Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Aplikasi Status Gizi Bayi berbasis web yang dirancang untuk mempermudah petugas kesehatan dalam menilai status gizi bayi. Perancangan antarmuka aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan Evolus Pencil, sementara pengembangan aplikasinya dilakukan dengan Notepad. Evolus Pencil dimanfaatkan untuk mendesain tampilan antarmuka (GUI) agar sesuai kebutuhan, dan Android Studio digunakan dalam proses implementasi aplikasi berdasarkan desain tersebut. Data yang dimasukkan ke dalam aplikasi meliputi parameter antropometri seperti usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, panjang badan, dan lingkar kepala, yang diperoleh melalui pengukuran langsung. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa kategori status gizi: di bawah normal, normal, dan di atas normal, sesuai dengan standar penilaian dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hasil uji aplikasi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi 100% dalam mengklasifikasikan status gizi berdasarkan standar tersebut. Meski demikian, aplikasi masih memiliki kekurangan, seperti tampilan yang terlalu sederhana, dan disarankan agar dikembangkan lebih lanjut, misalnya dengan menambahkan fitur login untuk memantau perkembangan bayi secara berkala.

Abstract

The era of Industry 5.0 is characterized by the synergistic integration of advanced digital technologies and humanistic values, emphasizing collaboration between intelligent machines and humans. In forensic medicine, this transformation offers significant potential to improve the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of post-mortem identification, wound analysis, and legal evidence presentation within the framework of criminal justice. Technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), 3D imaging, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and big data are beginning to play vital roles in enhancing forensic investigations, which were previously reliant on manual and conventional methods. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the application of these technologies in the context of forensic medicine in Indonesia. In addition to outlining the benefits and opportunities presented, this paper also explores the major challenges faced, such as infrastructure limitations, readiness of human resources, regulatory gaps, and ethical issues surrounding medical data privacy. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the article is expected to contribute to the formulation of strategic policies that support digital transformation in forensic medicine towards an adaptive and sustainable ecosystem in the Industry 5.0 era.

Abstract

This article discusses the design and implementation of an instructional material website as a digital innovation aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching. The methods used include user needs analysis, interface design, and functionality testing. The results show that the instructional material website improves accessibility, flexibility, and student engagement in the learning process. This innovation also facilitates lecturers in systematically distributing teaching materials. The instructional material website has proven to be an effective solution in supporting a modern and efficient learning process.

Abstract

The use of Information Technology in the field of education has become a pressing need to support more efficient learning processes and school management. However, SDIT Al Akhyar, located in Bungo Regency, has yet to have an official digital platform accessible to the public or internal stakeholders. This study aims to design and develop an official website for SDIT Al Akhyar as a medium for information dissemination, communication, and school promotion. The development process involved needs analysis, system design, website development using web-based technologies, and evaluation through limited user testing. The resulting website features include the school profile, academic information, the latest news, and interactive elements such as an online registration form. The system was built using the Waterfall model and tested using black-box testing to ensure functionality. The final product is expected to improve the school's digital visibility and provide easier access to information for students, parents, and the community. Feedback from school stakeholders was positive, indicating the website’s usefulness as a promotional and administrative tool. Further development is planned to expand the system’s accessibility and functionality.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a complication of pregnancy occurring after 20 weeks of gestation, characterized by elevated blood pressure accompanied by proteinuria. The aim of this study was to identify the patient characteristics, antihypertension usage profile, and the occurrence of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) in preeclampsia patients admitted to Hospital “X” during the period of January to December 2023. This observational study was conducted retrospectively using purposive sampling for data collection. The results obtained from 75 patients showed that the majority were aged 26–35 years (49.3%), with parity P0 (42.67%), primigravida pregnancy status (G1) (40%), last education level at senior high school (46.67%), no history of hypertension (74.67%), no history of preeclampsia (94.67%), and obese BMI (49.33%). The preeclampsia patients based on risk factors were dominated by those with parity P0 (first delivery), totaling 32 patients (36.55%). Blood pressure readings above 160 mmHg were found in 76% of patients, and proteinuria at 2+ was observed in 41.3%. The most commonly used antihypertension medication was single-agent nifedipine (81.33%), while the most frequently used non- antihypertension drug was 40% magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) (82.66%). The incidence of DRPs included 14 cases (18.33%) of drugs without indication, 13 cases (17.32%) of indication without drug therapy, and moderate drug interactions between dexamethasone and furosemide in 20 patients (26.66%). The potential adverse drug reactions observed were minor (20%), moderate (80%), and none were major (0%). This study is expected to serve as an informative reference regarding the use of antihypertension therapy in preeclampsia patients. Abstract

The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) underlies an individual's intention to perform a specific behavior, including the behavior of restricting the consumption of sugary foods and drinks in children. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion media based on TPB in limiting the intake of sugary foods and beverages among children aged 3–5 years. An experimental study with a pre- and post-test control group design was conducted, involving two groups with different educational media: the experimental group received messages through WhatsApp social media, while the control group received conventional leaflet-based education. The results showed that WhatsApp text messaging was effective in changing mothers' intentions, attitudes, subjective norms, and behaviors in restricting the consumption of sugary foods and drinks in children (p < 0.05). In conclusion, WhatsApp text messaging effectively influences mothers' intentions and behaviors in restricting sugary food and beverage intake in children, controlled by TPB constructs. WhatsApp-based educational media can be recommended as a health promotion strategy to prevent excessive sugar consumption in early childhood.
