Abstract

The article explores the meaning of the terms “Bovarysme” and “Quixotism” based on the novels “Madame Bovary” written by French writer Gustave Flaubert and “The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha” by Spanish author Miguel de Cervantes. According to the author of the article, “Bovarysme” and “Quixotism” are similar concepts. They are an artistic image of dreamers who replaced unattainable dreams with their imaginations. Another meaning of the two works compared to these days is that they reflect the dreams of the people of those times, they also accurately reflect the gender characteristics of those reflected in dreams.

Abstract

The article shows that periphrastic units are one of the methodological tools that ensure the diversity and art of speech. Periphrases have a positive connotation in addition to expressing a certain concept, which means that they contain pragmasema, and with the help of these units, people's speech etiquette, culture of communication and society serve to make speech beautiful and fluent.

Abstract

An important feature of Jamal Kemal's work is that he appears in our poetry with equal aruz, finger and free genre. The same can be said of his epics. Consequently, the poet's epics are dominated by tradition. In particular, in the "Tosh tug’yon (Stone Rebellion)" on the finger, the national rhyme possibilities are widely used, and in the "Quyosh chashmasi (Fountain of the Sun)" in the aruz, ramal bahri, which is the leader in our ghazals, is created in the form of masnavi.

Abstract

Poverty and prostitution have plagued mankind since time immemorial and have equally engaged the fertile minds of scholars on how to mitigate their impacts on society. Wukari local government area and its environs have been affected by communal crisis of various types, resulting in the displacement of people and their means of livelihood. This has invariably increased poverty and prostitution. This study is therefore an attempt to examine the impact of poverty on women prostitution in Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State. To achieve the objectives of this research, primary and secondary data and simple percentages were used in analyzing the data. The findings of the study showed that poverty is the major factor responsible for women prostitution in Nigeria and Wukari LGA in particular. This research also discussed the types of poverty and their impact in the Society, types of prostitution and the age bracket of the more vulnerable groups. This implies that government would spend more in curbing sexually transmitted diseases in the society, controlling abortions and preventing unwanted pregnancies and unwanted children. The study concluded by calling on government to create more job opportunities as a means of curtailing the existing high level of poverty in the society and to give equal employment opportunities to both sexes.

Abstract

In the " Strategy actions in five priority areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 years", approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4947 dated February 7, 2017, aimed at accelerating the development of animal husbandry in the coming years, according to the Resolution on measures for modernization and rapid development of agriculture, the main focus is on a number of tasks. It is known that animal husbandry is one of the leading fields of agriculture and plays an important role in providing the population with food. Along with livestock, it provides an increase in the number of goats, an increase in their breeding and productivity qualities, as well as an increase in production from year to year.

Abstract

In this article, we focus on the analysis of the translations of Shakespeare's tragedy "Hamlet" and the preservation of the author's style. Although there are many translation options for this tragedy, we have analyzed the texts of Maqsud Shaykhzoda and Jamal Kemal. In this case, the first option (translation by Maqsud Shaykhzoda) is a translation from Russian, and the second (translation by Jamal Kamal) is a direct translation from English. Examples were also given of Russian versions of the work in order to illustrate the effect of the mediating language on the preservation or departure of the author's style in the process of translation into Uzbek.

Abstract

The article describes the formation of the financial potential of insurance companies, authorized capital and sources of their replenishment. The dynamics of changes in the investment portfolio of insurance companies is analyzed. The impact of investment facilities on insurance companies in the country has been assessed. The article also lists several factors that affect the low investment performance of insurance companies. Opinions and forecasts of foreign experts on the development of the world insurance market are given. There are tools that affect the financial stability of insurance companies and, conversely, serious risks and the obligations of insurance companies in this regard. Suggestions and practical recommendations for improving the financial stability of insurance companies have been formed.
