Abstract

Currently, the consumption demand for eggs is always higher than the level of egg production, but there are are still few markets that provide marketing service for the sale of farming products such as eggs. In addition, chicken egg stcok itself is difficult to find manually and  has impact on its relatively high price. This study aims to build a web portal for chiken egg marketing, especially  chicken  farmers in Pilohayanga village, in terms of marketing web-based chicken egg to support business activites and MySQL databases. The finding indicates that the application off the chiken egg marketing system by using  a web application can simplify the process of marketing  or purchasing chicken eggs online.

Abstract

Party equipment loan service is a place to serve all party-related equipment. It is currently such a secondary need for Gorontalo City and Gorontalo District community when organizing. Certain Party which requires supporting equipment such as frame tent, documentation, cosmetic, and others. Because of lots of service providers, users experience difficulty in choosing the wanted one. In addition, user highly need to have information related to an accurate provider location. Objective of this research was to design a system which a could provide a party equipment loan service by applying GIS technology. The technology was helpful for community to help them find the information associated with the party equipment loan service along with its location.

Abstract

Abstract Highly limited and accessible availability of capital sources for farmers has required an adjustment in the purchase of paddy farming business input with their existing capital. In other words, one of the obstacles experienced by farmers and small-scale agribusiness players to develop their business is the lack of access to capital sources. This research was aimed at designing an app which could facilitate farmers with investors in dealing startup capital in the farming issue. System development method applied prototype: 1. Communication and necessities collection, 2. Quick planning, 3. Quick  design modelling, 4. Prototype making, 5. Distribution of system/software to consumers/users and feedback by using Codeigniter programming language and MySQL database. Abstract

The distribution of Sosial Assistance (BANSOS) in Molombulahe Village remains to experience various issues where its one of them is the village has yet to indicate a significant change for the recipients of Social Assistance according to the data from Central Bureau of Statistics. In addition, the process of distribution for this assistance is still redundant at two types of assistance, while the selection process for the assistance recipients is still timeconsuming in regards to data processing so that an individual may take in more than one type of Social Assistance Dealing with the previos issues, a decision support system for recipients og Social Assistance by using the implementation of Fuzzy AHP method is required which could facilitate in data collection process and decision making in determining decent recipients of Social Assistance, so that there is no mare redundancy for the Assistance distribution in molumbulahe Village. Therefore, the distribution process of Social Assistence through applying the implementation of Fuzzy AHP method in the Decision Support System of Social Assistance Recipients could help the government of Molombulahe Village in the data management for proposed recipients of Social Assistance in the assistance distribution process. Abstract

Field practice program for SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa remains to contain obstacle particularly related to is difficulty in monitoring student's activity during the program in a predetermined location. Students who fill out their attendance list on their own may lead to dishonesty by falsifying their presence through compromising it with other students who attend in the field practice location. Objective of this research was to develop a web-based field practice monitoring system at SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa to facilitate person in charge and teacher as advisor of field practice. A system development method used in this   research was Waterfall by applying PHP programming language and MySQL database. Result of this research indicated that the system developed could assist both the person in charge and the advisor of field practice in monitoring daily activity and attendance of students in the location of program. In addition, the student's attendance registration was performed by office advisor so that the students could not fake it. Therefore, the system has made information access to the field practice easier.

