Abstract

YUSRA MULAJATO. A Development Planning Information System  (the principal supervisor is Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom, M.Cs., and the co-supervisor is Moh. Ramdhan Arif Kaluku, S.Kom, M.Kom.)Musrenbang (Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembagunan or Development Planning Consultation Forum) is a part of the government's annual forum in development planning where is management remains to experience various problems. One of the problems includes a requirement for Kelurahan (Urban Village) to submit data of Musrenbang activity result, whether softcopy or hardcopy, to Sub-district and Bappeda (Regional Development Planning Agency). Then, the Sub-district will re-submit the data to the Bappeda in which this process is believed to cause a delay in the data  processing. Also, due to data duplication is made frequently, search for Musrenbang data is time-consuming when needed.  This research aims to develop a Development Planning Concultation Forum Information System, which can be integrated into F-SKPD Information System. System development method applies prototype. Research finding reveals that the Development Planning Consultation Forum Information System can perform  an exchange data with F-SKPD Information  System. Therefore, it facilitates Kelurahan and Sub-district in managing data of Musrenbang activity result and simplifies Musrenbang process of making report as well as ease the Bappeda in searching Musrenbang data.  Keywords: Musrenbang, Prototype

Abstract

CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP) is one of the CVs located in Gorontalo District, Limboto Sub-district, Polohungo Village. Cash in and cash out data recording is still currently done conventionally. Financial data is recorded in a daily journal, which will later be processed into daily work reports. In the recording process, errors often occur, which result in delays in the process of making other reports. In addition, searching for data takes a long time because there is no good grouping of financial data. Based on that problem, it is important for CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP) to apply a computerized accounting information system that functions to support the smooth running of business processes, improve the quality of reports, and also as the first step towards changes to the old system used by CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP). This study aims to facilitate heavy equipment owners in the financial chart in the payment process for heavy equipment rental services at CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP). The owner no longer recaps data in a handwritten manner, thus simplifying the process of managing financial data and making it easier for the owner to get a financial report result faster. The system development method used is the Prototype method by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

AbstractIron waste is an object that can be reused for its use value by recycling. To get to the recycling process, iron waste is collected by scrap metal collectors from various areas or various places, then sent to scrap metal dealers to be collected and sent to scrap metal recycling factories. The collectors collect scrap metal to serve as something that has economic value. In editioon, collectors need scrap metal not to be produced but seek and receive scrap metal sales, which will be resold to larger collectors with a higher selling price. The problem that occurs is the difficulty for collectors to locate the presence of scrap metal in the community. Moreover, Another obstacle is that people are still confused about how to infrom scrap metal collectors about the availability of scrap metal in their place. Trus, this research aim to facilitate the collectors to find the location of scrap metal in the community. This system also eases the community to obtain information about the location where the collectors are. The system development method used is the Waterfall method using the PHP programming language and MSQL database.Keywords: Scrap Metal, Waterfall.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times the need for data as well as accurate, fast, and informative information is very much needed, Gorontalo District Finance Agency was not spared from similar data requests. Presenting data in the old-fashioned way often degrades the quality of financial statements in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (GAS). This requires the agency that manages, monitors the budget and also the entrepreneurs of Gorontalo Regency to present data that is in line with current needs while maintaining existing standards. The purpose of this study is to apply the prototype method to collect the needs of the presentation of financial statements which are then made in a rapid design and implementation of the system, to submit it to the Financial Board in order to get feedback as testing material in order to produce a good system and in accordance with needs. The results of this study are the Budgeting and Monitoring Monitoring Information System using the prototype method, which is applied to the PHP programming language and MySQL storage, this application is expected to facilitate the Financial Agency in presenting financial reports that are not only accurate and fast but also more informative so that easy to understand.Keywords: Information Systems, Finance, Prototype, PHP, MySQL

Abstract

Nowadays, the barbershop business has grown rapidly and ts widely established in Gorontalo City. The increasing number of barbershop today has highly required the availability of information about barbershop service. The available information needed is the service provided in the barbershop, the pricelist of service, and the profile of the barbershop. The information facilitates the customer to obtain information regarding the barbershop that is suitable for the customer's desires. The research aims to create a barbershop service order app to facilitate the customer in gaming information about the desired barbershop. The method used in this research is the Prototype method. This research produces an android-based information system that can facilitate the barbershop customer in selecting the barbershop as customer desire and still meet the customers' appearance requirements. Keywords: Barbershop, Prototype, Android

