Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reviews, convenience, consumer trust and price on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. The population in this study were users of Tokopedia generation z and millennials in Jakarta. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of Tokopedia users of generation z and millennials in Jakarta who met the predetermined criteria was obtained as many as 100 respondents. The statistical tool used is associative statistics with data processing using SPSS Statistic 23 software. The results of this study indicate that product reviews have no effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Ease of use has a positive influence on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, consumer trust positively affects purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, and price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore effective collaboration strategies among parents, mosques, and schools to create an Islamic learning environment that fosters strong character and morals for children in Indonesia. Using a library research approach, this study analyzes literature on Islamic education and the collaboration dynamics between these institutions, drawing insights from Abdullah Nasih Ulwan's perspectives. Data gathered from academic sources and digital libraries highlight gaps in implementation and propose strategies to enhance interaction and synergy among parents, mosques, and schools. Effective communication between parents and children is crucial in mitigating negative behaviors like unwanted sexual conduct among teenagers. Many parents encounter challenges in supporting their children's home study, necessitating increased support from schools and mosques. Optimizing mosques as centers for intensive spiritual education and improving school programs for holistic character development are essential. This research underscores the importance of integrated efforts among home, school, and mosque in nurturing intellectually capable and morally upright young generations who contribute positively to society and uphold their religious values.

Abstract

Dalam artikel ilmiah ini dilakukan studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan hasil penelitian dan kajian teks yang relevan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Melalui analisis dan interpretasi data, ditarik kesimpulan dan disertai saran. Selain itu, berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan buku terkait kepemimpinan visioner di era digital diulas dalam studi literatur. Kepemimpinan visioner menekankan pentingnya memiliki visi yang jelas untuk menciptakan organisasi yang efektif dan kompetitif. Kepemimpinan yang kuat sangat penting dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan melaksanakan operasional kerja yang berpedoman pada visi organisasi. Pemimpin yang visioner mempunyai tujuan dan visi yang jelas terhadap lembaga yang dipimpinnya sehingga mampu menjadi lembaga yang maju dan berdaya saing. Untuk menjadi pemimpin yang visioner, seseorang harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menyambut kemajuan dengan optimisme yang teguh, meskipun terdapat banyak tantangan dan hambatan. Dengan menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif, pemimpin pendidikan Islam memiliki kekuatan untuk menghasilkan kemajuan yang signifikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Pada saat yang sama, kesediaan pemimpin untuk menerima perubahan dan inovasi berfungsi sebagai katalisator transformasi positif ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research focuses on how to find out the problem of bad credit at CU Yos Sudarso in 2024. This research was carried out using the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method sourced from primary and secondary data through interviews and documentation. The informants in this research included the treasurer, administrative and educational staff and CU Yos Sudarso employees. The research results show that the Analysis of Bad Credit Problems at CU Yos Sudarso is caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors found include cooperatives' poor ability to analyze credit applications, deficiencies in human resource management, and ineffective loan interest rates. External factors found include failures/accidents that befell customers and credit loans without the family's knowledge. This research shows that CU Yos Sudarso needs to improve its credit analysis and human resource management capabilities to reduce bad loans. Apart from that, CU Yos Sudarso also needs to pay attention to external aspects such as failures/accidents and credit loans without the family's knowledge to reduce the risk of bad credit.

