Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Bolango Regency is a regional organization that carries out government affairs in the administration field in the form of issuing KTP-E, KK, Birth/Death Certificates, Child Identity Cards and other population information such as moving in, changing addresses and changing status. The Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) method describes a business process diagram which is based on flowchart techniques, structured to create graphical models of business operations where there are activities and flow controls that define work sequences. The results of the analysis of time on the KK online service business process require a minimum of 34 minutes, a maximum of 42 minutes, an average time of 38 minutes and the total takes 7 hours 24 minutes. Then the time analysis of birth certificates takes a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 46 minutes, an average of 36 minutes 40 seconds and a total of 3 hours 34 minutes. And for a death certificate it takes a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 1 hour 2 minutes, an average of 40 minutes and the whole takes 2 hours 36 minutes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties faced by visitors in exploring the tourism site. During their visit, visitors often need to ask the ticket attendant for information about the best spots to visit due to the lack of informative signs. The aim of this research is to develop a virtual tour product using video technology 360 for Otanaha Fortress by employing the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes the stages of concept, design, material collection, production, testing, and distribution stages. This research is expected to contribute to the development of innovative and interactive tourism information media and promote Otanaha Fortress as one of the tourist destinations in Gorontalo Province. Keywords: Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC); Otanaha Fortress of Gorontalo; virtual tour; 360 video.

Abstract

Sistem informasi perpustakaan di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo  merupakan sebuah sistem yang didesain untuk mengelola dan memfasilitasi berbagai aktivitas yang terkait dengan pengelolaan koleksi, pelayanan, dan administrasi perpustakaan. Namun aplikasi ini belum banyak digunakan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi terhadap perimaan pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana  penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi menggunakan metode TAM. Hasil penelitian dari tujuh hipotesis di ajukan menunujukan Perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness dalam penerimaan, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude toward using dalam penerimaan, perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude toward using dalam penerimaan, perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap acceptance of system dalam penerimaan , attitude toward using berpengaruh signifikan terhadap acceptance of system dalam penerimaan , Perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward using dalam penerimaan , perceived usefulness dan attitude toward using secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap acceptance of system dalam penerimaan sistem informasi.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) dan Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) merupakan suatu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh penularan virus dari berbagai hal salah – satunya melalui hubungan seksual. Di Provinisi Gorontalo sendiri sejak tahun 2001 ditemukan sebanyak 271 kasus, dan pada tahun 2021 kasus baru HIV/AIDS tercatat sebanyak 144 orang dengan 66 orang kasus HIV dan 48 orang dengan kasus AIDS. Dengan meningkatnya angka penularan penyakit HIV/AIDS ini, menjadikan penyakit menular ini perlu untuk ditanggulangi dengan mempertahankan pengobatan. Akan tetapi status kesehatan pasien HIV/AIDS yang tidak termonitori oleh pihak fasilitas kesehatan, adanya pasien yang putus berobat serta data konsumsi obat yang tidak secara berkala, mengakibatkan minimnya informasi terhadap status kesehatan pasien HIV/AIDS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangakn sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memonitoring status kesehatan dari pasien HIV/AIDS, serta metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah adanya sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu pasien HIV/AIDS dalam memberikan ataupun menginformasikan secara berkala status kesehatanya serta membantu fasilitas kesehatan dalam memantau kondisi kesehatan pasien secara online.

Abstract

The country of Indonesia has beautiful underwater beauty. Indonesia is also a country that is part of the Coral Triangle, which is a sea area in the western part of the Pacific Ocean which has very high biodiversity. Thus, many foreign and local tourists come to Indonesia to enjoy the underwater beauty by doing diving sports such as freediving and scuba diving. Gorontalo province has a lot of natural wealth that should be used as a tourist destination, one of which is the famous Whale Sharks in Botubarani Beach. This makes many divers want to capture their moments with whale sharks. Apart from whale shark destinations, there are still several diving sites that can be used as underwater tourist destinations. Currently, there are 51 diving locations registered with the Gorontalo Province Tourism Office. However, there are several diving sites that cannot be published yet because the locations are still rarely known. This research is conducted as a means to inform tourists and divers who want to know about diving sites in Gorontalo Province. The research uses the prototype method and system design using UML design, which consists of use case diagram, activity” ‘diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. The final result of this research is to produce' ‘ag geostaphiic. information system for freediving and scuba diving locations, which can assist; in,the -patlleion of information related to diving locations in the waters of Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

The discussion method is a technique for enhancing active student participation in the learning process. Challenges in the field often involve difficulties in determining group allocations for discussions. Considerations regarding students' intellectual domains can be used as a reference for determining discussion group allocations. Based on these issues, research needs to be conducted with the aim of designing and developing a decision support system application related to the problem of forming discussion groups. This system is constructed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. Modeling with UML can be useful for visualizing or modeling a system that will provide more detailed information in the design of a program. The end result of this research is a Web-Based Decision Support System for Discussion Group Allocations.

