Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether the Bobilu Bola-Bola Ubi Lumer business is feasible or not to be developed. Business feasibility studies provide benefits for measuring and knowing whether a business is feasible or not. Business feasibility studies really help business people to know whether the business they are running is successful or profitable. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collected comes from scientific journals and websites. The analysis focuses on 5 (five) aspects of the business feasibility study, namely market and marketing aspects, technical/operational aspects, management/organizational aspects, financial aspects, and environmental impact aspects. The research results show that the Bobilu Bola-Bola Lumer Yam business has good profit potential with low production costs and stable market demand. By using the Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profitability Index (PI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods, the Lumbered Sweet Potato Balls business was declared feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hypnotherapy on student learning outcomes in the course Interpersonal Skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design, where students who underwent hypnotherapy sessions were tested to observe changes in their learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using linear regression and correlation to identify the influence of hypnotherapy on the improvement of learning outcomes. The analysis results show that hypnotherapy has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes, with a regression coefficient of 0.362 and a consistent correlation of 0.438. These findings suggest that hypnotherapy can improve students' interpersonal skills, reduce anxiety, and enhance concentration and self-confidence. Therefore, hypnotherapy can be an effective method to support learning, particularly for the development of interpersonal skills. This research provides valuable insights for educators to consider the implementation of hypnotherapy in a more holistic teaching strategy.

Abstract

The translation of children's novels is a complex process, as it is essential to convey the messages and values from the source text in a manner that is accessible to young readers. This study aims to identify the translation strategies employed and the challenges faced in translating children's literature. The methodology includes text analysis of one or two children's novels in English and their translations into Indonesian, along with interviews with translators to gain insights into their practices and considerations during the translation process. The main findings indicate that cultural differences and language style are key factors influencing translation quality. Translators often encounter challenges when translating cultural elements, humor, and idioms that lack direct equivalents in the target language. Strategies such as domestication and adaptation of language style prove effective in maintaining the relevance of the story for young readers. Additionally, collaboration with local cultural experts and the use of glossaries or footnotes can help address these challenges. This research underscores the importance of a holistic approach to translating children's literature to enhance cultural understanding and literacy among younger generations.

Abstract

Rail-based public transportation is one of the primary solutions for addressing urban congestion, energy efficiency, and carbon emission reduction. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of rail transport systems through a literature review by examining previous research on operational, financial, and environmental aspects. The findings indicate that rail-based transportation has a higher efficiency level than other modes in terms of passenger capacity, speed, and environmental impact. However, major challenges include high construction and maintenance costs, integration with other transport systems, and reliance on government policies and regulations. Various innovations, such as the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), can enhance the efficiency of rail transport systems. This study recommends sustainable investment in infrastructure, optimization of technology-based operational systems, and policies that support public transport integration to improve efficiency and attractiveness.

Abstract

The application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in public transportation management plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, safety, and user experience. IoT technology enables transportation systems to leverage real-time data to optimize operations and provide better services to the public. This study aims to evaluate the contribution of IoT in public transportation through a review of existing literature and to identify the benefits and challenges of its implementation. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review, where various relevant sources are analyzed to gain a comprehensive understanding of IoT implementation in the transportation sector. The findings indicate that IoT plays a significant role in supporting real-time vehicle tracking, more efficient route management, and enhancing the passenger experience by providing access to up-to-date information. Furthermore, this technology helps predict passenger congestion and improve transportation scheduling, ultimately improving punctuality and reducing traffic congestion. The contribution of this research provides in-depth insights into the integration of IoT in public transportation systems to improve performance and user satisfaction. However, the study also highlights challenges that need to be addressed, such as high infrastructure development costs and data privacy issues. Therefore, close collaboration between the government, service providers, and the public is essential in designing solutions that can overcome these challenges. Future research is recommended to explore the long-term impacts of IoT implementation and users' perceptions regarding data privacy and security concerns.

Abstract

Potacio Bliss is designed to meet the market's needs for innovative and up-to-date high-quality snacks. French fries have great potential in the modern culinary industry as one of the most popular types of snacks in various circles. This article examines in-depth technical and production aspects, ranging from the selection of raw materials to the packaging stage, designed to ensure that the quality of products is maintained. The production stage starts from premium quality potato selection, standardized processing, to frying with modern technology to produce a perfect texture. This process is supported by innovations in topping and sauce variants that create a unique and attractive taste for consumers. By utilizing technology equipment and efficient production techniques, Potacio Bliss is able to present consistent products while optimizing its production scale. Through strict quality control and the use of environmentally friendly packaging, this business focuses not only on product quality but also on environmental sustainability. This study aims to provide technical guidance for snack business operators and identify strategic steps in increasing competitiveness in the market. In conclusion, innovation in technical aspects and production became a key factor in the success of French fries businesses such as Potacio Bliss in responding to modern market challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Bhakti Mandiri Garut, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals, what solutions are provided by Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with students who are less disciplined. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMP Bhakti Mandiri Garut. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used follow the concept of Miles and Huberman, namely the data reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the role of Islamic religious education teachers is very helpful for schools in achieving the goals that have been detailed and set by the school. The role of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Bhakti Mandiri is not only to carry out general teacher duties but has a larger portion and responsibility, namely increasing moral values for students, by teaching, guiding and habituating positive values for students. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving students' morals include a lot of support from the school, for example by giving Islamic Religious Education teachers the freedom to package learning and guidance in such a way. The inhibiting factors are limited time and student relationships. The role of Education teachers in providing solutions to improve students' morals, with this it can be seen how teachers do it, namely by providing various guidance, habits that have positive values for students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether stress management (Y) contributes to improving students' academic performance (X). A quantitative approach was used with a survey and quasi-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design to analyze the cause-and-effect relationship. Data collection involved questionnaires, interviews, behavioral observations, and document analysis. The research followed a structured process: students completed a pre-test questionnaire, received treatment, and then completed a post-test questionnaire to assess changes in stress levels and academic performance. The treatment applied in this study included individual counseling services and informational services, which aimed to help students manage their stress effectively. Interviews, observations, and document analysis were also conducted to support data collection by identifying students who experienced stress and those who successfully managed it after the intervention. The hypothesis was tested using the T-test, which resulted in a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of H₁. Based on these findings, the researcher concluded that effective stress management significantly contributes to improving students' academic performance in school. This study highlights the importance of stress management strategies in enhancing students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of work motivation, work-life balance, and professional experience on the performance of aviation personnel. Literature reviews highlight the critical role these factors play in improving work effectiveness and aviation service quality. Work motivation contributes to productivity levels, work-life balance reduces work stress, and professional experience enhances accurate decision-making in emergency situations. The study concludes that managing these three factors is essential for achieving optimal performance.

Abstract

Meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap ibadah haji dan umrah membuka peluang bagi Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah (KBIHU) di Indonesia, termasuk KBIHU Miftahul Ulum. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, KBIHU Miftahul Ulum menerapkan strategi manajemen pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bagi jamaah, baik dalam aspek bimbingan, administrasi, fasilitas, serta sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen pelayanan yang diterapkan KBIHU Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang, khususnya dalam aspek pembinaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi, guna menciptakan hubungan yang efektif antara lembaga dan jamaah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelayanan KBIHU Miftahul Ulum melibatkan pembinaan jamaah secara berkelanjutan, sistem monitoring yang terstruktur, serta evaluasi berkala untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Strategi ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan jamaah serta memperkuat posisi KBIHU di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.
