Abstract

Electric vehicles are seen as one of the most significant solutions to the problem of climate change. Various innovative efforts made by the company have not provided optimal results. It has long been understood that innovation is controlled internally by the company until the theory of service-dominant logic provides a new paradigm that value can be created with customers. However, no one has shown the urgency and significance of education to the target market as an important mediator to create the company's innovation capability. Using the service-dominant logic theory as well as 38 empirical research articles, a conceptual model was found to fill the research gap. The conceptual model includes education to the target market as a mediator between the company's commitment to creating electric vehicles and the company's innovation capability on marketing performance.

Abstract

Digital literacy has become an essential competency for students in the 21st century, particularly in supporting English language learning. This study aims to (1) describe the digital literacy profile of eighth-grade students at MTs Ishlaahul Ummah, (2) examine their English achievement, and (3) analyze the correlation between digital literacy and English achievement. A quantitative correlational method was employed with a sample of 98 students selected through random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and school documentation and analyzed with descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The findings indicate that students’ digital literacy levels vary, with the majority in the low category, while their English achievement mostly falls within the moderate range. Regression analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between digital literacy and English achievement, with digital literacy contributing 9% to students’ performance. These results highlight the importance of strengthening digital literacy skills as a strategy to enhance English learning outcomes. The study provides practical implications for teachers, schools, and policymakers to integrate digital literacy into learning practices to better prepare students for academic and global challenges.

Abstract

Indonesia generally consists of rural areas with abundant natural resources and the potential to support national economic growth. However, the utilization of this potential is often hampered by limited management capacity and resources in each village. This study aims to examine strategies for developing inter-village collaboration to increase Village Original Income (PADes). The study was conducted in Mekar Sari Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, using qualitative methods through observation and in-depth interviews. The results indicate that inter-village collaboration in managing local economic potential, strengthened by institutions such as Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and participatory planning, is an effective strategy for increasing PADes. This strategy involves steps such as identifying potential, optimally allocating resources, and building coordination and communication among village stakeholders. Therefore, strengthening inter-village collaboration can be a means to achieve village financial independence and accelerate improvements in community welfare

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of community participation in the development of Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh District, Muaro Jambi Regency. Village development is not solely the responsibility of the government but also requires the active involvement of the local community. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study describes the stages of community participation, from problem identification and formulation, data collection, analysis, to drawing conclusions and formulating recommendations. The results indicate that community participation is still partial and uneven across all development sectors. Inhibiting factors identified include a lack of outreach, limited information, and the dominance of certain actors in decision-making. However, there are positive initiatives undertaken by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and community groups that serve as a starting point for strengthening public participation. The conclusions of this study emphasize the importance of transparency, two-way communication, and empowerment of villagers to promote inclusive and sustainable development.

Abstract

Changes in the composition of political party seats in the Bungo Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) over the past three periods reflect local political dynamics that directly influence the legislative function, particularly in Commission I, which oversees governance, law, and legislation. This study aims to analyze the development of political party seat distribution in the 2014-2019, 2019-2024, and 2024-2029 periods, and examine its implications for the implementation of strategic management in the legislative function. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, utilizing legislative election results data from official sources and a review of Bungo Regency DPRD documents. The results show a significant shift in political power, with several parties experiencing an increase in the number of seats, such as NasDem, Demokrat, Gerindra, and PKB, while other parties such as Golkar, PKS, PPP, and PBB experienced a decrease. The number of parties holding seats decreased from 13 to 10 in the last period, indicating a consolidation of political power. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing strategic management that includes coalition-based legislative planning, strengthening legislative capacity, and effective political coordination mechanisms to ensure that legislative products are more responsive, inclusive, and oriented towards the public interest.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the RT (Neighborhood Association) head in managing the Population Information System in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh District, Muaro Jambi Regency. Mekar Sari Village consists of 17 RTs, each of which is responsible for handling population data such as birth, death, and migration reports. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data collection through observation and interviews with the RT head and related parties. The research findings indicate that although the RT head plays an important role in compiling, updating, and reporting population data, its implementation is still ineffective. The main obstacles include time constraints, low community participation, and late reporting to the village government. These findings highlight the need for increased support and system improvements to ensure more effective population data management, which in turn can better support overall village administration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of archery athlete development in improving performance and achievement in Jambi City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on the coaching patterns implemented by archery clubs, coaches, and support from the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Jambi. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with coaches, athletes, and club administrators, and documentation of training and performance coaching activities. The results of the study indicate that the management of archery athlete development in Jambi City has been implemented systematically, but several obstacles remain, such as limited training facilities, inconsistent funding, and a lack of certified coach development programs. An effective coaching strategy involves performance-based training planning, regular evaluation of athlete performance, and improvement of coach competency. Synergy between KONI, clubs, and coaches is a key factor in optimizing the performance of archery athletes in Jambi City. This study is expected to provide recommendations for regional policymakers and coaches in improving the quality of athlete development in a sustainable manner..