Abstract

AbstrakSchool Administration at the depertment of Education and Culture of Gorontalo district, Gorontalo Province has challenges in terms of the file management – the teacher and student files are not in digital forms and require large storage container that is centered on an only single location. The difficulty in checking these files is due to the lacking of direct integration between the schools and the department of education and culture. The optimization of the management of school administration is aimed to facilitate each school to digitally manage the administration and ease the department to receive this report. This research applies the Design Science Research Method ( DSRM) in designing a school administration information system. The final result is analysis and conclusion on the basis of the application of a school administration information system. The result creates an application that is able to optimize the school data management as it integrates school, teacher, and student data along with teacher and student data management in a single location. Digital data storage is the best alternative to manage both teacher and student data in order to be easily accessed when required. Basides, the data can also be sorted based on the name category to help identify data shortages with ease.Keywords : School Administration, DSRM

Abstract

Abstract Hinduism is one of the religions in Gorontalo with an increasing believer over time due to a surge of wandering believers to Gorontalo City. As time goes by, there has never been a media used to process data of the believer so that it leads to ineffectiveness of search for location of those believers in Gorontalo City and also to express information about activity conducted by them. Therefore, the problems should be solved by an information system media to facilitate people in searching data of Hindu in Gorontalo City and to express the activity-related information. Method applied in this system development was prototype. Result of this research was a Hindu's activity management information system in Gorontalo City. Abstract

Environmental And Natural Resource Agency remains experiencing a problem related to waste hauling from Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPS) To Final Disposal Site (TPA). In addition, people living nearby the site complain about certain things such as workers cross by the garbage dump with piling up waste, workers haul the waste at an irregular time as determined, and workers take the wrong route incidentally based on their own reason. Objective of this research was to create a web-based apps system which could monitor trash hauling from Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPS) to Final Disposal Site (TPA) in area of Limboto Sub-district, Gorontalo District. It was designed by applying prototype system development method. Result of research showed that the created waste Collection Vehicle Monitoring Information System in Gorontalo District could optimize search process for garbage dump provided by gorontalo district government.

Abstract

ISWANTO SULILA. The GOCARE Gorontalo clinic health service has several obstacles that cause the service to be not optimal such as the ordering process, which still uses telephone and WhatsApp that resulted in the lack of expected information Another obstacle is frequemt delays in service due to the absence of service scheduling that make customers unable to be served optunally This study aimed to design and create a Web-based health service information system at the GOCARE clinic. The system development method used in this research is the Prototype method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results and this study indicated that the health service information system at the GOCARE clinic could facilitate services. The system can make it easter for related parties to carry out the service process according to the procedure, the system can also order services because the schedule has been set, the system is also able to record patient medical records that it makes # easier to provide services. This system is used to facilitate existing health service users in the GOCARE Gorontalo Clinic environment. Keywords: Health Service, Web, Prototype

Abstract

Abstract In the business process of plant seeds production and distribution at Bone Bolango Watershed Management Center, there are problems in plant seeds grouping and plant seeds selection. This resulted in the distribution of plant seeds at Permanent Seedling of BPDAS-HL (Watershed and Protected Forest Management Center) of Bone Bolango was not optimal. This research aimed to determine to what extent the analysis and engineering of plant seeds production and distribution process can optimize the distribution of plant seeds at Permanent Seedling of BPDAS-HL Bone Bolango. It applied a Busness Process Improvement Analysis method. The findings showed that healthy and unhealthy plant seeds where not grouped because there was no place to classify plant seeds according to the health of the plant seeds, and there was also no dissemination about how to plant and maintain plant seeds properly and correctly. Meanwhile, the engineering camied out to Overcome this problem, namely adding a business process for the procurement of a place for grouping plant seeds according to the health of the plant seeds and dissemmation about how to plant and maintaim plant socds properly and correctly. Keywords:Plant Seeds Production and Distribution Business Process Engineering, Business Process Improvement
