Abstract

This research aims to develop a Web-Based Drug Distribution Information System at the Aceh Singkil District Health Service to overcome challenges in drug management and distribution. The system development method uses a waterfall approach which includes requirements analysis, system analysis, design, development and testing. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and review of related documents. This system is designed to provide fast, accurate and timely information, replacing manual recording and providing reports such as order data and stock items instantly. Web-based, this system was built using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the concept of drug distribution management and make it easier for agencies to run the distribution system.

Abstract

The Global Positioning System (GPS) navigation system has become an inseparable necessity in the modern era, allowing users to know their position with high accuracy and provide precise time information anywhere. This research aims to design a GPS Tracker prototype based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller which is capable of tracking position using short messages (SMS). This prototype uses an Arduino Nano microcontroller, Ublox Neo 6M GPS module, and SIM 800L GPRS network module to process and transmit coordinate data via GPRS waves. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the steps of data collection, analysis, design, development and evaluation of solutions. Primary and secondary data were obtained through technical observation, interviews and data analysis. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis and anomaly analysis. The research results show that this prototype can send coordinate data via SMS with quite high accuracy. This prototype is expected to provide benefits in location-based surveillance and monitoring without requiring an active internet connection.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the Employee Performance Record Application (ASLI CAKEP) in the Employee Performance Assessment Information System at the Aceh Static and Tsunami Archives Center. Research was conducted to provide an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of using this application in the employee performance appraisal process, as well as the factors that influence its effectiveness. Research methods include data collection through interviews and observation, with analysis using qualitative analysis techniques. The research results show that the use of ASLI CAKEP is effective in increasing the efficiency of the assessment process, reducing subjectivity bias, and providing more structured feedback to employees. This application also helps in making it easier to access employee performance data, as well as supporting more informational managerial decision making. However, research has also identified several drawbacks in the use of these applications. Based on the results of the analysis, it is recommended to provide intensive training to users, carry out routine monitoring and evaluation, and be involved in developing application features and functionality to increase the effectiveness of its use.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the world of education. One of the important things in education is access to adequate information sources. Currently, the library system used at the STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh campus still uses conventional methods with physical libraries, which can cause limited access, delays in obtaining information sources, as well as limitations in managing and maintaining book collections. STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh has a library that still uses a manual recording system or bookkeeping in carrying out more and more transactions, which will certainly increase the difficulty in processing library data, not to mention errors in borrowing and returning book transactions, as well as other reporting errors. Based on the results of designing the library website system at STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh, the results showed that the system can carry out the online loan registration process and fine notifications. The author hopes that in creating this library information system, it can help make it easier for staff and all related parties to process library data effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research discusses the design and development of a web-based domain and hosting sales platform assisted by WHMCS. This platform is designed to make it easier for users to buy and manage their domains and hosting. This platform also provides various useful features for users, such as: domain registration, hosting purchase, account management and help and support. This platform was built using modern web technologies, such as PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap. WHMCS is used as a billing and customer management platform. The platform is tested using various methods, such as unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing. The results of this research show that the web-based domain and hosting sales platform assisted by WHMCS can provide an easy and effective solution for users to purchase and manage their domains and hosting.
