Abstract

The purpose of marriage is to form a sakinah mawaddah warahmah family. The ideal of forming a happy and prosperous family is impossible if the patriarchal culture is still firmly attached to men's thinking. where a man has a very dominant role in controlling life, while a woman (wife) is only used as a complement, or in Javanese terms commonly referred to as konco wingking (back friend) which means women only have a position as followers. The family is the first place for children when born from it will learn many things in daily life, so that parenting will affect whether it only involves the role of the father or both are equally active so that the quality of the child's cognitive, affective and psychomotor will develop well. The purpose of this study is to describe how parenting is in a mublah perspective. Based on the description of the background above, there is a problem formulation on how to raise children in the Mublah Perspective. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of research. Library Research. The research carried out is reading various literature studies on parenting both in Islam and by law as well as reading literature on Mublah's perspective in the Qiro'ah Mublah book. Data collection is done through the Documentation method. This research was conducted by means of triangulation from book sources. The analysis process is carried out simultaneously with data collection through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that: Parenting in Mub's Perspective is the existence of mutual cooperation, mutual cooperation between fathers and mothers in raising children, being a shared responsibility between fathers and mothers, This means that there is no inequality of responsibility in raising children. Children born male or female both have the right to be protected, cared for and educated. Children who develop in a harmonious family and gender justice affect their personality, so that the role of the family, both father and mother, has an important role and is a key and main factor for children's success.

Abstract

This study analyzes the mindset of the Sundanese people contained in proverbs. Sources of data collected in this study from a book entitled Peperenian Urang Sunda by Rahmat Taufiq Hidayat et al. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a semiotic approach to Roland Barthes. The purpose of this study is to determine the mindset of the Sundanese people implied in proverbs. Data analysis was carried out by examining the meaning of denotation and connotation. The results of the analysis show that the mindset of the Sundanese people describes the characteristics of Sundanese people such as cageur (healthy), bageur (good), bener (true), singer (self-aware), wanter (brave), and pinter (intelligent).

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of discipline values in students of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Miftahut Thullab in Cengkalsewu Pati, through communal Dhuha prayer activities. Dhuha prayer is considered a potential means to instill discipline in students. The research utilizes observation and interviews with students, educators, and administrators of MA Miftahut Thullab. The findings indicate that communal Dhuha prayer activities have been successfully integrated into the daily lives of students and have positively impacted their discipline. The active role of educators and support from the school environment are key factors in the success of this implementation.Keywords: Dhuha prayer, Implementation of values, Religious education, Student discipline, MA Miftahut Thullab.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the reasons for Imam al-Ghazali's concern for education. This type of research is literature research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data are taken from books and journals directly related to al-Ghazali's thoughts on education. Skunder data is taken from books and journals that have an indirect relationship with the main data. Data is collected by documentation techniques. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using content analysis and inductive - deductive techniques. This study concluded that al-Ghazali's concern for education was more because al-Ghazali viewed education as something important and crucial for humans. There are three reasons for al-Ghazali to say that education is important and crucial. First, education has the duty to lead to man's primacy and approach to his God. Second, education produces scholars/educators/teachers, where scholars for al-Ghazali are guardians of human humanity. Third, the purpose of education, which is to draw closer to God and to achieve happiness in the world and in the end. Self-glory, being close to God, remaining in human glory, happy world and ultimate are the needs of every human being and all can only be attained through Education.

Abstract

This aims of the study to find out the problems faced by college students of Islamic Education in Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Pati (STAIP) using interactive listening, to describe the implementation of interactive listening, and to know whether interactive listening can improve college students’ listening motivation. This research used action research method. It was conducted in three cycles at the first semester college students of STAIP. The research data were collected by using techniques of observation, interview, questionnaires, and test. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that in the preliminary research, the college students had low motivation. Then in the first cycle, they could work in pairs and more active during the listening class. In cycle two, this strategy could encourage college students’ motivation in the aspect of curiosity and self-confidence. In cycle 3, it can improve the personal task oriented aspect. This strategy also improved the college students ability. It was showed by the mean score which in the pre-test was 50.06; 58.95 in cycle 1, 65 in cycle 2 and 70 in cycle 3. I concluded that this research could improve the college students’ listening motivation and their achievement. Therefore, interactive listening could be used as an alternative teaching technique to teach listening.

