Kegiatan PASKIBRA yang dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa dalam hal kedisiplinan, kepercayaan diri, bertanggung jawab, sikap tegas dan berjiwa kepemimpinan serta saat kegiatan berlangsung dapat juga menumbuhkan sikap semangat kebangsaan seperti cinta tanah air dan semangat kebangsaan yang bertumpu pada nilai-nilai Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Selain kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PASKIBRA ini, untuk menumbuhkan karakter disiplin juga dapat diimbangi dengan kegiatan lain yang masih berhubungan dengan kedisiplinan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions (a survey of Lawang Coffee consumers in Leuwisari, Tasikmalaya), both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a causal quantitative survey approach. The population studied were 100 respondents. The data collected in the form of secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study using Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at Lawang Coffee in Leuwisari District. Product quality partially influences purchasing decisions at Lawang Coffee in Leuwisari District. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty (Survey of Pringsewu Pangandaran restaurant customers). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 customers of Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the brand image perceived by the customers of Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant had very good criteria. The product quality at Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant has very good assessment criteria. Customer Satisfaction Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant has very good assessment criteria. Customer Loyalty to Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant Customers has quite good criteria. Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is significant, meaning that Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is significant, meaning that Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty to Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant Customers.

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Galaxy31 Computer Store in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Consumers of the Galaxy31 Computer Store, Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Store Atmosphere and Promotion had a significant influence on Purchase Decisions at the Galaxy31 Computer Store. Partially Store Atmosphere has a significant influence on Purchase Decisions at the Galaxy31 Computer Store. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of store image and product variations on purchase decision Kareem Hjiab in Kab, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the store image and product variations simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decision. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of product innovation and product creativity on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that product innovation and product creativity simultaneously have a significant effect on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya. Product innovation partially has a significant effect on competitive advantage in Samudra Bordir Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Promotion Mix and Price Perception on Purchase Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. Sources of primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The results show that Promotion Mix and Price Perception simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya, also Promotion Mix partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya and Partial Price Perception has not a significant effect on Purchase Decisions at the Mangkok Makan Food Bowl in Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously and partially Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions through a survey on consumers of Scarlet Whitening products. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. Data analysis used was classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing used t, F and R² tests. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on work performance (a survey of employees in the marketing division of PT. Bumi Makmur Indah Pangandaran). This type of research is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The sample that will be selected in this study is the Marketing Section Employees of PT. Bumi Makmur Indah Pangandaran as many as 27 people. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work discipline and communication had a significant influence on job performance for employees of the marketing division of PT. Beautiful Prosperous Earth in Pangandaran. Partially, Work Discipline has not a significant influence on Work Performance for Employees in the Marketing Division of PT. Beautiful Prosperous Earth in Pangandaran. Communication has a significant influence on the work performance of employees in the marketing division of PT. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Compensation and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Ciamis Shopee Express Courier. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 35 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on performance.
