Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan disseminating thoughts in the field of economics and development from the results of research and scientific writing, original ideas that are critical and actual. Economics, Published twice a year, namely in March and September. Editors invite lecturers and practitioners to fill out this journal. Presentations can be in the form of scientific work, research results, original ideas that are fresh, objective and responsible. Editors can abbreviate and correct writing to be published without changing its content and intent. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian or English, accompanied by an abstract, no more than 200 words each, typed on 12 arial letter quarto paper, double spaced in the following order: title, author name, abstract, contents, bibliography and and includes affiliate and author contact email & WA/HP number. ====== Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, menyebarkan pemikiran dalam bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan dari hasil penelitian, dan tulisan ilmiah, gagasan orisinil kritis serta aktual. ekonomika, Terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para dosen, dan praktisi untuk mengisi jurnal ini. Penyajian dapat berupa tulisan ilmiah, hasil penelitian, gagasan orisinil yang segar, objektif dan ber tanggung jawab. Redaksi dapat menyingkat dan memperbaiki tulisan yang akan dimuat tanpa mengubah isi dan maksudnya. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, dengan dilengkapi abstrak, masing-masing tidak lebih dari 200 kata, huruf arial 12 diketik pada kertas kuarto, jarak dua spasi disusun dengan urutan : judul, nama penulis, abstrak, isi tulisan, daftar pustaka dan dilengkapi afiliasi dan email & nomor WA/HP kontak penulis.

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the trend of unemployment and work in Aceh Province after the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a higher unemployment rate. This study uses secondary data, namely time series data using the least squares analysis method or forecasting method. The results of this study indicate that unemployment in Aceh Province for the next three years will decrease, while for work there has been an increase in workers. This has a positive effect on unemployment and employment rates in Aceh Province. With this forecasting method, the government should make it to the appropriate investment policies to reduce unemployment. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out to determine the impact of efficient use of technology in increasing the production scale of farmers in Nagan Raya Regency. Primary data and secondary data are the data used in this research, where the data used is in the 2010-2020 period. Direct interviews with rice farmers are the technique used to collect primary data while secondary data is obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and regional agencies. The linear regression analysis model is used as a data analysis model to analyze the use of technology that influences rice production. The results of the research show that the use of technology has a real influence on increasing rice production in East Seunanagn District, Ngan Raya Regency. Based on the regression of the harvest area variable individually, the harvest area variable has a significant effect on the productivity of the harvest, rice availability in Nagan Raya Regency. ]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia has 34 provinces, of which Aceh is one of the provinces, with 23 districts currently. Simeulue Regency in Aceh Province, off the west coast of Aceh, is a division of West Aceh and with its inauguration in 1999, Sinabang was designated as the capital. The aim achieved in this research is to determine the influence of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on the Poverty Alleviation Program in the 5 year period from 2017 to 2021. The use of the Simple Linear Regression Statistical Data Analysis method makes it easier for researchers to obtain the desired results, with secondary data from BPS. As a result of the research, a significant regression coefficient was obtained, which means that there is a positive relationship between DAU and poverty, where if DAU funds increase, there will also be an increase in the level of poverty. The large amount of General Allocation Funds in Simeulue Regency greatly influences the number of residents who are on the poverty line. The R-square result is 39.2% to see the magnitude of the influence, which means that the General Allocation Fund in Simeulu Regency has an influence on community poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the performance of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen and Region V Lhokseumawe City based on the realization of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) collection, Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee (BBN-KB) services. Analysis was carried out using independent two mean test statistics with t-statistics. The research results show that; A). The performance level of Samsat UPTD Region IV Bireuen in terms of the PKB Realization aspect during 2010 - 2021 is on average better than the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. B). The performance level of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen from the aspect of BBN-KB Realization during 2010 - 2021 is also better on average, although not significantly different from the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the village government's strategy in empowering the community's economy and the obstacles through BUMDES Bangun Mandiri Dfesa Bekiung, Kuala District. Qualitative research with questionnaire instruments, interviews and document studies. The informants in this research included the Village Head, Director and Treasurer of BUMDES, as well as the community. Research findings 1) the village government's strategy in empowering the community's economy is carried out by providing savings and loan business capital loans, a profit sharing system scheme. 2) providing entrepreneurial assistance and training by BUMDES administrators to the community, as well as encouraging community participation to help advance the business unit. 3) the obstacles include the lack of capital owned by BUMDES, the lack of skills and expertise of human resources in managing BUMDES and institutional management which is still not running optimally and the lack of community participation.]]>
