Abstract

This study aims to create a web-based learning design to improve speech skills in deaf children at SLB Futhiyyah Pati. The method used in this study is Research and Development (RD). The results of this study are 1) the realization of a valid web-based learning design. This is indicated by the results of expert validation showing a mean of 3.45 in the very valid/feasible category. Web-based learning design can be said to be effective in improving the speech skills of deaf children. This is indicated by the results of the p-value in the chi-square analysis which shows 0.05. and the applicability of the applied learning design is 89.83%.Keywords: Learning Design, Web, Deaf Kids

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Managerial Ability and Teacher Creativity on Student Achievement at SMA Wahid Hasyim Pati. This study is included in the type of correlation research using a quantitative approach. The study was conducted in February - August 2022 with a population of active students, namely 28 class X students and 43 class XI students, the sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique. The independent variables are managerial ability (X1) and teacher creativity (X2) with the dependent variable being the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students (Y). The data collection method used a questionnaire, and documentation and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence between managerial ability and creativity on student achievement at SMA Wahid Hasyim Pati. This is evidenced by testing at a 5% error level, Freg was obtained at 6.621 which is greater than Ftable = 3.13. (6.621 3.13)Keywords: managerial ability, teacher creativity, learning achievement

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the cultivation of Islamic morals and religion in kindergarten children by teachers in RA An-Nuriyah, (2) to describe the form of curriculum, learning methods, and media used by teachers in instilling moral and religious values in kindergarten children by teacher at RA An-Nuriyah, (3) Describe what factors encourage and hinder the inculcation of moral and religious values in kindergarten children by teachers in RA An-Nuriyah. The research design used is a qualitative approach. Sources of research data are teachers and children as well as documents used such as RPPM and RPPH. Data collection methods are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the cultivation of Islamic moral and religious values in RA An-Nuriyah regarding the teaching of faith, morality, worship, and memorization of the Al-Qur'an was less varied. The curriculum still uses KTSP, while the learning methods and media used in RA An-Nuriyah are less varied. The driving factors for the cultivation of moral and religious values are children's motivation, family environment, school environment, and community environment, while the inhibiting factors are family environment, school environment and community environment. It is recommended that teachers improve the learning methods and media used in teaching moral and religious values to kindergarten children.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the readiness of teaching modules in implementing the Independent Curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education at Madrasah Aliyah PIM Mujahidin Bageng Gembong Pati. The readiness of teaching modules is a determinant of success in learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation.  While the data analysis technique is by reducing data, displaying data and verivicationts. . The results of this study revealed that the Readiness of the Teaching Module in Implementing the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Learning, broadly speaking this is related to the readiness of teaching modules, the implementation of an independent curriculum and application in learning Islamic Religious Education. Abstract

An economic system based on the cultural customs of the archipelago is one of the local wisdom assets of the pluralistic Indonesian nation. There is a slight difference between local wisdom and local culture because both have unique characteristics. Wisdom presents the community's perspective on issues based on high values, while local culture is more directed to the product of habits that have been practiced by the community for generations. Some values of local wisdom and local culture that are in accordance with the field of Islamic economics include the values of justice and honesty, the value of helping and siding with the weak, the value of professionalism. Characteristics and values that have been rooted in have proven to have maintained the economy in shaping Indonesian society for the better. Even after the entry of Islam, cultural values and local wisdom continued to grow sustainably without any difference with Islamic economic values.

Abstract

This research is a type of Classroom Action Research by applying The Power of Two learning to class XI students at MAN 1 Pati. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) improve student learning outcomes through learning the power of two, 2) improve the quality of SKI learning through learning the power of two. The research was carried out in two cycles, where the activities of each cycle consist of planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. Student learning outcomes have increased from pre-test, post-test cycle 1, to post-test cycle 2. This can be seen from the average student score of 59.7 (pre-test), increasing to 66.8 (post-test cycle 1), and increased again to 79.5 (post test cycle 2). Improvements in student learning outcomes can also be seen from learning completeness with Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). It was proven in the pre-test results, of the 36 students who took the test, only 6 students completed their studies. With a learning completion percentage of 22.2%. Increasing the results of post test cycle 1, of the 36 students who took the test, there were 20 students who completed their studies. With a learning completion percentage of 55.5%. It increased again in the results of post test cycle 2, of the 36 students who took the test, there were 32 students who completed their studies. Abstract

The development Emotional Intelligence was based on the reality that shows many people with above average level of IQ could do something that can destroy them. It also can be denied that many people with average IQ live successfully. The stressing of the concept of Emotional Intelligence is how to use emotion as source of the information to solve personal problem and to be creative. This article concluded, fisrt, that Emotional Intelligence consists of potention to recognize and to manage the emotion so that this emotion not to handicap the cognitive potention. Second, there some differences between IQ and EI on their ability and also their location on the brain. Third, EI is a potention that can be developed, while EQ is the shape of its development. Finally, EI can bedeveloped through the family education at least in two ways, such as by giving a condusive environment and by giving a lesson about emotion and how two manage it.

Abstract

The policy on education autonomy, as a result of The Act No. 22 Year 1999 on Regional Autonomy, has shifted paradigm on education management from centralization to decentralization. This needs a new approach of managing education, in case of giving wider range of school‟s autonomy.School-based management is acknowledged as a formal alternative to manage the decentralized school management structure by placing the school as the primary unit of improvement. The school-based management offers the school an autonomy in porpuse of giving wider space to manage the resources by allocating them based on the priority scales. By applying this concept a school will have the power to explore, allocate, determine the priorities, control and report the use of resources to the stakeholders.

Abstract

The similarity between scouting values and the 2013 curriculum allows the application of both simultaneously, especially in Islamic education. The scouting method is an interactive and progressive way of learning that includes aspects of obeying the code of honor, learning by doing, group system, attracting and challenging, adult presence, open nature, and a sign system of skills relevant to Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze, and describe the application of scouting methods and scouting method strategies that were used as the implementation of Islamic religious education at MA Ma'arif NU Doplang. This research is a qualitative research postpotivism. The research subjects were students of class XI-IPS Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif NU Doplang Blora Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 23 students. The object of research includes the understanding and obedience of students in carrying out Islamic religious law according to the standardization in the scouting curriculum and the core competencies of spiritual attitudes in the 2013 curriculum in class XI. The data presented in this study uses observational data collection techniques that involve scout coaches and religious group subject teachers, direct observation, and observation of documents for achieving General Proficiency Requirements (SKU) as well as the syllabus for Fiqh and Akidah Akhlak subjects. The data obtained were analyzed using case study data analysis techniques. The agreement between the scout coaches and subject teachers has made the output of scouting activities recognized as the result of PAI field activities at MA Ma'arif NU Doplang.

Abstract

Since the existence of 21st century learning, teachers and students are required to be able to apply the 4c skills, namely critical thinking, communication, collaborative and creative, and not only that, digital-based learning is also needed to support learning so that it does not appear monotonous, therefore researchers are interested in finding out what the 21st century learning process is like at the MA Mu'allimin M'allimat Rembang school which is based on Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, the data collection methods used interview, observation and documentation methods, while the data sources used in this research are primary data sources are school principals, head of curriculum, guidance teachers and several students MA Muallimin Muallimat Rembang and secondary data in the form of internet, archives, magazines, educational books. The results of this research show that 21st Century Learning at the Islamic Boarding School-based Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang shows that there is still a lack of implementation of 21st century learning due to several reasons, namely two main issues that influence the learning process at the madrasa. The first issue is the limited number of learning hours which must be adjusted to the Islamic boarding school's schedule.
