Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran LPK dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja di kota bontang, pada studi kasus LPK BBEC Bontang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan, instruktur dan pengelola sebagai narasumber selaku peseta dan pelaksana pelatihan berbasis kompetensi di LPK BBEC. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LPK BBEC memiliki peran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja melalui program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri lokal, sehingga membantu peserta mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan. Dari hasil kuesioner menunjukan bahwa bahwa dari 20 peserta, motivasi mengikuti pelatihan untuk menambah skill sebanyak 40%, motivasi mendapat pekerjaan/ berwirausaha sebanyak 50% dan motivasi mengikuti teman sebanyak 10%. Dari seberapa efektifnya pelatihan menunjukan program pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta saat ini yang sesuai sebanyak 80% dan kurang sesuai 20%, materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diharapkan 90% sesuai dan 10% Kurang sesuai, peserta yakin pelatihan ini meningkatkan kompetensi mereka yaitu 85% sesuai, 10% kurang sesuai dan 5% tidak sesuai, pelatihan ini berguna bagi peserta di masa mendatang menunjukan 100%. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja sehingga lebih siap menangkap peluang di dunia kerja lokal maupun nasional, serta berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang berkembang pesat di Kota Bontang.

Abstract

Air transport is a type of transport system that is widely used for passengers and cargo, both domestic and international. Indonesia is one of the countries that strongly supports the development of air transport. The growth of air transportation and technological development every year is getting faster, therefore, this research aims to analyse the capacity and optimisation of aprons at airports. The analysis is conducted by identifying the current apron capacity, forecasting future apron requirements, and determining the necessary optimisation measures. This study uses aircraft movement data from 2014 to 2020, and applies the linear regression method to project aircraft movements in 2023 and 2028. Three forecasting scenarios were used to handle outlier data due to events such as ticket fare increases and the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis results show that the current apron capacity is sufficient, but will exceed capacity in the coming year. Therefore, additional parking stands are recommended as a long-term optimisation measure. This research provides important insights for airport facility development planning to accommodate the continuous increase in air traffic. Thus, the addition of parking stands and other optimisation measures are necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the airport in the future and ensure that the airport facilities can accommodate the increasing air traffic.

Abstract

The implementation of omnichannel marketing at AES Motor showroom aims to improve customer experience through effective integration of communication channels. Consumers now conduct marketing interactions through various channels, including physical stores and gadgets, to evaluate products, compare prices, and conduct digital transactions. Omnichannel marketing helps improve customer satisfaction by integrating multiple communication channels, such as physical stores, websites, chat apps, and customer service. This research focuses on how omnichannel marketing can improve the customer experience at the AES Motor showroom, as well as how this strategy can help improve customer loyalty and increase sales. The purpose of this research is to create a conceptual model that can help scholars and practitioners understand the dynamics between omnichannel marketing and customer experience. The results are also expected to provide information on how best to implement integration strategies and provide strategic advice for businesses in the used car retail industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the Zein Store Konveksi's profit plan by calculating the break-even point. In planning profits, entrepreneurs must pay attention to profits and costs to achieve the desired profit goals. Break Even Point (BEP) can help in evaluating the financial management of Zein Store convection, to ensure that the business can reach the point when revenue equals total costs (fixed costs and variable costs), so it does not experience losses. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative strategy. Data was obtained directly through interviews with the owner of Konveksi Zein Store. The analysis tool used is Break even point. The research results show that Konveksi Zein Store has succeeded in reaching the break-even point and even managed to obtain high profits. After carrying out the analysis, the Zein Store Convection break-even point (BEP) method is suitable as a profit planning tool to find out at which sales the break-even point will be achieved.

Abstract

The aims of this research to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Cengkong II Elementary School teachers in Kecamatan Purwasari. The research was carried out with the research objects being all teachers at SDN Cengkong II. The variables observed in this research are organizational culture and performance. This research analyzes data using the SPSS program. Data analysis includes simple linear regression, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test. The research results show that organizational culture factors have a significant influence on teacher performance at SD Negeri Cengkong II in Kecamatan Purwasari. Apart from that, organizational culture factors have a partial influence on teacher performance at SD Negeri Cengkong II, Kecamatan Purwasari.

Abstract

This research aiming to allow the understanding of mission model and its concept through literature study from the Bible and another source. The article explaining several things that first Scripture tells that mission is God heart content dan work in human history since the beginning till today. From the beginning God already has impeccable grand plan to be done by His people on earth, that had be done and be written down in the Bible.In Old Testament God send Bible figures including the Kings and Prophets, and through great event to perform His purpose on earth. Afterward in New Testament Christ send His disciples including us to spread the Gospel through great commission, that we done until now. Throughout human history, the world always changing through history in many aspects, such as social, economy, culture and mission model transform adapting the context, starting from early Christianity, middle ages, the reformation dan modern era until now the postmodern era. Implementation of mission model in the Bible can be observed through context of situation and event occurring, that can be the model of mission in present times.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly tight global competition, companies are required to continueto increase their profitability and operational efficiency. One approach that can help companies achieve this goal is through effective supply chain management and the implementation of an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of SCM and ERP can increase company profitability, especially in the context of PT. Unilever Indonesia. The focus of this research is to understand how the integration of SCM and ERP systems can help companies optimize their supply chains, increase operational efficiency, and ultimately increase company profits. The research method used in this research is literature study and data analysis. The research results show that the implementation of SCM and ERP at PT. Unilever Indonesia has provided significant benefits in increasing operational efficiency, optimizing supply chains, and increasing company profitability. The integration of SCM and ERP systems allows companies to have better visibility over their entire business processes, speed up decision making, and increase responsiveness to market changes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing entrepreneurial interest among students at Del Institute of Technology. The research focuses on three main factors: entrepreneurial motivation, student creativity, and entrepreneurship learning models. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this study involved 36 respondents from 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students selected through simple random sampling. The analysis results show that student creativity and entrepreneurial interest have very high index values, while entrepreneurial motivation demonstrates a high value, and the entrepreneurship learning model is at a moderate level. Validity tests prove all questions in the questionnaire are valid, while reliability tests indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship learning model, and entrepreneurial interest are reliable. However, the student creativity variable did not show adequate reliability. These findings provide important insights for developing effective strategies in promoting entrepreneurship among students, although further research is needed to investigate the factor of student creativity more deeply.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on workforce productivity at PT. Cipta Mandiri Logistik. In the industrial world, occupational safety and health are important factors for the workforce. The method used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out by creating questionnaire questions which were given to workers within PT. Cipta Mandiri Logistik. The collected data will then be processed using SPSS and data testing will be carried out using the normality test, simple linear regression equation, validity test, coefficient test and partial test (T test). The research results show that at PT. Cipta Mandiri Logistik, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on workforce productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of discounts on impulse purchases among Shopee users among students at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. The phenomenon of impulse buying is becoming increasingly common with the increasing use of e-commerce platforms, where discounts are often used as a marketing strategy to attract consumers. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 200 students who actively use the Shopee application. The results of data analysis show that discounts have a significant influence on impulse buying behavior. College students tend to make more unplanned purchases when they find attractive discount offers. These findings indicate that discounts are an important factor in encouraging impulse purchases, which Shopee can exploit to increase sales. In addition, this research provides insight for e-commerce business players regarding the importance of discount strategies in attracting the student market segment.
