Abstract

The existence of a leader in an educational institution is very important because it is one of the elements that will determine the preparation and process of realizing the institutional vision. Islamic, good and firm leadership is needed in every educational institution. because basically every educational institution needs a leader figure who masters various matters related to education. The success or failure of an educational institution is largely determined by the quality of leadership, because an outstanding school is a school that has effective leadership. This research includes library research, which is research that utilizes library sources to obtain research data, while the approach used is a qualitative research approach, namely systematic research used to study or research an object in a natural setting without any manipulation therein and without there is a hypothesis test. From this research, the concept of Islamic educational leadership is the art or skill of a leader influencing his subordinates in an effort to achieve educational goals in accordance with Islamic principles. The criteria for a leader who is the hope in Islamic education must be honest, fair and responsible, have a vision, and be able to provide inspiration, and be competent in their field. Educational Leadership Models in Islam, contingency, participation, goal oriented and achievement oriented.

Abstract

The creativity of the teacher in managing the classroom is very important because it will develop the success of the teacher in overcoming the boredom of student learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the creativity of teachers in the field of Islamic Education in managing classes to overcome learning saturation in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri and also to determine the symptoms of learning saturation faced by students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri. This type of research is field research with a qualitative case study approach. The subjects of this study were 2 teachers in the field of Fiqh, 2 Al-Qur'an Hadith, 2 Akidah Akhlak, and 2 Islamic Cultural History teachers and also 6 students who participated in Islamic Education learning materials. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the creativity of teachers in managing the classroom to overcome student boredom in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri has five points of findings, namely: 1) checking the situation and condition of students in order to understand and ensure that students are comfortable and happy in participating in learning, 2 ) teachers also make good use of learning media in learning, 3) teachers manage the learning environment well, 4) develop teaching strategies, 5) and provide motivational strategies. This research can contribute to teachers to review the circumstances and conditions experienced by students when teaching and learning activities are taking place in handling classes.

Abstract

Educational technology is designed to help solve educational problems, so that it can provide benefits in efforts to improve the quality of learning. Various forms of learning experiences, both those that can be achieved in the classroom and outside the classroom and learning messages, can be packaged by paying attention to the rules and principles of educational technology. With the use of learning technology, it is hoped that educational messages can be packaged more systematically, both in physical packaging and virtual, which is no longer limited by the dimensions of space or time, so that it can be accepted by students well, easily and widely, and creates education that is fun, flexible in the dimensions of time, space, and develops the potential of individual students. Apart from providing benefits, technology in the education sector also provides several obstacles that have a positive impact on education.

Abstract

The research method used is library research method. In addition, other supporting methods are historical methods, correlational methods and developmental methods. Then the data were analyzed using the method of content analysis (content analysis). The approach in learning the perspective of Imam Al Ghazali in the book of Ayyuhal Walad is an approach with theocentric nuances. This is shown by learning that has value is to get closer to Allah, the motivation in learning must be for the sake of reviving the Prophet's Shari'a and subjugating the lusts, students must maintain the sanctity of their souls, and practice the knowledge they have gained. Abstract

The focus of the research in this case is to find out the role of Islamic religious education teachers in forming the Islamic character of class VII MTs students. Al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan, knows about the formation of character education by Islamic religious education teachers for class VII MTs students. Al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan, knows the supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic religious education teachers in forming the character of class VII MTs students. Al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan. This research was prepared based on field data using a qualitative approach. Data collected using participant observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for the analysis, the researcher used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of a comprehensive description and description of the data collected about the actual situation. The results of this research indicate that Islamic religious education teachers play a role in shaping students' Islamic behavior. The role of teachers as educators in shaping students' Islamic behavior in class VII MTs students. Al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan is by always guiding and developing students to behave Islamically on a daily basis

Abstract

The presence of STAIS/ITSNU Pasuruan is an Islamic higher education institution as a post-Aliyah/non-Aliyah madrasa institution inside and outside the Islamic boarding school environment. This higher education institution will produce students who have modern values ​​without having to abandon the characteristics of an-Nahdliyah, where in general students are educated and trained to live simply, be humble, honest, adaptable, not arrogant, respect people. on the other hand, being steadfast in facing all challenges and temptations, being able to live on one's own strength does not require being a civil servant, and being sincere in all deeds, which is in accordance with the characteristics of an-Nahdliyah. However, their orientation remains towards the future, and has modern values ​​that should be implemented.

Abstract

The needs and lifestyle of society in the current era have given rise to developments in various fields, one of which is technology. Changes in learning patterns are needed to carry out updates to keep up with the dynamics of increasingly rapid changes triggered by technological developments. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive model to analyze and explain how information and communication technology is used in learning at SMA Bayt Al-Hikmah Pasuruan. Based on the research conducted, it can be said that the teacher paradigm when utilizing information and communication technology in learning is still limited to the use of presentations, especially power points. The use of the internet is still limited to searching for information about the material that will be presented rather than being used as a new integrated learning system, likewise social networking is still not widely used as a new learning system to further increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process.

Abstract

The issue of decentralization refers to the extent to which authority has been delegated, authority from one level of management to the next level of management that is below it, while centralization is the opposite or remains held at the top level. The issue here is not whether an organization must decentralize, but to what extent it is decentralized. For example, basic education management tends towards centralization or decentralization. Or even a combination of centralization and decentralization. Let's take the example of the case of basic education management in an Islamic boarding school environment. Abstract

This research aims to find out things that are very related and important in supporting success in implementing the curriculum. This research uses a library research method, namely research based on the opinions of educational experts. Important components as supporting resources for the successful implementation of the curriculum include the implementation of education management in the micro scope called school management, utilization of learning resources, teacher performance and professionalism. However, in the author's opinion, one of the most urgent things is micromanagement support. And the essence of school management lies in leadership. Because it is through intelligent leadership that curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation can be carried out effectively, efficiently, accountably and transparently.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to describe the implementation of the STAD type cooperative learning model 2) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in implementing the STAD type cooperative learning model. in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Kejayan. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative type using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research are that the PAI learning process at SMAN 1 KEJAYAN uses the STAD cooperative method, the teacher first delivers the material, then students are formed into several groups and each group gets questions that must be discussed. Meanwhile, supporting factors in implementing the STAD learning model are 1) conducive conditions and situations for students, 2) students are more enthusiastic in participating in learning, 3) students are more active. Meanwhile, factors that hinder learning are 1) there are students who pay more attention to their cell phones than their teachers, 2) lack of teacher creativity in providing PAI material.
