Abstract

The aims of this research were to know the kinds of affixes and how they were used in “the parable of the lost sheep story”. Affix is a part of morphology. Morphology is the study of the internal structure of word. There are two kinds of morphology, which are derivational and inflectional. Both derivational and inflectional morphologies are related to affixes. Affixes can be distinguished by two primary types, they are: prefixes and suffixes. Prefixes are attached at the beginning of a lexical item or base morpheme, while suffixes are attached at the end of a lexical item or base morpheme. Derivational affixes caused the semantic changes, while inflectional affixes result in no changes. Affixes are commonly used in many sentences to construct a story. Descriptive qualitative was used as the method to do this research. The results of this research showed that there are 6 suffixes found in the story, they are -es, -s, -ing, -ed, -ly and -th, and two prefixes, they are re- and step-.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan produksi Martabak dan Terang Bulan Putra Tegal dengan mengurangi bahan baku dan menggunakan aplikasi QM For Windows V5 metode grafik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami proses produksi dan mengurangi biaya bahan baku. Metode Grafik digunakan untuk memprediksi biaya produksi yang diperoleh dari setiap produksi yang dilakukan oleh pedagang martabak dalam jangka waktu 7 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan aplikasi QM For Windows V5 metode grafik dapat mengurangi biaya produksi minimum sebesar 11.760.000 dalam satu seminggu. Penelitian ini berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi pada industri martabak dan mendorong penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Dalam penelitian ini, aplikasi QM For Windows V5 metode grafik digunakan untuk memprediksi biaya produksi dengan memanfaatkan data historis dan analisis statistik. Dengan demikian, pedagang martabak dapat lebih efektif dalam mengatur produksi dan mengurangi biaya bahan baku. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM Martabak dan Terang Bulan Putra Tegal untuk meminimumkan biaya produksi tanpa mengurangi kualitas produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi penerapan Metode Vogels Approximation Method (VAM) dalam mengoptimalkan biaya transportasi bahan makanan di pasar. Pasar sebagai pusat distribusi memerlukan strategi logistik yang efisien untuk memastikan pasokan bahan makanan yang stabil dengan biaya transportasi yang terkendali. Dengan mengumpulkan data terkait jarak, kapasitas kendaraan, permintaan harian, dan biaya operasional, VAM digunakan untuk menentukan rute optimal dan alokasi kendaraan yang dapat meminimalkan biaya transportasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis tentang penerapan metode optimasi dalam konteks manajemen logistik untuk pasar tradisional. Dengan Hasil dari biaya untuk setiap baris dan kolom,seperti ini Ayam di pasar yotefa dengan 29kg dengan stock harga Rp 2.4000.0000 dan dengan harga keseluruhan Rp 6.960.000, Ikan di pasar hamadi dengan 14kg dengan stock harga Rp 6.500.000 dan dengan harga keseluruhan Rp 9.100.000 , Ikan di pasar yotefa dengan 1kg dengan stock harga Rp 4000.000 dan dengan harga keseluruhan Rp 400.000 ,Ikan di pasar otonom dengan 15kg dengan stock harga Rp 1.200.000 dan dengan harga keseluruhan Rp 1.800.000 ,Sayur di pasar hamadi dengan 15kg dengan stock harga Rp 150.000 dan dengan harga keseluruhan Rp 2.250.000 sebagaimana yang telah di bahas mengunakan aplikasi QM for windows. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi para pedagang pasar dan praktisi logistik dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta mengurangi biaya transportasi bahan makanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan transparansi informasi akademik di Program Studi Ilmu Hukum Universitas Sepuluh Nopember Papua melalui pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website. Berdasarkan survei dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa, dosen, dan pihak terkait mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi penting seperti sejarah, visi, misi, dan capaian pembelajaran program studi. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi, serta pengembangan dan pengujian website khusus untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan informasi akademik, sehingga mendukung tujuan universitas dalam menyediakan pendidikan berkualitas dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Papua.

Abstract

Setiap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum menjalani masa pidanya di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) dan berhak mendapatkan haknya berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang. Undang- Undang mengatur bahwa anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum atau anak binaan pemasyarakatan berhak mendapatkan pendidikan, perlindungan, pelayanan kesehatan dan hak untuk mendapatkan pengurangan masa pidana atau remisi. Remisi memilki banyak dampak baik untuk narapidana anak, untuk mengurangi dampak buruk yang terjadi pada anak akibat masa pidana yang harus dijalankan dan mengurangi beban psikologis anak yang sedang tumbuh berkembangPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberian hak pengurangan masa pidana bagi anak, baik itu persyaratan untuk mendapatkan pengurangan masa pidana, jenis-jenis pengurangan masa pidana serta prosedur dalam memberikan pengurangan masa pidana bagi anak binaan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dimana data primer pada penelitian ini adalah berupa Undang-Undang dan peraturan yang relevan dengan penelitian mengenai pemberian hak remisi bagi anak binaan. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adakah buku-buku, penelitian berupa jurnal publikasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa LPKA sebagai lembaga tempat pembinaan anak binaan wajib memenuhi hak anak binaan untuk mendapatkan pengurangan masa hukuman berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-undang . Abstract