Abstract

Abstract The Public Works Service of Gorontalo Province still confronts a problem, i.e., unavailability of the evaluation of maturity level measurement of information technology performance. Thus, its loss towards the development of information technology information in the aforementioned provincial service will be slow. This present study aimed to find out the maturity level of information technology performance and to provide a recommendation in terms of performance betterment to improve information technology performance in the Public Works Service of Gorontalo Province. Cobit 4.1 Framework was used on account of its function as a supporting tool featuring the most appropriate scope of discussion from the aspect of research needs. One of which was to measure the performance of service delivery to be more beneficial in information technology management by applying DS (Delivery and Support) and ME (Monitoring Evaluation) domains. It was indicated that the performance maturity level in the site area had not arrived at the expected value. For such reasons, it was expected that the evaluation of information technology performance measurement could serve as the source of information. Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is the assessment of each item of activities of teacher's main tasks for the purposes of career, rank, and position development. School accreditation is a systematic and comprehensive assessment for school through self-evaluation and external evaluation (visitation) in order to determine the feasibility and performance of the school. The observation results revealed that the school and teacher performance assessment records were still in the form of archive documents, which were less effective and accurate. Meanwhile, the data storage also used manual system. Therefore, based on the aforementioned problem, this research aimed to design an information system at the Education Board of Gorontalo Regency. System development employed waterfall method, a classical method with systematic and sequential model in terms of software development. The method consisted of five stages, namely : 1) analysis, 2) system design, 3) system implementation, 4) system testing, 5) system maintenance, and also used PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results showed that this application was dependable in assisting the school and the accessor in terms of assessing the performance of teacher and school, respectively.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Suwawa is one of the vocational hight schools which locates in Bone Bolango District with the total number of students is 480. In one day observation at the school, there Were many students who did truant during the class hour. The action has been frequently an issue between teachers and parents. Student's parents found out that their children have been Actively engaged in the theaching and learning process. That is what they expect while the students did the country. The research is aimed at facilitating the school to inform the  Parents regarding the absence of their children in the class. Student's absence is a form of indicipline action to be decreased at school. System development applies the prototype Method through the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research finding Revealed that SMS gateway based monitoring system by parents on student attendance is Addressed to facilitate the school to inform student's parents related to student attendance.  The system displays data of student attendance both in each class and as a whole.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berperan strategis dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar, mempermudah pengolahan data akademik, serta meningkatkan transparansi dalam penilaian hasil belajar. Salah satu bentuk penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan adalah penggunaan Aplikasi Rapor Digital (ARD) di madrasah sebagai alat bantu dalam penginputan dan pengolahan nilai siswa secara lebih efisien. MTs Al-Ikhlas Bilungala dan MTs Negeri 1 Bone Bolango di Gorontalo merupakan dua madrasah yang telah mengadopsi Aplikasi Rapor Digital Madrasah sebagai bagian dari program Madrasah Digital yang dirancang oleh Kementerian Agama. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pengguna aplikasi, seperti sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam penginputan nilai terutama ketika banyak pengguna mengakses aplikasi secara bersamaan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan bagi para guru dan operator dalam menyelesaikan tugas mereka, serta meningkatkan risiko penginputan data secara berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi Rapor Digital Madrasah menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan 5 variabel yaitu persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemanfaatan, sikap terhadap penggunaan, niat perilaku, dan kondisi nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata Total Cumulative Response (TCR) sebagai berikut: Kemudahan Penggunaan (87,1%), Kemanfaatan (87%), Sikap Penggunaan (87,8%), Niat Perilaku (86,9%), dan Penggunaan Aktual (87,7%). Adapun rata-rata keseluruhan dari seluruh variabel mencapai 87,3%, yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi Rapor Digital Madrasah berada dalam kategori sangat baik.Keywords : Aplikasi Rapor Digital, Technology Acceptance Model, Penerimaan Teknologi.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk penyaluran bantuan seperti PKH, BLT, dan Bantuan Sembako dapat dibangun dengan menentukan kriteria seperti pendapatan keluarga, jumlah tanggungan, kondisi sosial ekonomi, pendidikan, dan kebutuhan pangan. Sistem informasi ini akan mengelola data calon penerima, memberi bobot pada tiap kriteria, dan menggunakan algoritma untuk menentukan siapa yang layak menerima bantuan. Dengan penerapan SPK, penyaluran bantuan menjadi lebih tepat sasaran, transparan, dan efisien, serta memudahkan pemerintah dalam memantau dan melaporkan hasil penyaluran bantuan tersebut ANALYTICAL HEARARCHY PROCESS-TOPSIS Penelitian ini mengembangkan SistemPendukung Keputusan (DSS) berbasis web menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan penerima dana bantuan di Desa Bakti, Kecamatan Pulubala. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot kriteria, sementara TOPSIS membantu dalam perankingan calon penerima berdasarkan solusi ideal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan akurasi, transparansi, dan efisiensi dalam proses penyaluran bantuan, serta mengurangi subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan.1. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (DSS) yang efektif untuk membantu penentuan kriteria penerimaan dana bantuan di Desa Bakti, Kecamatan Pulubala, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sistem ini dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot kriteria secara objektif berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria, seperti pendapatan, jumlah tanggungan, kondisi kesehatan, dan pekerjaan. Pendekatan ini memastikan setiap kriteria memiliki kontribusi yang proporsional terhadap proses seleksi, sehingga menghasilkan model pengambilan keputusan yang transparan dan sistematis. 2. Dengan menerapkan kombinasi metode AHP dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), sistem mampu melakukan proses perengkingan alternatif penerima dana bantuan secara akurat. AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot kriteria, yang kemudian diterapkan dalam metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan solusi ideal positif dan negatif. Proses ini menghasilkan peringkat alternatif berdasarkan kedekatan relatif dengan solusi ideal, sehingga membantu dalam identifikasi calon penerima bantuan yang paling layak secara objektif, transparan, dan efisien. Hasil ini mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sasaran serta meminimalkan bias dan subjektivitas.
