Abstract

This literature study discusses the impact of academic stress on students' conflict resolution abilities at school. Academic stress, arising from pressure for high achievement, competition, and high expectations, has become the focus of increasing attention among educators, parents, and researchers. Recent studies show that academic stress can impact students' overall well-being, including their ability to manage and resolve conflict in the school environment. The results of literature studies show that students who experience academic stress tend to experience decreased communication, empathy, and emotional management skills, which are key components of effective conflict resolution abilities. Apart from that, academic stress can also affect students' ability to think critically and creatively in resolving conflicts. This can hinder the conflict resolution process, worsen relationships between students, and affect overall student learning outcomes. Thus, the conclusion of this literature study emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of academic stress on students' conflict resolution abilities at school. Holistic and sustained efforts are needed to reduce academic stress and strengthen students' social skills, including the development of communication skills, empathy, emotional management, and critical and creative thinking. This can create an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment at school, where students can grow and develop optimally.

Abstract

Crowdfunding has become an innovative solution to overcome funding challenges in the education sector. This study explores the role of crowdfunding platforms in supporting education financing through the donation-based crowdfunding model. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study identifies the advantages, challenges, and relevant strategies in implementing education crowdfunding. The results of the analysis show that crowdfunding offers ease of access, cost efficiency, and transparency that can increase donor trust. In the context of education, this approach can support various needs such as the provision of scholarships, the construction of school facilities, and teacher training. However, the success of the campaign relies heavily on effective digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, video storytelling, and community engagement. The main challenges include competition between campaigns, low digital literacy, and limited internet access in some regions. Therefore, multi-stakeholder collaboration involving governments, educational institutions, technology companies, and local communities is needed to improve the effectiveness of campaigns. With the adoption of supportive regulations, transparency, and strong accountability, crowdfunding can be a sustainable solution to strengthen access and quality of education, while building a culture of mutual cooperation in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of hadiths on education and entrepreneurship from an Islamic perspective. Education in Islam is not only a transfer of knowledge, but also a process of forming good character, morals, and ethics. Hadiths related to education emphasize the importance of seeking knowledge and fostering good manners as the main foundation of life. On the other hand, hadiths on entrepreneurship provide guidance on Islamic ethics and principles in running a business, such as honesty, independence, creativity, and courage in taking risks. Entrepreneurship in Islam is seen as a means to achieve worldly success based on religious values, without neglecting spiritual responsibilities. This study uses a textual analysis method on a number of relevant hadiths, showing that the two aspects 'education and entrepreneurship' are inseparable in Islamic teachings. The integration of the two produces individuals who are not only materially successful, but also have noble morals. Thus, these hadiths provide important guidance for Muslims to develop their potential, both in education and the business world, in order to achieve blessings and common good. The results of this study reveal the importance of hadith in shaping the character and ethics of a Muslim through education and entrepreneurship. The main findings include: (1) Islamic education is not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the formation of morals; (2) entrepreneurship as a means of practicing Islamic principles with creativity, courage, and honesty; (3) the balance of the world and the hereafter in entrepreneurial activities; (4) the relevance of hadith in the modern era supports the concept of edupreneurship; (5) the importance of creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Prenatal child education is a strategic approach that focuses on stimulating and developing a child's potential from the time they are in the womb. This concept is rooted in the belief that the prenatal period is a critical period for building a strong physical, emotional, and cognitive foundation. Through methods such as verbal communication, musical stimulation, and maintaining the mother's psychological condition, prenatal education aims to create an intrauterine environment that is conducive to optimal fetal growth. Research shows that these interactions can influence brain development, shape sensory preferences, and strengthen the emotional bond between parent and child. The prenatal education approach does not only involve biological aspects, but also psychological and spiritual. The mother's emotional state, such as stress levels and mood, has a significant impact on fetal development. Therefore, prenatal education includes stress management techniques, meditation, and spiritual activities to improve the mother's mental balance. Apart from that, the father's role is also important in creating a harmonious atmosphere in the family environment, providing emotional support, and actively participating in prenatal stimulation activities. Implementation of prenatal child education requires collaboration across disciplines, including medicine, psychology and education. In practice, this concept can be realized through educational programs for parents, which include prenatal communication skills training, nutritional guidance, and introduction to fetal development. With an integrated approach, prenatal education has the potential to improve the quality of future generations, while strengthening family relationships from the start of a child's life.