The aim of preparing the work is to get to know the basics of informatics techniques at SMPN 19 Bulukumba in preparing institutions for the digital era. This research uses qualitative methods to understand the teaching of informatics techniques at SMPN 19 Bulukumba through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed thematically to identify and interpret key themes related to teaching methods and use of technology. This research provides a comprehensive picture of student preparation for the digital era and can be a reference for other schools. The result of this work is that teaching informatics engineering at SMPN 19 Bulukumba prepares students for the digital era by teaching input devices such as keyboard, mouse, scanner, microphone, and webcam, as well as data processing components such as CPU, RAM, and motherboard. The teacher explains the function and use of output devices such as monitors, printers, speakers and projectors, increasing students' understanding of how to display processed information. The material taught covers the latest theories, providing students with in-depth understanding and relevant practical skills. This teaching improves students' digital skills, the quality of education, and their readiness to face future technological challenges. As a result, students are better prepared to adapt and innovate in the ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

This research also aims to explore how various parameter optimization techniques influence the effectiveness of such models in a realistic academic environment. A literature review in research on optimizing neural networks for predicting student success involves collecting and analyzing literature on data analysis techniques and neural networks in education. This process uses major academic databases to find relevant and significant sources, which are then integrated to define research gaps and formulate research questions. Analysis of the literature review resulted in an in-depth understanding of existing methodologies and identification of trends, as well as revealing gaps in existing research that this study sought to address. Critiques of existing literature also inform the development of more robust and innovative approaches to using neural networks in academic prediction. The results of this work optimize neural networks for predicting student success overcoming challenges such as inconsistent data and overfitting through advanced data preprocessing techniques and model regulation such as dropout and early stopping. The use of cross-validation helps objectively validate the effectiveness of the model. The application of neural network capacity theory and the bias-variance tradeoff principle ensures that the model can generalize well to new data. The results of this research provide a strong basis for data-based educational policy making, increasing the likelihood of student success. The implementation of this neural network model shows broad potential for improving educational processes through predictive technology.

Abstract

Class management based on Multiple Intelligences (MI) and digital technology has become the main focus in improving the quality of learning at the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Development of the Syarif Hidayatullah Foundation Jakarta. This research aims to explore the application of the MI approach and the integration of digital technology in classroom management, as well as its impact on student learning outcomes. The research results show that the implementation of MI-based classroom management has increased student involvement in learning and helped identify their individual potential. Teachers use a variety of learning strategies that suit students' various intelligences, such as project-based learning, group discussions, and creative activities. In addition, the integration of digital technology, such as the use of interactive learning software and social media, has enriched students' learning experiences and facilitated access to information more broadly

Abstract

An MSME that is developing will always experience challenges that are not small and not easy; with the increasing number of people who want to open a business, the competition against other business actors will become tighter, and every MSME business actor will increasingly be faced with various challenges such as limited labor resources. And will continue to compete with larger businesses. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) such as "3S TEH CEM" are faced with the challenge of continuing to innovate to expand market share and increase revenue. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand the perspectives and experiences of business owners and gain in-depth insight into the innovation strategies implemented in developing products and strengthening branding. The research results show that innovation can be implemented through various strategies, such as providing member cards to increase customer loyalty, creating new menus with various choices, setting up shops with interesting concepts, adding ice cubes, and adding syrup with various fruit flavors by selling iced tea. This syrup, 3S Teh Cem, also has a unique recipe to provide various drink choices to consumers; 3S Teh Cem MSMEs have information on the elements of management aspects in the implementation procedures of 3S Teh Cem, which will greatly influence how they will continue to develop innovation. To make this business a bigger business, it must collaborate with other producers and utilize the services of content creators/influencers to expand marketing reach via social media. This study concludes that innovation is a strategy that cannot be ignored when facing business competition. By implementing the right innovations, "3S Teh Cem" can increase its competitiveness and attract consumer interest with unique and quality products. The suggestions include involving customers through member cards, developing menus and strengthening branding, providing product innovations for health, establishing strategic collaborations with other parties, utilizing social media, and strengthening internal systems to support continuous innovation and skills training for employees. In this way, "3S Teh Cem" can continue to develop and become a major player in the contemporary beverage industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reviews, convenience, consumer trust and price on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. The population in this study were users of Tokopedia generation z and millennials in Jakarta. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of Tokopedia users of generation z and millennials in Jakarta who met the predetermined criteria was obtained as many as 100 respondents. The statistical tool used is associative statistics with data processing using SPSS Statistic 23 software. The results of this study indicate that product reviews have no effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Ease of use has a positive influence on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, consumer trust positively affects purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, and price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.
