entire series of prevention stages properly in accordance with applicable ombudsman regulations on procedures for preventing maladministration.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan daerah pastinya diikuti oleh adanya pertambahan penduduk disuatu daerah dimana hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi daerah tersebut untuk dapat mengetahui warga yang berdomisili di wilayahnya dengan melakukan pendataan penduduk. Pendataan terhadap penduduk sangat memiliki manfaat untuk banyak kepentingan yang dibutuhkan dalam hal ini seperti jumlah penduduk yang memiliki hak untuk ikut dalam Pemilu, data penduduk untuk keperluan statistik dan lainnya, oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tantangan dan manfaat dari pendataan penduduk bagi aparat Kampung Bumi Mulia yang berada di Distrik Wanggar Kabupaten Nabire Propinsi Papua Tengah. Metoda yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan adalah aparat kampung Bumi Mulia yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan pengumpulan data terkait kajian yang diteliti, kemudian dilakukan analisis data terhadap informasi yang diperoleh dengan cara mengolah data dan mendeskripsikan dan selanjutnya dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu kurangnya personil aparat kampung dalam melakukan pendataan penduduk, rendahnya peran ketua Rukun Tetangga dalam melakukan kontrol terhadap penduduk yang berdomisili di wilayahnya dan kepala kampung berperan dalam menggerakkan aparat kampung untuk maksimal dalam data kependudukan sesuai dengan kondisi menurut jenis kelamin, usia, agama dan lainnya yang memiliki manfaat terhadap data yang akurat untuk kepentingan di pemerintahan dan pihak lain yang membutuh data kependudukan.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies play an important role in a country's economy, especially in increasing national income. However, a number of external and internal factors can influence a company's financial performance. Some of them are Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operating Costs to Income Ratio (BOPO), which can influence the company's profit change practices. This research aims to analyze the influence of NIM and BOPO on profit change practices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020-2022 period. Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Costs to Income Ratio (BOPO) are indicators and analytical tools. Changes in NIM or BOPO do not always have the same direct impact on changes in profits, but both can provide important information that can help bank management. In this research we used financial data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for a three year period, namely 2020, 2021 and 2022. The sample used in this research was 132 samples with a total of 44 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. This research uses a multiple regression analysis method using a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The data used was obtained from company financial reports published on the official IDX website. Based on the results of the partial t test, it can be seen if the significance value of NIM is 0.00 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the significance value of the BOPO variable is 0.593 > 0.05. The second hypothesis is accepted as the same meaning if the NIM and BOPO variables have a significant effect on the ROA variable. The results of this research show that NIM and BOPO have a significant effect on changes in profits in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Therefore, manufacturing companies are expected to pay attention to the performance of NIM and BOPO in making financial decisions and business strategies.

Abstract

Setiap dosen mempunyai hak untuk dapat mengembangkan karirnya diperguruan tinggi. Peningkatan karir dosen akan membawa kepuasan dosen sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Dosen sebagai pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan dengan tugas utama mentransformasikan, mengembangkan, dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Kualitas pembelajaran tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kualitas dosennya. Demikian juga dengan kualitas dosen akan menetukan kualitas lulusan. Penelilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi pengembangan karir dosen dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan kajian literatur atau riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa bahwa dalam pengembangan dosen diperlukan strategi agar karir dosen dapat terus berkembang. yang menjadikan para dosen lebih termotivasi melaksankankan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Sehingga kualitas pembelajaran menjadi meningkat dan bermuara pada lulusan yang berkualitas. Adapun kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh dosen adalah: kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi, pelatihan, dan pengalaman profesional

Abstract

The title of this scientific journal is “Public service ethic in traffic and road safety”, which is conducted evaluative study at PNTL Headquarter of Dili Municipality. The objective of this article is “to know how the application of public service ethic of bureaucrats or the traffic members of Timor-Leste National Police (TLNP) at the Traffic and road safety office, at Police Command of Dili municipality. The descriptive qualitative method had been applied in order to respond to the problem in this scientific journal. The data has been collected from primary and secondary data source, it’s obtained through interview with customer and the member of traffic police, observation of researcher and the relevant document. The result of this article indicated that nowadays, public service ethic towards traffic enforcement at the traffic and road safety office in Dili municipality Police command which seen from the legality, Moral, Administrative and work ethic approach are still less or not yet reach the maximum standard. Although, the aspect of abuse of authority has begun to disappear and the members had have capability to conduct the service. Required to Government through TLNP command to continue conducted maximum control to improve the public service ethic in traffic enforcement and road safety, continues to empower the members and apply the disciplinary regulations towards the members who violate the law and regulation when conducting public service.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of lifestyle, price perceptions, and tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Jakarta. Data was collected in January 2023 from 100 respondents visiting Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Of these, 20 respondents were used to test the validity and reliability. In comparison, the other 80 respondents were used for the multiple linear regression test to identify the effect simultaneously or partially. Sampling was conducted using the Roscoe technique, about 15-20 times the number of existing variables. The results of this study concluded several important things. Overall, the three independent variables, lifestyle, price perceptions, and tourist attractiveness, significantly influence the satisfaction level of visiting. Partially, lifestyle significantly influences the level of visit satisfaction; perceived price also influences visit satisfaction, while tourist attraction does not significantly impact visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian di produk Sidomuncul. Metode penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand image secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
