Abstract

The flow of globalization and technological sophistication have an impact on changes in people's lifestyles. The hedonistic lifestyle has become a lifestyle that is loved by the community. The lifestyle that aims to achieve this pleasure makes hedonism have implications for the psychology of individual well-being. This article aims to describe the implications of a hedonistic lifestyle on the psychology well-being. This paper uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results showed that the hedonistic lifestyle was not able to achieve good psychological well-being in individuals. Furthermore, this hedonism is also able to fade morals, morals and human nature.

Abstract

Research on "Joyful Learning Learning Strategies in Fiqh Subjects at MTs Negeri 3 Donggala" is focused on the implementation of Joyful learning learning strategies, opportunities and challenges in learning on Fiqh subjects. Research based on field research, with the presentation of qualitative descriptive data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation were then reduced, presented and verified. The research findings describe that in the joyfull learning strategy, a teacher in the learning process uses a fun strategy, collaborating learning with stories and jokes, accompanied by the delivery of learning material using a variety of methods that support the creation of a relaxed, light and fun learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Assessment within the framework of guidance and counselling serves as a basis for planning guidance and counseling programmes according to needs, enabling the achievement of the goals of guidance and counseling services through the suitability of the program and description of the counselee's condition and environmental conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach. Researchers used researchers as the main instrument, conducted purposive sampling of questionnaire data, used inductive/qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, and the results emphasized meaning rather than generalizations. It can be concluded that the main purpose of implementing the assessment instrument is to collect data. Data can be defined in various scientific contexts as a collection of information or information about objects or non-objects. For example, intelligence data can be defined as a collection of numbers, measurements, quantities, descriptions, or classifications of a person's intelligence. Personal data can also be defined as a collection of numbers, measurements, amounts, descriptions or classifications of a person's intelligence. In this case the data in question is student data obtained using internet-based media, namely Google Form. Overall, this discussion shows that using Google Forms as a student needs assessment tool has many advantages, such as ease of use and efficiency, as well as the ability to collect and analyze data in real time. However, keep in mind that factors related to internet access can be a barrier to this use. In such a situation, an alternative solution may be needed as described by the author in the previous paragraph. With the existence of a google form with the various conveniences offered by google, it is the author's hope that guidance and counseling teachers can utilize this media to make their work easier to be more efficient and adapt to the latest technological developments.

Abstract

The number of implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools carried out by Guidance and counseling teachers are not based on the results of a needs analysis student assessment, this makes the implementation of guidance and counseling services lacking clear goals. The development of technology and information has been very developed in the world education, especially guidance and counseling. Implementation of assessment to students already This can be done with the help of technological developments, one of which is the application. Study This aims to find out some of the development of assessment applications for students who has implications for the preparation of guidance and counseling programs by guidance and counseling teachers counseling. This study uses a systematic review method. The research results show Some of the student assessment applications in the preparation of guidance and counseling programs are AKPD, AUM, an application based on Visual Basic desktop software version 6 of this application was designed based on student independence competency standards (SKKPD) in SMA, using Short Message Service (SMS), a simple application that will help BK teachers in compile and plan the BK program based on the results of the assessment which is automatically compiled become a BK Service program that is in accordance with the HOTS 2013 Curriculum and 21st Century thinking, this is inspired by IKMS Paramitra, and assessment with Utilize the application from Google Forms.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying concrete learning media to mathematics. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 27 students of SDN 03 Bengkayang class IV. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes by applying concrete learning media. This can be seen from the acquisition of an average pre-cycle value of 50.7 to 81.5 with an N-Gain of 0.6 in the moderate category. By implementing concrete learning media in mathematics, it becomes one of the strategies for solving problems in the teaching and learning proces.

Abstract

This study describes the development of the Sidomulyo State SLB Resource Center (RC)’s current role towards implementing inclusive schools in South Lampung based on policies issued by the government through Permendiknas number 70 of 2009 and PP number 13 of 2020. In the South Lampung area, there are two inclusive schools, SDN 1 Kalianda and SMPN 2 Kalianda, as well as 1 State SLB and 2 Private SLBs, which are recorded in the Dapodik database, namely State of SLB Sidomulyo, SLB Kasih Bunda, and SLB IT Harapan Bangsa. SLBN Sidomulyo is the only SLB that also has the role of RC in the South Lampung area. In general, RC has several tasks and roles that aim to improve the quality of inclusive school services. This research employs qualitative case study method. The results of the discussion in this study explain that, in RC SLBN Sidomulyo, the roles have not been carried out appropriately. As a result, inclusive schools at both the Elementary School (SD) and Junior High School (SMP) have been appointed by the local government not being properly implemented.