Abstract

This study aims to description of the strategy of habituation of reading the Qur'an before learning for the mental readiness of students' learning at MA Manbaul Ulum Pati and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the strategy of habituation of reading the Qur'an before learning for the mental readiness of students' learning at MA Manbaul Ulum Pati. This type of research is case study research with a qualitative approach. Primary sources, namely: the principal, teachers, and students of MA Manbaul Ulum Pati. The data collection techniques used are (1) interviews (2) observation (3) documentation. While the data analysis techniques include: (1) data reduction (2) data presentation and (3) verification/conclusion. Research results 1) Pre-learning Al-Quran Reading Habitual Strategy for Mental Readiness to Learn in MA Manbaul Ulum Pati Students with enthusiasm, responsibility and discipline with the steps of Getting used to reading the Al-Quran from an early age, Doing the habit routinely every morning before KBM, Reading prayers before studying, Reading the Al-Quran together or in turns depending on the instructions of the teacher who enters the first lesson, Listening while correcting students' reading, Providing motivation while linking it to the wisdom of the verses being read, Reading the khataman quran prayer before ending this activity. 2) Supporting factors include the Foundation, Head of Madrasah, Budget policy, Dedication from teachers while inhibiting factors include noisy students, not following, being late, and not meeting the reading targets from their teachers.Keywords: Mental readiness to learn, Reading the Al-Quran, Habitual Strategy

Abstract

Central Java province has many relics of very large religious tourism objects, one of which is in the Kudus Regency, namely the Kudus Tower. Menara Kudus is one of the most monumental buildings from the legacy of Sunan Kudus. Menara Kudus has an attraction so that it is never empty of tourist visits from various regions. After visiting the tower, tourists buy souvenirs and small snacks typical of the sanctuary as gifts for the family. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of tourists to the holy tower and to determine the amount of income of the traders. Methods This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research, the research is carried out in the holy tower.Data was collected through observation, direct interviews, then recording dialogues, and documentation. In this study, the research data was carried out by means of triangulation. The analysis process is carried out simultaneously with data collection through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that: First; the traders who sell are mostly not local people. Second; merchants understand the busy time of tourist visits to the holy tower. The size of the income from traders can be caused by many or few tourist visits and ownership status. The conclusion shows that traders who stay at the same time as residents in the village get increased income. Meanwhile, traders with the ownership status of renting a place for weekdays experience a decrease in income, but during busy times, they can get an increase in income

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in increasing interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SMAN 1 Juwana and to determine the supporting and inhibiting faktors. The type of research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary sources are Islamic Religious Education teachers and students, while secondary data are literature studies and supporting documents. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. Analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The results of the study show that the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in increasing interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SMAN 1 Juwana are by taking a personal approach, conducting learning activities to read and write the Qur'an with a variety of learning methods, using existing technology such as LCD projectors, Al-Qur'an reading and writing applications, and other supporting technologies as well as applications such as "Learn Quran Tajwid" and Al-Qur'an learning videos are very helpful in attracting student interest. Supporting faktors in addition to the professional ability of teachers, the ability to manage classes, also the availability of reading books and sufficient references from the library, involving parents in the learning process strengthens support at home, teacher role models and a comfortable learning environment. Inhibiting faktors are the lack of initial student abilities, and unsupportive family environment.Keywords: Islamic Religious Education Teachers, interest in learning, reading and writing the Qur'an

Abstract

The rolling of the new order to the reform order, which began with the resignation of Soeharto President, democracy in Indonesia is slowly starting to appear, feeling depressed and pressured began to gradually eroded. The public is free to express their opinion, of course, within the limits set out in the applicable regulations. But often the freedom that society has is misinterpreted as unlimited freedom so that the result is anarchic acts. at will without regard to the rule of law. Therefore, other strategies and roles are needed for its implementation, one of which is with the implementation of legal functions as social control. Method of this research uses normative juridical approach by collecting the data, observations, and analyzing qualitatively, meanwhile normative is choosen because this study is a library research. and the processing of further data collected will be analyzed through three stages, they are selecting data, presenting data, and drawing conclusion of activity continuous, then it is repeated to form a cycle that allows generating sufficient final conclusion. The Functions of law sosiologiy as a social control is hopped can make society obedient to behavior law, because law goals to give benefit to society, so the role of law sosiology above goals to make society obedient to rule of law.

Abstract

English is as media to communicate both orally and writing. The ability to communicate is the ability to understand and or produce spoken text and / or write are realized in the four language skills, ie listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Therefore, subjects in English is directed to develop such skills so that graduates are able to communicate in English both in writing and speaking. Hopefully the student able to communicate both orally or in writing, and their ability can be developed in a balanced way. But the reality of the ability to communicate verbally much lower than the ability to communicate in writing. This is evident from the data in SMP Negeri 2 Trangkil Pati Trangkil which indicates that the ability to write only 19.35% of students who have achieved mastery learning. For this study aims to determine the ability to write to the students of SMP Negeri 2 Trangkil Pati by conducting action research through the use of media image series voucher former so as the formulation of the problem is whether the use of media image series voucher former can improve the ability to write narrative text students and whether there are differences in the increase in the ability to write once held by the previous action. From the discussion of the results of this study can be concluded that the use of the media Sangkuriang pictures series improving writing skills narrative text. The indicator is the increasing average value, increasing the number of students who have achieved a minimum completeness and the total of the student who did not achieve a minimum completeness can be decreased.
