Abstract

Bank Indonesia has a significant role in maintaining economic, financial and monetary stability in Indonesia, especially in the context of sharia principles. Sharia principles are the main guidelines in carrying out the functions of the central bank in order to create an economic system that is in accordance with Islamic values. This research aims to examine the role of Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic, financial and monetary stability by complying with sharia principles. The research method used is descriptive analysis and secondary data analysis. The research results show that Bank Indonesia has been active in developing sharia policy instruments, such as the Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) and other monetary instruments that comply with sharia principles. Apart from that, Bank Indonesia is also involved in supervision and regulation of sharia financial institutions to ensure that economic activities run in accordance with sharia principles. Thus, the role of Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic, financial and monetary stability based on sharia principles is very important. Bank Indonesia has a major responsibility in ensuring that Indonesia’s financial system remains stable and in accordance with sharia values, so that it can support inclusive and sustainable economic growth in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

An abstract is often presented separate from the article, so it must be able to This study aims to analyze the influence of taxpayer income and the implementation of the e-system on individual taxpayer compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on the South Jakarta Regional KPP. Through data collection and statistical analysis, this study highlights the significant role of taxpayers' income and e-system implementation in shaping their level of compliance. The results of the analysis show that economic conditions and the application of technology play an important role in influencing taxpayer compliance behavior. Recommendations include improving economic management, strengthening e-system implementation, and effective communication strategies to increase taxpayer awareness. This study makes an important contribution in designing policies that can increase taxpayer compliance amidst the challenges of the pandemic.

Abstract

Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) merupakan lembaga yang vital dalam pemerintahan desa. Salah satu fungsi utama BPD adalah melakukan pengawasan terhadap kinerja Kepala Desa. Namun, efektivitas kinerja BPD dalam pengawasan ini sering menjadi perbincangan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan kunci, observasi, dan dokumentasi Dengan meningkatkan kinerja BPD, pengawasan terhadap kinerja Kepala Desa menjadi lebih efektif. Hal ini pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang baik dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

The 2024 Legislative Election in Indonesia marks a crucial period for the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in maintaining and enhancing its political strength. In this context, this journal analyzes the winning strategies adopted by the PDIP in facing this election. This research employs an analytical approach by examining the strategies implemented by the PDIP from various dimensions, including political campaigns, resource management, and the use of social media. The analysis results indicate that the PDIP combines a holistic and targeted approach, strengthening its traditional voter base while striving to attract new voters

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of social studies teachers, the form of instillation, and the results of the efforts of social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung in instilling moral values in students, especially in class VII. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The methods used in this research are participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data data condensation, data display, and drawing verifying conclusions. In checking the validity of the data using extended participation, triangulation, and persistence of observation. In checking the validity of the data using extended participation, triangulation, and persistence of observation: 1) The efforts that have been conveyed by the teacher are: provide motivation and understanding of morality. Always apply dress and time discipline, It is mandatory to pray before and after studying. 2) Forms of instilling moral values that have been implemented by teachers and schools include: implementation of habituation programs such as dhuha prayers in congregation, reading the Yasin letter before learning, shaking hands with teachers, and also dhuhur prayers in congregation, madrasah diniyyah, tahsin. Apart from that, there are also activities to commemorate national holidays and Islamic holidays. 3) The results of the efforts that have been delivered and also implemented by the teacher, namely changes in students' behavioral attitudes to become better and more disciplined towards everything. Meanwhile, the results of the habituation program are: Students are more accustomed to programs that have become part of the school's culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Kimia Farma Tbk during the period of 2019-2021 with a focus on profitability and liquidity ratios. The profitability ratios used in this analysis include Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Meanwhile, the liquidity ratios analyzed are the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio. The data used in this research were taken from the annual financial reports of PT Kimia Farma Tbk published during that period. The results of the analysis indicate that PT Kimia Farma Tbk experienced fluctuations in profitability and liquidity performance over the past three years. ROA and ROE showed a significant decrease in 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but began to show signs of recovery in 2021. Gross Profit Margin also experienced a decrease in 2020, but there was a slight increase in 2021. On the liquidity side, the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio indicate that the company has adequate ability to meet its short-term obligations, although there was a decrease in 2020 due to a decline in revenue and an increase in operating costs during the pandemic. Overall, this research provides insights into how PT Kimia Farma Tbk managed their financial performance during a challenging period and demonstrates the company's efforts in post-pandemic recovery. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the company's management and other stakeholders in making strategic decisions to improve financial performance in the future.

Abstract

Community empowerment in village development is very necessary, this can be used as a form of cooperation between the government and the community. Community empowerment can be carried out by many elements: government, universities, non-governmental organizations, the press, political parties, donor agencies, artists, civil society, or local community organizations themselves. This research method is a descriptive-qualitative research method, with data sources obtained from primary and secondary data. The data collection technique uses observation techniques. The results of the research obtained several solutions in empowering the community to implement village development, namely creating a climate, strengthening power, and protecting and the Rural Development Program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by PT Pamapersada Nusantara in East Kutai Regency and its impact on community welfare. Quantitative research methods were used by using survey data from communities around the mine and company employees. The results of descriptive and regression statistical analysis showed a significant relationship between the CSR program and community welfare. Most respondents had a high awareness of CSR programs and positive perceptions of their benefits, especially in improving social infrastructure, education, health, and the environment. Regression analysis shows that CSR programs have a significant impact on the welfare of communities around mines, with a coefficient of determination of 0.555. The implication of these findings is the importance of integrating holistic and sustainable CSR practices into companies business strategies in order to improve welfare and support sustainable development in their areas of operation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of macro fundamental factors, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD), capital structure, and financial performance on the value of companies in the telecommunications sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using data analysis using SmartPLS. The research results of the nine hypotheses tested, only one hypothesis was accepted, namely that there is a significant influence between capital structure and company value. Meanwhile, another hypothesis shows that CSRD, macro fundamentals and financial performance do not have a significant effect on company value, and no significant effect was found between these variables on capital structure and financial performance. These findings provide implications for telecommunications companies in making strategic decisions regarding capital structure management in increasing company value in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the relationship between macro fundamentals and micro fundamentals on company value and intervening variables in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2023. The number of samples used in this research was 6 companies using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research uses SMART-PLS software version 4. The test results show that the negative and insignificant influence is macro fundamentals on company value, micro fundamentals on company characteristics, ownership structure on company value and financial performance on company value. Meanwhile, those with a positive and insignificant effect are macro fundamentals on ownership structure, macro fundamentals on financial performance, micro fundamentals on company value, micro fundamentals on financial performance and company characteristics on financial performance. The variable that has a positive and significant effect is ownership structure on financial performance, apart from that the variable that has a negative and significant effect is company characteristics on company value.
