Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the trend and development of research about the mathematics concept in elementary schools in Indonesia. This study was a literature review research using bibliometric analysis. The exploration process of the articles’ published results was taken through an open-access website such as google scholar database for the last ten years. The exploration of articles published results used Harzing’s Publish or Perish software with the keywords “Konsep Dasar Matematika Sekolah Dasar” and “Mathematics Concept in Elementary School”. The results of the exploration process were analyzed by using VOSviewer software for visualization and relationship for all of the research results. This study’s results showed there were 1185 articles had been published based on articles exploration criteria. After reducing the data, there were 37 articles with the relevant criteria. The bibliometric analysis results of the relevant articles were the understanding of student mathematics concepts in elementary school, the pre-service students and teacher knowledge about the mathematics concept in elementary school, and the solution for improving students’ understanding of mathematics concepts in elementary school

Abstract

Mathematical literacy becomed one of skills that had to be mastered by the students in this era. Mathematical literacy could start to be learned in elementary level. This study aimed to describe the research trends of mathematical literacy profile for elementary school students in Indonesia. This study used scoping review research with 5 steps including 1) identifying the initial research questions; 2) identifying relevant studies; 3) study selection; 4) charting and collating the data; and 5) summarizing and reporting the results. The data exploration process was taken through open-access websites such as Google Scholar, ERIC, and Springer using keywords “Literasi Matematika Siswa Sekolah Dasar”, “Mathematical Literacy of Elementary School Students in Indonesia”. The exploration process was also limited publication for 5 last years. The data reduction process was analyzed using the Preferred Reporting of Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The study results were classified to the 3 components such as 1) research methodologies trends, 2) mathematical literacy development, and 3) student’s achievement based on mathematical literacy.

Abstract

Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada orang tua peserta didik di SD Negeri 15 di Desa Tampe, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman orang tua peserta didik mengenai esensi dari pendidikan keluarga di era digital saat ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan bentuk penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah bervariasi, tanya jawab dan sharing. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan secara tematik pada setiap notulensi di lapangan dan evaluasi secara lisan menjelaskan bahwa orang tua peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan pendidikan di dalam keluarga yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman mendidik anak yang bertumbuh dan berkembang di era digital saat ini, kurangnya waktu bersama anak-anak dikarenakan mayoritas pekerjaan orang tua adalah petani yang setiap hari berladang. Dengan adanya kegiatan penyuluhan ini, orang tua semakin memiliki kesadaran pentingnya penerapan pendidikan keluarga, memiliki pemahaman esensi dan praktik dalam pengawasan, pengarahan dan pembimbingan orang tua dalam pendidikan keluarga di era digital, sehingga adanya keselarasan tujuan pendidikan di sekolah dan keluarga dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berkarakter, berpengetahuan dan berketerampilan.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the motivation and independence of learning for students in Porisgaga Housing, Ambon Block, Tangerang City, so that the use of Smartphones can be used as a tool to support the learning process outside of class hours (outside of school). Most students use smartphones outside of school to play games, so their time is spent on the game, so the function of the smartphone, which was originally to support the learning process, turned into access to playing online games. One effective way to solve this problem is the application of gamification with the concept of "SikMa". SikMa is a gamification that is conceptualized based on the fun of learning mathematics, after applying gamification with the concept of sikma, more than 80% of students stated that learning using the SikMa concept is more fun, and their learning independence is increased. This can be seen from their atusias working on the exercises given through gamification, from the results of the survey after being carried out PKM it was found that more than 60% of students are motivated in learning and more than 50% of them have a good attitude of learning independence.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengganggu pendidikan secara global, dengan meng­hancurkan bagi belajar dan kehidupan anak-anak; Salah satunya adalah hancurnya ketangguhan siswa. Ketangguhan memberdayakan orang untuk menerima dan beradaptasi dengan situasi buruk dan beradaptasi dengan pengalaman hidup yang sulit atau menantang. Ketangguhan adalah kemampuan untuk menahan kesulitan dan bangkit kembali dari peristiwa kehidupan yang sulit. Ketangguhan dapat dipelajari, membangun ketangguhan adalah proses di mana orang menjadi lebih baik dalam membingkai ulang pola pikir dan memanfaatkan pendekatan berbasis kekuatan untuk bekerja melalui rintangan. Namun dalam praktek, kita direcoki dengan mitos yang berbahaya tentang ketangguhan itu sendiri; Mitos itu berbahaya karena 5 alasan utama: biasanya diadakan, sering dinyatakan sebagai dikotomi, terkadang meng­andung benih kebenaran, membenarkan perilaku; dan sering dilembagakan, maka perlu dibongkar. Refleksi adalah cara yang dianggap tepat; Permasalahan dalam kajian ini adalah: Apa saja mitos ketangguhan diri siswa, Apakah strategi refleksi diri dapat membongkar mitos ketangguhan dan apa saja yang perlu dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut terbongkarnya mitos dalam era new normal. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode literatur review dengan menerapkan 7 langkah. Sumber Informasi utama dari 2 artikel jurnal dan 7 publikasi Situs web yang menyediakan akses siap ke informasi dari semua jenis: Teridentifikasinya sejumlah 24 mitos ketangguhan yang berbahaya. Dari 24 mitos dilakukan refleksi untuk membongkar 8 mitos teratas. Terumuskannya model Systematic Self-Reflection yang baru; dimana penulis menambahkan dengan “membongkar mitos ketangguhan” pada “sistem kepercayaan yang tangguh - bebas peran/ pengaruh mitos”, sehingga model ini merupakan solusi yang lebih cerdas, strategis dan inventif bahkan berdampak, teristimewa di era pasca covid 19 ini.

