Abstract

This research aimed to measure the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the principal's organizational citizen behaviour (OCB). The kind of research was quantitative with a method of survey. The research population was 116 people. With the Proportional Random Sampling technique, the sample used was 90 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The techniques of data analysis were descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results indicated an effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The positive effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour and job satisfaction also positively influenced organizational commitment. This research has implications for principals' organizational citizenship behaviour was able to be increased to improve organizational justice, improvement and enhancement of job satisfaction and organizational commitment will affect the improvement of organizational citizenship behaviour of principals.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to measure the effect degree of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of the principles of public high school in Jakarta. The research was done from November to December 2016. The data were collected from the principles that selected as a respondent, through the questionnaires. This research consist of 90 principles as asample of 116 of the total population around Jakarta province. The amount of 90 samples decided based on the proportional random sampling technique. Then, the data calculated using path analysis.The result of the study shows: 1) there is a positive effect of organizational justice variable on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The data analysis said the path coefficient value of organizational justice on OCB (p41) was 0,221. 2) the positive effect of job satisfaction on OCB also able to be seen from the value of path coefficient (p42) in the amount of 0,205. 3) organizational commitment as shown in the path coefficient amount (p43) was 0,212, it indicated a positive effect on OCB. 4) the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment described a positive contribution. The amount of path coefficient (p31) was 0,253. 5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment (p32) as big as 0,237 of path coefficient. 6) organizational justice variable indicated a positive influenced on job satisfaction (p21), with the amount of path coefficient 0,286. Finally, it is recommended for public educational institution to boost the whole components in education field to do the best for it organization. Abstract

This study aims to examine: 1) the direct effect of academic service quality on student satisfaction, 2) the direct influence of infrastructure on student satisfaction, and 3) the direct influence of academic service quality on infrastructure. This study uses quantitative research methods. The target population was 318 students and the sample of research was 178 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research data analysis technique used path analysis. Research results prove that: first, the quality of academic services has a direct positive effect on student satisfaction. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.527, which means that 52.7% of student satisfaction can be explained by the quality of academic services. Second, infrastructure has a direct positive effect on student satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 0.345, which means that 34.5% of student satisfaction can be explained by infrastructure. Third, the quality of academic service has a direct positive effect on Infrastructure. The coefficient of determination is 0.137, which means that 13.7% of infrastructure can be explained by the quality of academic services.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan Nasional pendidikan adalah agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut SMP Muhammadiyah 30 menyelenggarakan program bimbingan BTHQ (baca, tulis dan hafalan Al-Quran). Sebagai program yang diunggulkan program ini belum menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya penelitian tentang evaluasi program. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode CIPP (context, inpot, proses, product). Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada awal pelaksanaan BTHQ di tahun 2018/2019 program ini menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan karena dari target pencapaian siswa yaitu hafal juz 30 ada beberapa yang melampaui sampai dengan juz 29 dan 28. Setelah terjadinya pandemic COVID 19 di tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 kegiatan BTHQ mengalami penurunan dalam pencapaian target hafalan maupun proses pembelajaran. Hal ini berlangsung sampai dengan akhir tahun 2021/2022. Setelah pembelajaran tatap muka diizinkan bertahap, pada pertengahan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik karena adanya penambahan sesi pembelajaran dan hasil pencapaian kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa 90% membaik, namun untuk pencapaian hafalan belum mencapai target yang diharapkan sekolah.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta is one that already has a First Professional Certification Institute or LSP - P1 as evidenced by the license from BNSP. The First Professional Certification Body or LSP, is very important in issuing Work Competency Certification. Certification of Work Competence is what will affect the results of students in the future. This study aims to evaluate the KKNI level II work competency certification program for students of office automation and governance expertise. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the CIPP Evaluation Method. The CIPP method focuses on Context, namely the legal basis, vision and mission and objectives, Input, namely students, educators, facilities and infrastructure, financing, curriculum and assessors, Process, namely registration, pre-assessment, and assessment and Product includes reporting results. This program has a positive impact on the skills of work competency certification participants at SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Fiqh MGMP program in Karawang, especially those related to Human Resources, infrastructure, and funding. This research is an evaluation research using the CIPP model approach, that is Context, Input, Process, and Product. Respondents in this evaluation were administrators and members of the MGMP Fiqh MTs in Karawang. This evaluation research was carried out in 2022 with the sampling method carried out was purposive sampling. The data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The three types of data were tested for validity using triangulation techniques. The evaluation results showed that the planning aspects of the MGMP program are generally good. Aspects of human resource capacity, infrastructure, and funding sources that support the MGMP program are still not optimal. The process aspect still does not fulfill all the components specified in the process evaluation aspect. The implementation of MGMP program activities is still very low. Aspects of the achievement of the MGMP program in improving the professionalism of Fiqh subject teachers are still quite good in accordance with the success criteria set in the product evaluation aspect.