Abstract

In the increasingly connected modern era, digital technology is a major driver of social, economic, and cultural transformation. This article reviews the importance of the role of digital ethics in managing and understanding the application of technology in everyday life. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study from 2019 to 2023 and thematic analysis, this study explores the complexity of digital ethical norms, including issues such as data privacy, social media platform responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making. This study explores the complexity of digital ethical norms, including issues such as data privacy, social media platform responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making. The results of the analysis show that data privacy is a major focus with the increasing use of Big Data which demands stricter protection of personal data. In addition, the ethical responsibility of social media platforms is also important in facing the challenges of the spread of disinformation and manipulation of public opinion. The conclusion of this study underlines the importance of educating the public about data privacy, developing stricter policies, transparency in technology development, and international collaboration to develop global digital ethics standards. The application of digital ethics principles is expected to optimize the benefits of digital technology while minimizing risks to individuals and society as a whole.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi pendorong utama perubahan dalam industri global, tidak hanya mengubah operasional namun juga inovasi di berbagai sektor. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi dampak transformasi digital dengan fokus pada efisiensi operasional dan pengembangan inovasi. Metode kualitatif digunakan melalui analisis literatur untuk mengidentifikasi pola tematik dan penerapan transformasi digital pada strategi bisnis. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional melalui penerapan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan analisis data. Di sisi inovasi, transformasi digital memfasilitasi pengembangan produk yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan perlu terus mengembangkan strategi digital yang adaptif dan mengintegrasikan teknologi untuk mempertahankan daya saingnya di era industri yang semakin terhubung.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang inisiatif BRICS dalam memperkenalkan mata uang baru sebagai respon terhadap pesatnya dinamika perekonomian global abad ke-21. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis literatur terkait, menyoroti potensi dampaknya terhadap struktur keuangan global dan stabilitas ekonomi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi mata uang dalam perdagangan internasional dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap mata uang dominan saat ini, sedangkan koordinasi kebijakan moneter antar negara anggota BRICS penting untuk menjaga stabilitas perekonomian. Selain itu, artikel ini mengeksplorasi penerapan geopolitik dari pengenalan mata uang baru ini, yang dapat mengubah dinamika kekuatan ekonomi global. Kesimpulannya menyoroti pentingnya kerja sama internasional dalam mengelola transisi yang kompleks ini untuk mencapai stabilitas ekonomi dan pertumbuhan inklusif. Saran tersebut diakhiri dengan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan dialog dan koordinasi antar negara anggota BRICS dalam melaksanakan kebijakan moneter serta diplomasi ekonomi yang cermat untuk mengelola potensi konflik kebijakan dengan negara lain.

Abstract

The author wrote this paper with the aim of fulfilling a college assignment as well as education for school principals, where the principal is a central figure in managing all aspects related to education in a school institution, especially in this paper is how the figure of the principal must be alert in innovating to overcome all problems that arise during the education process. With all the limitations of time and material, this paper uses a qualitative research method because it is more effective by collecting journal texts that have been done by previous researchers. In short, innovation is change. Management according to the term or language comes from Latin, namely manus which has the meaning in English "to control by hand" or gain "result" which means producing or controlling with power. An innovative leader is a leader who is able to provide creative ideas, make wise decisions quickly, is able to solve problems with effective solutions and is able to guide subordinates to process and develop (Noviyanty, 2020: 34). Louis Soares et al (2019) in his book Innovative Leadership in his latest study describes several activities or work carried out by innovative educational leaders in America, namely: Innovative leadership refers to the introduction of new methods, products, services, techniques, or ideas to meet individual needs and find solutions to current and future problems.

Abstract

School principals occupy a strategic position in ensuring the effective management and administration of educational institutions. As managers, principals are responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating school resources to achieve educational goals. However, the increasing complexity of educational systems, rapid technological advancement, policy reforms, stakeholder expectations, and organizational demands have created significant managerial challenges for school leaders. This study examines the challenges faced by principals as managers from the perspective of their roles and responsibilities within educational organizations. Using a qualitative literature review approach, the study analyzes contemporary research related to educational management, school leadership, and organizational effectiveness. The findings indicate that principals encounter various challenges, including resource management limitations, human resource development issues, administrative workload, technological adaptation, stakeholder engagement, and resistance to organizational change. Furthermore, balancing managerial duties with instructional leadership responsibilities remains a persistent concern. The study concludes that effective managerial competence, strategic decision-making, communication skills, and adaptive leadership are essential for overcoming these challenges and ensuring sustainable school improvement and educational effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment.

Abstract

Participatory leadership has become increasingly important in contemporary schools due to the growing complexity of educational management, rapid technological advancement, and the demand for collaborative decision-making. Unlike traditional hierarchical leadership, participatory leadership actively involves teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders in planning, implementing, and evaluating school policies. Such an approach strengthens organizational commitment, enhances teacher motivation, fosters professional collaboration, and creates a positive school climate that supports continuous improvement. Previous studies indicate that participatory leadership indirectly contributes to improved teaching quality and student achievement by empowering educators and encouraging collective responsibility. Moreover, schools that embrace participatory leadership demonstrate greater adaptability to educational reforms and innovation because decision-making is distributed across organizational members rather than concentrated solely in the principal. In an era characterized by educational uncertainty and increasing accountability, participatory leadership represents a strategic approach for promoting sustainable school development, strengthening institutional resilience, and ensuring that educational goals are achieved effectively. Therefore, this study highlights the urgency of implementing participatory leadership as a fundamental strategy for improving school effectiveness and educational quality in the twenty-first century.
