Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial (terpisah) terhadap kinerja para pegawai di Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Manado, (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial (terpisah) terhadap kinerja para pegawai di IAKN Manado, (3) Kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara simultan (bersama-sama) memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai IAKN Manado. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh pegawai PNS di IAKN Manado. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan . Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan independent sample t test untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat. Kemudian lanjut uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat. Setelah itu, dilanjutkan dengan koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui berapa persen pengaruh yang diberikan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji statistik dan dikonfirmasi dengan SPSS Statistic 27, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di IAKN Manado, yaitu sebesar 72,1%. (2) Kompetensi secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif bahkan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di IAKN Manado, yaitu sebesar 80,2%. (3) Kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara simultan (bersama-sama) dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai IAKN Manado, yaitu sebesar 76,6%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a difference in the learning activity of students who use the reciprocal teaching model compared to conventional ones in class VIII Christian Religious Education and Character education at SMP Negeri 2 Pollung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is: "The Reciprocal Teaching Model has a positive and significant effect on the Learning Activeness of Christian Religious Education and Character Education Students in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Pollung for the 2023/2024 Academic Year." The population is all students who are Protestant Christians in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Pollung which consists of 6 classes totaling 180 students. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely 30 students in class VIII5 as the experimental class which used the reciprocal teaching model and 30 students in class VIII4 as the control class which used ordinary treatment (conventional class). This research method is the Quasi Experimental Design method using a Nonequivalent Control Design. The instrument used in this research was a test with 30 items. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 0.6370 in the medium category, while the average value for the control class was 0.2531. in the low category so it is known that increasing the Learning Activeness of Class VIII Christian Religious Education and Character Education students at SMP Negeri 2 Pollung for the 2023/2024 academic year is more effective using the Reciprocal Teaching model than using conventional treatment. Then carrying out an independent test using the t test obtained a value of t = 7.040 > t table (α = 0.05; df = 58) = 2,000. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a difference in the learning activity of students before and after learning with the Reciprocal Teaching Model in Learning Christian Religious Education and Character Education for Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pollung for the 2023/2024 Academic Year and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The study of dialogue in the context of pluralism of religions (multi-religious), which is also linked to the implementation of missions or preaching in religions, is not a new issue in the study of theology and the study of religions; considered by the author to be important to continue to study. The reason why dialogue linked to mission is being discussed at this time is firstly, dialogue that assumes acceptance between fellow religious believers displays the murky reality of harmonious relations between religious believers. Good dialogue to be developed by religious communities is dialogue of action and dialogue of life as a form of dialogue that is correlational and globally responsible. Second, Christian mission can be understood as an effort to lift humanity from its downturned reality.

Abstract

This article discusses the theory of relationship-based Christian religious education: building a community of mutual love in the school environment. This research uses literature research or library study methods. With this method the author can analyze literature sources that are relevant and related to the objectives of this research and express them in a research result. Christian religious education is a conscious effort that is planned to instill the basic teachings of Jesus Christ and the development of faith by creating learning situations and learning systems so that students are able to develop potential or spiritual, noble morals, skills needed by students and the surrounding community. Relationship-based Christian religious education aims to build a community of mutual love in schools through positive relationships between teachers and students and between students. This approach emphasizes the application of Christian values ​​such as love, forgiveness, and respect. This research examines how Christian religious education can create an inclusive environment that supports student character development. The research method used is literature study, with data sources from books, scientific journals and relevant articles. Relationship-based Christian religious education is effective in creating a community that is full of love, respects differences, and supports each other, as well as encouraging students' spiritual and social development in an inclusive and tolerant environment. Implementing these values ​​in schools can strengthen relationships between students, foster a sense of togetherness, and create space for each individual to develop. Teachers should also be role models in implementing the values ​​of love, forgiveness and mutual respect, as well as creating an environment that is inclusive and supportive of every individual regardless of their background. This concept contributes to the formation of better student character.

Abstract

Pluralism refers to the attitude that although every religion has a different style, method or path, it leads to the same goal, namely God, so one of the goals of Pluralism is to build tolerance. This research is intended to provide an understanding that in our existence as a pluralist society we must respect and respect each other in order to create religious harmony and moderation. Diversity is certainly beautiful, but it is not impossible that in diversity there will be conflicts based on differences, so the understanding of pluralism emerges to make the nation aware that even though we are different in ideology, belief and culture, we are still both human and equally one nation, so that among we create a feeling of mutual appreciation and mutual respect, not tearing each other down. The author uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach to see how Christianity is amidst Plurality. The Bible teaches that Christians must abstain from fleshly desires, and as servants of God must have a way of life that is good and right before God. The Christian attitude towards pluralism should emulate Jesus' attitude towards pluralism, namely respecting every difference by building mission and dialogue according to the context faced. Christians must be inclusive and open to diversity but remain strong and firm in their own faith.