Abstract

Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School also carries out Basic Leadership Training activities to train students to organize, how to manage time, socialize, and express opinions. On the other hand, the formation of OSIS also plays a very important role in shaping the spirit of leadership. This study aims to evaluate the OSIS Leadership Training Program for the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur. East Jakarta. The population and sample in this study were the participants of the OSIS Leadership Training Basic Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with KirkPatrick Evaluation Method. KirkPatrick's Evaluation Method focuses on 4 Levels of Evaluation Stages; Level 1 Reaction, Level 2 Learning Phase, Level 3 Behavior Phase, and Level 4 Outcome Phase. Level 1 Reactions provide positive satisfaction according to the participants' responses based on indicators of material, consumption, facilities and infrastructure and, presenters. Level 2 Learning Phase provides 80% response about understanding related to the material. Level 3 Behavioral Stage provides an 85% response related to significant changes related to the application of materials in daily life. Level 4 Stage Results obtained a response of 70% related to the increase in information and performance obtained after participating in the training. This training had a positive impact on changing the behavior of the participants at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur, East Jakarta.

Abstract

The implementation of learning plays an important role in determining the success of student learning. Teachers also greatly contribute to the success of learning success, because the role and competence of teachers affect the success of classroom management and student learning outcomes. Teachers must carry out evaluations for their students both individually and in class. The means of measuring self-efficacy and consumption of education is through the curriculum. Because what determines the activities of the educational process is determined through the curriculum. One of the goals of the institution is that students are expected to be able to communicate both using the national language, namely Indonesian and also able to communicate using English. Researchers want to know the knowledge and language skills of students, especially in communicating using the national language, namely Indonesian, because the time to speak Indonesian at school is less than the time to communicate in English. Not only that, the use of English is also used as the language of communication at home with the family. This research was conducted to realize the improvement of the quality of education and learning. In the evaluation of Indonesian language learning using a goal-oriented model (Goal Oriented Evaluation Model). This evaluation model uses goals as criteria to determine success. The conclusion from the context aspect of the Indonesian language learning program is that learning is formed based on applicable rules and as an answer to the school's desire to be able to realize one of the school's goals, namely "to be able to communicate using Indonesian well". From the recapitulation table the percentage of Indonesian language scores is already good above 70%, but for grades 1 and 2 it is at the lowest percentage level because grade 1 and grade 2 children are not able to think abstractly. Therefore, the learning process should be done face-to-face.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran termasuk salah satu sumber belajar yang mendukung penciptaan kondisi belajar siswa yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Guru harus mengikuti perkembangan pembelajaran digital interaktif. Ini merupakan salah satu tantangan bagi guru dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi untuk memodifikasi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik minat para siswa. Canva digunakan sebagai sumber belajar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar digital. Canva dapat digunakan oleh guru dengan memilih dan mengaplikasikan fitur yang tersedia sesuai dengan materi yang akan disampaikan kepada siswa. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bahwa peserta pelatihan merasa terbantu dengan adanya pelatihan ini. Peserta yang merasa mudah mengoperasikan aplikasi canva yang sebelumnya hanya 30,6% setelah mengikuti pelatihan meningkat menjadi 84,6%. Artinya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan yang dialami peserta dalam penggunaan canva sebesar 53,8% setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini para peserta dapat menerapkan pembuatan media pembelajaran canva dalam proses belajar mengajar sehari-hari di sekolah.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi kerja dapat terjadi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diuji pengarunhnya terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang mengindikasikan belum maksimal. Dibutuhkan adanya trigger yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah ditengarai menjadi variabel yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136. Penetapan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan sampel uji coba 30 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (pengujian hipotesis). Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap budaya sekolah (X2).
