Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture and principal leadership on teacher performance at Unggul Calang Middle School, Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency. This research is located at Unggul Calang Middle School. The population in this study were all teachers at Unggul Calang Middle School, Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency, namely 6 people, while the samples in this study were 5 teachers. The sampling method that the authors use is purposive sampling method. This study uses qualitative methods by using hypotheses and then conducting field tests. To analyze the respondent's level of agreement, it is measured using a Likert scale. The results of the study found that organizational culture and leadership variables had an effect on work performance. This can be proven from the average percentage of respondents who answered agree + strongly agreed, which was 78.66%, which was 78.66% greater than those who answered strongly disagree + disagree, which was 10.67%, where S + SS > STS + TS. Then the hypothesis can be accepted

Abstract

Peternak ayam memiliki prospek yang cerah dikarenakan dua alasan. Yang pertama, permintaan akan konsumsi ayam yang meningkat. Yang kedua, karena perputaran modal yang cepat. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut membuktikan bahwa kondisi sosial ekonomi peternak ayam di Gampong Meunasah Tuha Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar masih memprihatinkan. Oleh karena itu, harus ada yang membantu mereka untuk meningkatkan produksi peternak ayam secara modern, dengan demikian bisa meningkatkan sosial ekonomi mereka para peternak ayam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat biaya, menganalisis masalah-masalah yang dihadapi usaha peternakan ayam di daerah penelitian. Penelitian ini adalah semua populasi yang merupakan sampel populasi yang berjumlah sebanyak 59 KK dan 1 orang kepala Desa sebagai respoden untuk diwawancarai. Pengambila sampel adalah secara acak (Ramdom Sampling), dimana pemilihannya diakukan secara diundi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengedarkan angket atau daftar pertanyaan yang harus diisi responden. Selanjutnya alat analisa yang digunakan adalah tabel silang dan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha peternakan ayam memiliki tingkat biaya produksi yang tinggi, tingkat pendapatan yang tinggi, dan usaha ini secara finansial layak untuk diusahakan. Adapun masalah-masalah yang dihadapi usaha peternakan ayam ras pedaging adalah biaya pakan yang tinggi, harga jual yang berfluktuasi, sulitnya sistem pemeliharaan dan minimnya keterampilan beternak, keterlambatan datangnya bibit, dan masalah cuaca dan penyakit.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the number of pizza sales on income in the Fauziah Home-based Business, Gampong Ujung Kalak, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. This research is located in Gampong Ujung Kalak, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The population in this study were the owner and 2 employees at Fauziah's Home-Based Pizza Business with the overall sampling being carried out due to the small population. Data collection in this study was carried out using two techniques, namely library research from guidebooks related to research and field research by direct observation or observation of the object to be studied, interviews with the owner of Fauziah's home-based pizza business and by filling out a questionnaire from the business owner. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that the total total costs incurred amounted to Rp. 12,136,375 per month, the total amount of revenue is Rp. 15,325,000, per month, so the total income is Rp. 3,188,625 per month. This explains that the number of pizza sales affects the amount of income in Fauziah's Home Business, Gampong Ujung Kalak, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The advice that can be given from the results of this study is that it is hoped that the government will be able to provide business capital assistance and counseling to the Fauziah Home-Based Pizza Business in Gampong Ujung Kalak, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency so that they can run their business properly and get profits in accordance with the expectations of business owners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel ekonomi dan non ekonomi terhadap permintaan pariwisata kota Sabang. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kota Sabang dengan target populasi adalah wisatawan lokal yang berkunjung ke wilayah kota Sabang dari bulan Januari s/d September 2022 berjumlah 2.000 orang dengan sampel dengan jumlahnya sebanyak 70 orang. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk kualitatif kemudian dikomposisikan menjadi data kuantitatif. dengan Skala Likert. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan variabelnya ekonomi serta non ekonomi sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel permintaan pariwisata Sabang sebagai variabel terikat. Variabel ekonomi dan variabel non ekonomi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap permintaan pariwisata Sabang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel ekonomi dan non ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap permintaan pariwisata Sabang. Sehingga dianggap variabel ekonomi dan non ekonomi berdampak besar terhadap permintaan pariwisata Sabang karena mampu memperbaiki perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Saran yang diberikan yaitu agar pemerintah daerah kota Sabang agar lebih mengembangkan potensi dan memelihara lingkungan untuk meningkatan dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of Field Agricultural Extension in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The location in the research was conducted in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency, with the total population taken being all rice farmer groups in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The sampling method was carried out using stratified random sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is to use quantitative analysis and data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. To analyze the respondent's level of agreement, it is measured using a Likert scale. The results of the study found that farmer satisfaction can be significantly influenced by field agricultural extension performance variables in the sense that field agricultural extension performance variables are factors that can significantly increase farmer satisfaction in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of experiential marketing and physical evidence on consumer loyalty at the Bima City Tea Break Cafe. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population used in this research is all Tea Break consumers in Bima City whose exact number is not known, so the number of samples used is 50 people. The sampling technique used was a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test), followed by multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, t test and f test. The results showed that Experiential marketing and physical evidence did not have a significant effect simultaneously on the Bima City Tea Break Café.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and work stress on employee work productivity at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Bima. type of associative research with a Likert scale questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima, totaling 122 people. With details of 71 employees who are ASN and 51 honorary employees. The sample in this study were 71 employees (ASN) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. Hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The results of the study show that organizational culture and work stress have a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of service in the issuance of land certificates at the Bima District Land Agency by using a descriptive research type and choosing a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used in this study is all people who have used the services of issuing land certificates at the Bima Regency Land Agency whose number is unknown (Unknown Population) so as to obtain a sample of 73 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test and one sample t test. the results of the study show that the quality of service in issuing land certificates at the Bima Regency Land Agency is more than 70% of what is expected (good).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of advertising and the free shipping program on purchasing decisions at the Tiktok Shop marketplace in Bima City by taking the type of associative research. Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. The population used in this study were all consumers who had shopped at an unknown Tiktok shop (Unknown Population). To determine the number of samples in an unknown population, the Cochran formula was used and a sample of 96 people was obtained. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The research hypothesis is answered by t-test and f-test. The results of the study show that advertising and the free shipping program have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tiktok Shop marketplace in Bima City.

Abstract

Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah dengan memberikan kepuasan kerja serta kompensasi non finansial bagi pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert sebagai instrument penelitian. menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi sebanyak 137 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari 37 orang pegawai yang berstatus PNS dan 100 orang tenaga sukarela. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Puskesmas Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Soromandi Kabupaten Bima.
