Abstract

The ability to reason critically or critical thinking is one of the important aspects that need to be developed and possessed by students, so that they are able to analyze various problems and problems. To build and shape students' critical thinking, this is held through the debate method in Pancasila lectures and civic education. This study aims to examine and analyze the contribution of the debate method in Pancasila lectures and Citizenship Education in building and shaping students' critical reasoning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. And this study shows that the debate method used in lectures, especially the Pancasila and Civic Education courses has formed critical attitudes and critical thinking of students, it can be seen from the courage of students to ask questions, students have the courage to express opinions, have the ability to answer, have skills in speaking, students have the courage to argue and deny, have high curiosity, have the courage to put forward problem-solving ideas, students have the will to analyze problems, are able to draw conclusions and have other critical attitudes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the steps and impacts of collaborative learning on the independent curriculum for class X MA Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Batangan. The type of qualitative research with data collection using interviews, observations, and documentation. Research Results The steps include 1) Teachers create teaching modules and implement opening, core and closing activities, 2) attend training, 3) provide modern learning media. Collaborative Learning has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts are 1) Student activity increases. 2) Learning becomes more interactive and is able to produce better learning outcomes. 3) Environmental factors must support the learning process to create good, safe, and comfortable conditions. While the negative impacts of collaborative learning are 1) it takes a long time to set up the class 2) for quiet students, teachers must pay more attention so that students remain comfortable in learning, 3) there is dominance of several students.Keywords: Implementation, Independent Curriculum, Collaborative Learning

Abstract

Among the significant theological differences between Sunnis and Shias is the obligation to follow the Imams. The number of these Imams is twelve, based on a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This hadith is crucial as it serves as the foundation of the Shia creed in affirming the existence of twelve Imams. Conversely, Sunnis are also required to address this hadith, as it is found in several Sunni hadith collections.This study is categorized as library research, utilizing qualitative and comparative methods. The Hadith of the Twelve Caliphs is considered authentic by both Sunni and Shia scholars. Shia scholars interpret the hadith to mean that every Muslim must believe in the twelve Imams they recognize. However, Sunni scholars have differing opinions, as the number of caliphs succeeding the Prophet exceeds twelve. Interpreting this hadith as referring to Shia Imams is problematic, as it conflicts with historical facts.The term “caliph” here cannot be limited to spiritual or religious authority but must also encompass leadership of the Islamic state. Meanwhile, the twelve Imams in Shia tradition, except for Ali ibn Abi Talib, had no direct role in advancing Islam.Keywords: Twelve Caliphs, imam, Shia, Sunni, hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the process of adopting children is carried out by the Muslim community in Plangitan Village, Pati District, Pati Regency. This study uses field research methods (field research). Research data were analyzed using descriptive-qualitative method. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation which were analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that: First, the process of adopting children carried out by the Muslim community in the Plangitan sub-district was not in accordance with the official procedure for adoption, namely that it was not carried out through a court decision process, in this case the authority of the Religious Courts. The average adopted child is taken from the relative environment of the adoptive parents. So that the community only adopts children in a familial manner because the adoption is almost the same as the relationship between foster parents and foster children; Second, that the legal consequence of the adoption process that is not in accordance with the law is that there is no legal certainty for both the father (adoptive parent) and the adopted child, as well as the absence of legal protection for the fate of the adopted child regarding their rights including the child's civil rights; Third, the adoption of children in the perspective of Islamic law in the Muslim community of the Plangitan sub-district there are those that are in accordance with Islamic law and some that are contrary to Islamic law. What is in accordance with Islamic law is that the adoptive parents do not change the lineage of the adopted child, while what is contrary to Islamic law is that the adoptive parents have changed the lineage of the adopted child to become their own biological child. In accordance with the concept of maqashid syari'ah or the concept of maslahah, adoption in the perspective of Islamic law in the Muslim community of the Plangitan sub-district should have the main objective of protecting offspring (hifdzu nasab).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the strategies and supporting and inhibiting factors implemented by the Madrasah Head in recruiting new students at MA NU Asy'ariyyah Tanjungsari Tlogowungu Pati. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Madrasah Principals, recruitment staff, and parents of prospective students. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research results 1) the strategy consists of 3 steps, namely first, planning (planning) including meetings, determining targets and methods, second actuating (implementation) containing socialization, instruments, indicators of entry requirements for new students, provision of registration forms, and third evaluating (evaluation) contains method improvements and increases information on social media. 2) Supporting factors for collaboration between madrasa heads, teachers and TU staff and collaboration with related MTs institutions as well as inhibiting factors include lack of emerging ideas, lack of socialization personnel, and less than optimal use of social media.Keywords: headmaster, new students, recruitmen strategies

