Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan disseminating thoughts in the field of economics and development from the results of research and scientific writing, original ideas that are critical and actual. Economics, Published twice a year, namely in March and September. Editors invite lecturers and practitioners to fill out this journal. Presentations can be in the form of scientific work, research results, original ideas that are fresh, objective and responsible. Editors can abbreviate and correct writing to be published without changing its content and intent. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian or English, accompanied by an abstract, no more than 200 words each, typed on 12 arial letter quarto paper, double spaced in the following order: title, author name, abstract, contents, bibliography and and includes affiliate and author contact email & WA/HP number. ====== Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, menyebarkan pemikiran dalam bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan dari hasil penelitian, dan tulisan ilmiah, gagasan orisinil kritis serta aktual. ekonomika, Terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para dosen, dan praktisi untuk mengisi jurnal ini. Penyajian dapat berupa tulisan ilmiah, hasil penelitian, gagasan orisinil yang segar, objektif dan ber tanggung jawab. Redaksi dapat menyingkat dan memperbaiki tulisan yang akan dimuat tanpa mengubah isi dan maksudnya. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, dengan dilengkapi abstrak, masing-masing tidak lebih dari 200 kata, huruf arial 12 diketik pada kertas kuarto, jarak dua spasi disusun dengan urutan : judul, nama penulis, abstrak, isi tulisan, daftar pustaka dan dilengkapi afiliasi dan email & nomor WA/HP kontak penulis.

<![CDATA[The study measures the extent to which the impact of social media, product quality factors and service The problem of consumer loyalty by analyzing the factors that influence product purchasing decisions is still interesting to study. In quantitative descriptive research, it is limited to promotion factors, product quality and price. The research unit of Ibnu Asyir honey products in Aceh, with a path analysis approach. By conducting a survey of 96 regular consumers of the products studied. The results of the study obtained information that: (1) product purchasing decisions are directly and indirectly influenced by promotion factors of 13.96%, product quality factors of 38.38% and price factors of 23.59%. (2) Simultaneously, promotion, product quality and price influence the decision to purchase Ibnu Asyir Honey products in Aceh by 69,3%. (3) Between the three influencing factors, there is a causal relationship with a fairly close category.]]>

<![CDATA[The study analyzed the performance of the device in the development of BUMG by reviewing the influence of the keuchik leadership factor and increasing sources of income. The study was conducted at BUMG Meunasah Kulam, Meureudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The type of quantitative research with causality analysis. The data analysis technique used was path analysis using SMART-PLS. The results obtained (1) BUMG development is influenced by keuchik leadership and the contribution of income source factors also influences BUMG development, (2) Gampong device performance and also increasing sources of income have a significant effect on BUMG development. (3) Keuchik leadership has a significant effect on Gampong device performance. (4) The influence of Leadership, Increasing Sources of Income, and Gampong Device Performance simultaneously on the Development of Village-Owned Enterprises by 76.1%. (5) Leadership and Increasing Sources of Income affect Gampong Device Performance by 77.9%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of the Gini ratio and population on poverty districts/cities in Aceh. By using the ARDL panel model. The type of data used is data panel from 2010 to 2019 covering 23 districts/cities in Aceh. With total sample as many as 230 samples. The research results show that the Gini ratio and population have an influence against poverty in the short term. However, it has no effect in the long term. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the effect of open unemployment at female and male universities on the poverty line in Aceh Province using data from the Central Statistics Agency Aceh for the 2012-2020 period. Next, the data was analyzed using the linear regression analysis method multiple and processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). This study found that male open unemployment had a positive effect on the poverty line although the unemployment rate for male university educated students is lower in comparison Unemployed university educated women in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, the open unemployed are educated Women's universities have no effect on the poverty line in Aceh Province. Policy What the Aceh regional government needs to pay attention to is providing employment opportunities for educated men's universities and universities, especially in Aceh Province, can produce graduates ready to use in the world of work. ]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and job training on employee performance at PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all 97 employees in the company. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample where the entire population was used as the research sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The test results show that partially or simultaneously the compensation and job training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.]]>