Abstract

Primary teacher working group assistance is one of the preparations for the teacher working group (KKG) in preparing the existing work program. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to carry out assistance to the SD teacher working group in designing an annual work program. The mentoring method used is the GROW Coaching Model approach which consists of 4 main stages, namely Grow, Reality, Options, and Will. The subjects of this activity were elementary school teachers in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region, especially in the KKG Group I Saka Taru environment, Lumar District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. Mentoring activities are carried out by first delivering discussion material related to relevant activities as an example of an annual work program that can be carried out by the KKG Group I Saka Taru. The next stage is to make an annual work program roadmap and indicators of achievement in the implementation of the annual work program. This SD teacher working group assistance has produced an annual work program that is ready to be implemented one year ahead

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital juga mempengaruhi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan berbagai aspek lainnya. Dunia pendidikan baik dalam proses akses informasi dan sumber daya, proses pembelajaran, maupun penilaian dan evaluasi pembelajaran tidak luput dari pengaruh teknologi digital. Teknologi digital membawa perubahan yang sangat signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan melaksanakan kegiatan ini yaitu melaksanakan pendampingan peningkatan teknologi digital bagi para guru di Sekolah Dasar. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi dan praktik dengan 3 tahapan kegiatan yaitu diskusi, praktik dan refleksi. Subjek pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah para guru di SDN 03 Bengkayang. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan terlebih dahulu menyampaikan materi mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran dan teknologi digital. Tahapan kedua adalah pembuatan dan pengelolaan teknologi berupa Platform goggle form sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Tahapan terakhir dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu refleksi, dalam tahapan ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, para guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai alat pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Peningkatan ini diharapkan menjadi landasan inovasi dalam proses belajar-mengajar, meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta mempersiapkan para guru dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

This survey study aims to describe the simultaneous impact of students’ attitude towards mathematics and tenacity towards learning achievement and the partial effect of students’ attitude towards mathematics and tenacity on learning achievement in mathematics. The population of this research was the students of 11th students of public school in Ngaglik, Yogyakarta, Indonesia with 122 students as sample selected by simple random sampling technique. The data collection of students’ attitudes towards mathematics and tenacity were obtained using Likert-scale questionnaire. The questionnaires used in this study are valid and reliable. The data was analyzed using parametric statistics, which was multiple regression. The research results show that: 1) there was significant simultaneous impact on students’ attitude towards mathematics and tenacity towards mathematics learning achievement; 2) there was no significant impact given by students’ attitude towards mathematics learning achievement; 3) there was significant impact given by tenacity towards mathematics learning achievement. Abstract

The items which are qualified and have good category are obtained through the characteristics of test item analysis. The research aimed to know the characteristics of mathematics daily test items of tenth-grade senior high school. The research used explorative descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from the results of 20 test item documentation of 124 tenth-grade students of SMA Marsudirini Bekasi. The daily test was validated by experts and analyzed used classical test theory. The results of this research showed the content validation index was more than 0,8 that test items categorized very valid. The difficulty level index of test items included three categories as big as 20% of test items in easy category, 70% of test items were in the medium category, and 10% of test items were in the hard category. The quality of test items obtained as big as 30% of test items in the adequate category and 70% of test items in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis digital, yang ditinjau dari keterampilan, pemahaman, konsep dan pendekatan guru terhadap media digital dan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan bersama responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN 03 Bengkayang menunjukan bahwa pemahaman guru terhadap teknologi digital masih tergolong kurang mahir khususnya dalam menggunakan perangkat digital dan aplikasi digital. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran para guru masih menggunakan media konvensional, belum mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Hal ini karena kemampuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan perangkat dang aplikasi digital masih kurang.