Abstract

Public services are a series of activities in fulfilling service needs in accordance with the provisions on goods, services and administration provided by service providers. certain public services in which part or all of the funds come from the state revenue and expenditure budget and/or the regional revenue and expenditure budget. This research was conducted as a means of receiving and verifying the location of the complainant to the ombudsman in Gorontalo Province. The method used in this study is the prototype method and system design using UML design, which consists of (use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams). The final result of this research is to produce a geographic information system for public services to the Indonesian ombudsman for Gorontalo representatives, which can assist in disseminating information related to reporting to the ombudsman and assistant ombudsman can verify reports and report locations from the public

Abstract

Proses pemasaran dan penjualan produk di PT. Sentra Mulia Sejahtera, masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan data, pelayanan, hingga penyajian laporan. Proses ini memengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan dalam memasarkan produk secara maksimal dan menyebabkan efisiensi dalam entri data, pencarian data, dan penyajian laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pemasaran dan Penjualan berbasis web yang menerapkan manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM). Implementasi CRM berperan dalam mengoptimalkan layanan kepada pelanggan dengan menyediakan layanan ulasan dan penilaian produk yang memungkinkan pelanggan memberikan umpan balikdan evaluasi terhadap produk yang dibeli. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mencakup penggunaan kode referral pelanggan sebagai bagian dari strategi CRM. Kode referensi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengajak pelanggan sehingga merekomendasikan produk kepada orang lain. Sebagai insentif, pelanggan akan menerima diskon produk yang meningkat setelah penggunaan kode referal. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memperluas pelanggan jaringan dan meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran perusahaan. Melalui penerapan CRM, termasuk layanan ulasan dan pemeringkatan produk serta penggunaan kode rujukan, perusahaan mendapatkan informasi yang komprehensif tentang perilaku pelanggan terkait produk, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi pemasaran dan penjualan yang menerapkan CRM. Sistem telah melewati proses pengujian menggunakan teknik pengujian metode blackbox dan whitebox testing hasil pengujian menunjunkan bahwa sistem telah bebas dari pengujian pemprograman, diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memasarkan dan menjual produk Palm Go.

Abstract

SIMBA merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibangun dan dikembangkan untuk untuk keperluan penyimpanan data dan informasi yang dimiliki oleh baznas secara nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas dan efisiensi serta kualitas aplikasi SIMBA pada Baznas sehingga kualitas aplikasi dapat ditingkatkan lagi masa yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode system usability scale (sus). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah nilai skor SUS sebesar 63,38 untuk aplikasi SIMBA yang termasuk Grade C- dengan kategori OK pada Adjective Rating, dan termasuk tingkat penerimaan Marginal dengan Percentile Rank berada di antara 35 – 40 serta dalam NPS termasuk dalam kelas Passive yang artinya Aplikasi SIMBA cukup efektif, efisien dan cukup memberikan kepuasan pada pengguna dalam kegunaannya.               Kata Kunci : Analisis, SIMBA, System Usability Scale

Abstract

Aplikasi SRIKANDI merupakan aplikasi kearsipan dinamis terintegrasi yang dibuat oleh pemerintah guna memudahkan pengiriman surat dan arsip elektronik. Dengan layanan tersebut upaya pemerataan informasi dan pemenuhan hak publik akan informasi dapat dilakukan. Dalam hal ini, diharapkan masyarakat lebih berdaya dalam memperoleh dan memanfaatkan informasi. Tujuan analisis pada aplikasi SRIKANDI ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini. Analisis TAM menyangkut   beberapa   hal   yang   dianalisa   diantaranya persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness), persepsi kemudahan (perceived ease of use), sikap penggunaan (attitude toward using), minat penggunaan (behavioral intention), dan penggunaan  nyata (actual usage).
