Abstract

Tujuan penulisan karya ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai agen perubahan visioner dalam pengembangan pendidikan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggnakan penelitian literature review yaitu metode tinjauna pustaka komprehensif dengan mengambil informasi dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, serta laporan penelitian. Analisis dilakukan secara deskritif dengan mengidentifikasi tema utama, merangkum berbagai informasi, dan menafsirkan berbagai temuan untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah peran kepala sekolah dalam memberi arah, bimbingan, serta perubahan sangatlah penting bagi pengembangan pendidikan, melalui pembentukan nilai dan norma di sekolah. Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang tepat untuk mewujudkan perkembangan pendidikan bisa di lihat melalui cara kerja kepala sekolah, pengimplementasian visi sekolah, serta tanggung jawabnya terhadap berbagai hal yang terkait perubahan dalam menngembangkan pendidikan tersebut. Dari data diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sebagai agen perubahan, kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting yaitu membangun serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dalam perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik dan mengembangkan serta menciptakan visi dan misi perubahan untuk perkembangan pendidikan.

Abstract

Madrasah bukan hanya merupakan lembaga untuk belajar, tetapi juga tempat untuk bertemu dengan berbagai individu dengan latar belakang, pemikiran, dan perspektif yang beragam. Tujuan pendidikan di madrasah adalah untuk membentuk individu yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah SWT, mematuhi prinsip-prinsip agama yang baik, serta mempromosikan kebaikan melalui praktik Islam sebagai rahmatan lil’alamin (rahmat bagi seluruh alam). Salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan konsep Islam sebagai rahmatan lil’alamin adalah dengan membina saling menghormatidan toleransi, yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kehidupan manusia yang harmonis dan beradab. Pendidikan agama moderat di madrasah berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengajarkan pengetahuan agama yang juga diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mempromosikan demokrasi melalui pengembangan kebiasaan dan sikap positif. Esensi dari karakter agama moderat terletak pada keterbukaan, penerimaan,kerjasama antar kelompokyang berbeda, dan penghormatan terhadap orang lain. Kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong dan memajukan prinsip-prinsip ini, bertindak sebagai agen perubahan dan pembaharu untuk masa depan yang lebih baik bagi generasi muda

Abstract

In an organization, conflict is something that cannot be avoided, in fact Conflict will always exist and be present in every cooperative relationship between individuals and groups as well as organizations. Conflict is actually something natural, within a certain time limit can be positive for school development, but must be managed well and carefully, because if it crosses the line it can have fatal consequences. Principal as The highest leadership in the school must be able to manage conflict well, so as to provide positive benefits and avoid negative consequences. so as School principals are required to be able to manage conflict well. The aim of this study to find out school principals' strategies for managing conflicts in the world of education. The method used in this research is to look at events in the field and the results of the research show that the head Schools manage conflict through three strategies, namely collaboration strategies, accommodation, compromise. With the three existing ways of handling conflict It has the ability to reduce or avoid the possibility of disputes or hostility between individuals within the school environment.

Abstract

Education is an agent of change. Education must be able to bring about major changes in the order of people's lives. The changes expected from education are changes that lead to an increase in the competence of education actors, both among students and educators, especially school principals. The role of the principal is very influential on the success of various programs to achieve school goals. Among the objectives of school institutions is the instillation of an entrepreneurial spirit or called entrepreneurship. The principal's strategy in developing entrepreneurship is carried out to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the principal and his strategy in the development of entrepreneurship in schools. The method used in writing this paper is a literature review carried out by collecting data from various sources needed as a basis for thinking and finding ideas to explore new ideas and thoughts from existing theories. The results of the discussion obtained were the four roles of the principal as an entrepreneur, namely as an entrepreneur who is able to overcome obstacles, as a leader in maintaining flexibility, thinking strategically, pioneering good work and Evaluation of entrepreneurial programs. Meanwhile, the principal's strategy as an entrepreneur is to integrate entrepreneurial values into subjects, establish school business units, and joint use of entrepreneurial results.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah dan inovasi Pendidikan sangat berpengaruh penting dalam terciptanya mutu Pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan peran kepala sekolah yang sangat besar dalam berjalannya Pendidikan di Sekolah tersebut, mulai dari kepala sekolah yang memberikan ide-ide dan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran seperti metode-metode dan motivasi supaya saat pembelajaran berlangsung peserta didik maupun pendidik tidak merasa jenuh dan menikmati setiap proses pembelajaran, dengan begitu apabila proses pembelajaran sudah dinikmati oleh pendidik dan peserta didik maka peserta didik akan mudah menerima pelajaran yang diberikan. Semangat belajar mereka bertambah dan prestasi akan mudah untuk diraih. Dalam artikel ini, akan membahas tentang peran seorang kepala sekolah di dalam menggerakkan inovasi Pendidikan yang mencakup strategi dan tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi oleh seorang kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan inovasi Pendidikan tersebut.