Abstract

Islam is a religion that contains the values of mercy and peace. However, these values will not be realized without being socialized and preached. To be able to preach all of this requires a qualified da'i. This study aims to explore Al-Maraghi's assesment in the book "Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Karim" about qualifications and their relevance to conditions in Indonesia. The type of this research is library research with descriptive qualitative method. While the analyst used is a content analysis. The data sources include primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source is the book "Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Karim", and the secondary data sources in the form of books of interpretation, journals, and books related to research. As for the findings: first, a preacher must understand the Quran. Second, a Da'i must understand the sunnah of the prophet. Third, a Da'i must understand the history of khulafa'rrasyidin. Fourth, a Da'i must understand the various sects or schools of thought that exist in society. Fifth, a Da'i must know the language, customs, traditions and culture that exist in the community. Sixth, this qualification is very relevant to the conditions in Indonesia as a plural or majmu' country.

Abstract

Teacher effort is an effort made by the teacher to solve a problem so that the goals and objectives of the educational institution can be achieved. . Learning quality can be said to be a description of the good or bad results and understanding achieved by students after learning activities are carried out. History of Islamic Culture as one of the compulsory subjects in Madrasas. Researchers conducted research on teachers' efforts to improve the quality of learning the History of Islamic Culture at Madrasah Aliyah Abadiyah Gabus. Data collection in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by first focusing on the data, then presenting it in descriptive text, and conclusions were drawn by explaining it descriptively. The results of the research show that the efforts made by Islamic Cultural History teachers to improve the quality of Islamic Cultural History learning are quite good. This can be proven based on the efforts that Islamic Cultural History teachers have made to improve the quality of learning.Keywords: Teacher efforts, improving the quality of learning

Abstract

Implementation of the fun learning Method in Thematic Learning to Increase Student Motivation in Class 2 at MI Hidayatul Islam Gembong. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the fun learning method in thematic learning to increase the learning motivation of Grade 2 students at MI Hidayatul Islam Gembong. The purpose of this research is theoretically to add to the body of knowledge regarding the Implementation of the fun learning Method in thematic learning, which can be used as literature in conducting relevant research in the future. This research can also add insight to teachers about the application of fun learning methods in thematic learning to increase student motivation. The approach in this research is qualitative, which is the method that must be followed in producing descriptive data, in the form of words (can be spoken for social, cultural, philosophical research), notes related to meaning, value and understanding. The characteristics of qualitative research are on the object that is the focus of the research. The type of research here uses field research. By seeing and getting down to the field directly, as well as observing the conditions that exist in MI Hidayatul Islam Gembong, which is a research that has the intention to express something systematically and accurately, where certain situations are factual. The conclusions from this study are (1) The fun learning method is used by the teacher to deliver thematic learning material in class 2 by taking one of the themes "Clean and Healthy Living" in the face-to-face learning process, the application of the fun learning method to class 2 thematic learning at MI Hidayatul Islam Gembong, consists of several stages, including: implementation which consists of preparing a learning implementation plan (RPP), preparing tools used in learning and preparing exam questions as evaluation material. (2) it is known that all grade 2 students have achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) both from the scores taken from the Daily Assessment, portfolio, performance and practice. Based on this data, it has been stated that learning has been effective and is said to be successful based on the general textbook for the development of the 2013 curriculum assessment at MI Hidayatul Islam in 2022.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peranan penting dalam penyadaran nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Namun dalam praktiknya, proses pembelajaran PAI yang berlangsung selama ini cenderung hanya memfokuskan pada aspek kognitif semata dan mengabaikan aspek afektif. Kenyataan diatas berakibat pembelajaran PAI yang selama ini berlangsung di sekolah tidak efektif, bahkan cenderung mengalami kegagalan dalam pembentukan moralitas peserta didik. Dalam konteks diatas, maka pembelajaran PAI tidak mungkin dapat mencapai tujuannya jika hanya berkutat pada transformasi pengetahuan agama semata kepada peserta didik. Pembelajaran PAI harus dikembangkan ke arah proses internalisasi nilai yang dibarengi dengan aspek kognitif, sehingga timbul dorongan yang kuat untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agama. Abstract

The election of governors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, and/or mayors and deputy mayors is regulated in Law (UU) Number 1 of 2015 as amended by Law Number 8 of 2015, Law Number 10 of 2016, and Law Number 6 of 2020 (Election Law). The Election Law regulates administrative sanctions for the cancellation of regional head candidates who commit massive and systematic structured administrative violations in the implementation of elections. In its application, there are different perspectives between Bawaslu, KPU, and the Supreme Court. This can be observed in the decision of the Supreme Court through the decision Number 1 P/PAP/2021, the Bawaslu of Lampung Province through the Decision Number 02/Reg/L/TSM-PW/08.00/XII/- 2020, and the KPU Bandar Lampung City through Decision Number 007. /HK.03.1-Kpt/1871/- KPU-Kot/I/2021.