Abstract

This research is intended to provide correct understanding and implementation regarding the meaning of work as a mission for Christians. The method used is literature research. The results of this research are that work as a mission is very important even for Christian leaders as a means of proclaiming God's shalom to the world. In this way, the Missio Dei which is mandated to the church by God becomes real and effective to be carried out in various aspects of life, especially in the field of work carried out by Christians. There are at least five implications for Christians. First, understand the strategic calling of every believer who is called as a church leader. Second, understanding the meaning of God working for and through His people as believers. Third, understand the meaning of vocation for every Christian who believes in Christ Jesus. Fourth, be a Christian who works ethically. Fifth, understand the principle of work as a calling to mission.

Abstract

This research aiming to allow the understanding of mission model and its concept through literature study from the Bible and another source. The article explaining several things that first Scripture tells that mission is God heart content dan work in human history since the beginning till today. From the beginning God already has impeccable grand plan to be done by His people on earth, that had be done and be written down in the Bible.In Old Testament God send Bible figures including the Kings and Prophets, and through great event to perform His purpose on earth. Afterward in New Testament Christ send His disciples including us to spread the Gospel through great commission, that we done until now. Throughout human history, the world always changing through history in many aspects, such as social, economy, culture and mission model transform adapting the context, starting from early Christianity, middle ages, the reformation dan modern era until now the postmodern era. Implementation of mission model in the Bible can be observed through context of situation and event occurring, that can be the model of mission in present times.

Abstract

This article examines the relationship between the work of the Holy Spirit and the development of spiritual learning within contemporary Christian education contexts. Drawing upon the model of the early church community depicted in Acts 2:42, this research investigates how perseverance in the apostles' teaching can be constructed as a Christian educational paradigm that stimulates students to develop learning perseverance. Through exegetical analysis of the Acts 2:42 text, a literature review on the Holy Spirit's role in learning, and a synthesis of Christian educational theology, this study proposes a pneumatological framework for understanding learning perseverance as a spiritual practice empowered by the Holy Spirit. The study argues that authentic learning experiences within Christian communities are not merely cognitive activities but transformative spiritual experiences that occur through the dynamic interaction between the Holy Spirit, the Word, and the learning community. Implications for contemporary Christian educational practice are also discussed, highlighting the importance of creating Spirit-centered learning environments where learning perseverance is understood and experienced as a response to the work of the Holy Spirit.   Abstrak Artikel ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara karya Roh Kudus dan pengembangan spiritualitas pembelajaran dalam konteks pendidikan Kristiani kontemporer. Dengan mengambil model komunitas gereja perdana yang digambarkan dalam Kisah Para Rasul 2:42, penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana ketekunan dalam pengajaran para rasul dapat dikonstruksikan sebagai sebuah paradigma pendidikan Kristiani yang menstimulasi murid untuk mengembangkan ketekunan belajar. Melalui analisis eksegesis teks Kisah Para Rasul 2:42, tinjauan literatur tentang peran Roh Kudus dalam pembelajaran, dan sintesis teologi pendidikan Kristiani, penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka kerja pneumatologis untuk memahami ketekunan belajar sebagai praktik spiritual yang diberdayakan oleh Roh Kudus. Studi ini berargumen bahwa pengalaman pembelajaran autentik dalam komunitas Kristiani tidak hanya merupakan aktivitas kognitif tetapi juga pengalaman spiritual transformatif yang terjadi melalui interaksi dinamis antara Roh Kudus, Firman, dan komunitas pembelajar. Implikasi bagi praktik pendidikan Kristiani kontemporer juga dibahas, menyoroti pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada Roh Kudus di mana ketekunan belajar dipahami dan dialami sebagai respons terhadap karya Roh Kudus.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence educational interactions have on student learning behavior in Christian Religious Education learning for class Christian Religious Education for class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Balige for the 2023/2024 academic year. With a population of all class Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 46 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire trial was carried out on 30 respondents of class Y 0.321 – 0.637 (there are 2 question items that have validity less than r table = 0.361, namely item number 33 and 41 so that the invalid questionnaire is discarded. Thus, the valid questionnaire is 44 questions. And the reliability of the questionnaire trial is variable X which is at a value of 0.829 it is in a very strong interpretation, and the reliability of the questionnaire trial of variable Y which is at a value of 0.842 and is in a very strong interpretation and has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between Educational Interaction on Learning Behavior Students in Christian Religious Education Learning for Class XI Students at SMK Negeri 1 Balige for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. By testing the relationship, it is obtained that rcount>rttable is 0.524>0.297, with a significant relationship test tcount>ttable is 4.257>2.000, the coefficient of determination is 27.5%. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research suggests to teachers to always improve educational interactions in learning, so that the learning behavior of Class

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Solving learning model on student learning activity in Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study uses a quantitative research method. The population is all Protestant Christian students in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, totaling 271 people and 41 people were determined as research respondents, namely 15% of the population. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 50 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the Problem Solving learning model on the learning activity of students in Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.548> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 41) = 0.308 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.089> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 39) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="42","64"+0.84X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 30%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = ( = 0.05, df numerator k = 15, df denominator = n-2 = 41-2 = 39) which is 16.70 > 1.92. Thus Ha, namely there is an influence of the Problem Solving learning model on the learning activity of students in Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year is accepted and H0 is rejected.