Abstract

principles of religious moderation can be implemented in the leadership of school principals in the educational environment, as well as their impact on an inclusive and harmonious school environment.The research methods used may include literature studies to understand the concept of religious moderation, interviews with school principals who implement the principles of religious moderation, and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing religious moderation in school leadership.It is hoped that the research results will provide valuable insight into the importance of religious moderation in the educational context, as well as provide recommendations for school principals and other educational stakeholders to apply the principles of religious moderation in school leadership to create an inclusive and harmonious learning environment for all related parties.It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in promoting tolerance, cooperation between religious communities, and strengthening the values of moderation in education as a foundation for building a peaceful and harmonious religious society.

Abstract

Study of the role of school principals begins with school/madrasah principals standards contained in Permendiknas No. 13 of 2007. There are two aspects, qualification and competence as initial capital as principal. Capital owned by the school principal should be encouraged to five role as an effective leader. The fifth role is as a catalyst for an exciting, visionary motivator, link control, implementing a firm and wise experts. This role serves to grow the value of the character at the school, where there are eighteen value character implemented in all learning activities in schools. The purpose of this study was to explore how the principal should work at school. Six efforts can be implemented by school principal in enhancing the teacher’s performance including (1) to focus seriously on the improvement of teacher competencies, (2) to provide sufficient funding for improving teacher professionalism, (3) to supervise and guide teachers professionally, (4) to create a organizational culture of school that are comfortable for teachers, (5) to create innovation and advancement at school, and (6) to provide various rewards for each achievement that are done by teacher. Hence, it is recommended that school principal must more actively and creatively collaborate with teachers and educational stakeholder to conduct the improvement of teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the "Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions of Pointcoffee at Indomaret Diponegoro, Surabaya City" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between Brand Image and Product Quality in Purchasing Decisions of a Coffee branded Pointcoffee. This research method is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The object of this study is Point Coffee consumers at Indomaret Diponegoro, Surabaya City and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the Variable and Reliable Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Test, T Test, F Test and Determinant Coefficient Test using IBM SPSS. And the results of this study indicate that the variables of Brand Image and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Mediasi mengakibatkan suatu pendekatan alternatif semakin populer untuk menyelesaikan konflik di berbagai lembaga hukum termasuk di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat. Seiring berkembangnya waktu, konflik pasangan suami istri yang berujung tindakan cerai ini merupakan permasalahan yang cukup besar, di Jakarta Pusat telah menjadi kota dengan tingkat mayoritas sangat dominan, tidak dapat dipisahkan dari konflik pasangan suami istri tersebut, hal ini ditandai meningkatnya jumlah konflik pasangan suami istri di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi persuasif dalam mediasi menyelesaikan konflik pasangan suami istri di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif bersifat riset lapangan (field research), dengan teknik pengambilan datanya berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data pada penelitian adalah data primer yaitu hasil wawancara mediasi dan data sekunder yaitu internet, jurnal dan buku online. Hasil penelitian terdapat 12 (dua belas) faktor terikat dalam upaya komunikasi persuasif dari teori McGuire yang menghasilkan strategi komunikasi persuasif yaitu tindakan membuka fakta pada penghubungan, fokus kepada tujuannya, memiliki daya tarik, melihat dari berbagai sudut, cekatan dalam menyelesaikan, menggerakkan perasaan. kesepakatan yang disusun bersama, menemukan informasi, pengembalian interaksi, implementasi keputusan, memperkuat perilaku yang diharapkan dan menyatukan serta memperkuat hubungan setelah perilaku. Terdapat 4 (empat) faktor hambatan dalam mediasi strategi komunikasi persuasif dalam mediasi menyelesaikan konflik pasangan suami istri yaitu faktor prasangka, faktor motivasi, faktor noise dan faktor semantik.
