This research is descriptive quantitative. The sample is the eleventh grader in total of 155 students. The data are collected through questionnaire. Data analysis for the first and second hypotheses are done through One Tail Test t-test with the left party; while for the third hypothesis, the regression analysis using SPSS is utilized. The results show that: (1) the level of student mental health was considered high, (2) the level of parental support to the students is considered high, (3) the contribution of parental support to the student mental health is up to 25.5 %.

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of group counseling with sociodrama techniques to improve students? social skills in junior high school students. The participant of this study were 32 students. The results of this study show that the value of Fo=132.312 while Ft=3.92 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that there is a difference in the values of social skills before and after the treatment given in the experimental group and the control group; the value of Fo=97.209 while Ft=3.92 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the values of social skills between the experimental group and the control group; the value of Fo = 105.478 while Ft = 3.92 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is an interaction between the values of social skills before and after given treatment in the experimental group and the control group.

This action research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycles consist of four steps as follows: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of the research is the eighth year students. The data was possessed by observation and questionnaire. The technique of analysis the data was analyzed by descriptive quantitative analysis technique. The action is succeeded whether it meets a demand of successful indicator target as follow: minimum 50% on each subjects and the subjects have some changes into be more diligent in doing and collecting the school task given by the teacher. The result of the study indicates that on the cycle 1 occurs the reduction of academic procrastination on the students in 26,05% and significan reduction on cycle II is 51,42%. Based on the result of hypothesis, it is found out that there os reduction of academic procrastination on the students before and after giving action of role playing. The case can be concluded that role playing is effective to settle academic procrastination on the eighth year students Junior High School in Klaten.

This research aims at: (1) producing career information materials on high school through college mediation output assisted flash player®; (2) testing the effectiveness of career information materials on high school through college mediation output assisted flash player® to increase students? interest in further study of Junior High School students in Surakarta. The data were collected through interviews and the scale of interest in further study. The data analysis techniques employed were descriptive qualitative analysis, descriptive statistics and t-test techniques. The results of expert and practitioner tests indicate that the career information materials on high school through college mediation output assisted flash player® is considered good and is appropriate to use. The results of more extensive field testing (testing the effectiveness of the product) showed an increase in students' interest in further study of 21.66 % between the supply of information before and after administration of information materials.

This research was surveys research. The participant were eighth grade Junior High School, which consisted of 105 students. The technique of collecting data that was used was questionnaire about students? self-adjustment adequacy and peer?social support. The technique of analyzing the data used for the first and second hypothesis was t-test one side (One Tail Test) with left tail test. Furthermore, simple regression linear technique with SPSS 16 was used to analyze the third hypothesis. The results indicate of this study that: (1) the students? self adjustment adequacy belong to the medium category, the results of the calculation indicate t count> t table is 4.379> 1.98. (2) the peers? social support those a belong to the high category, the result of the calculation indicate tcount <t table is 0.473 <1.98. (3) contribution of peers? social support to the students? self adjustment adequacy is 35,4 %, obtained from the results of the calculation of R square of 0,354.

The aims of this research it to know the effectiveness of job information service through picture media to increase career knowledge on Elementary School students. This research was an experimental research that using Quasi Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research use two groups, experiment group and control group. Both group given same pretest, treatment, posttest, so the result can be compared. The treatment is giving job information service through picture media. The treatment is given four times during the research. Based on group?s data analysis between experiment group and control group, job information service through picture media is effective to increase student?s career knowledge. It?s concluded from tcount 6,428 > ttable 2,086 with p value 0,000. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research, job information service through picture media is effective to increase student?s career knowledge on the fourth grade students.

The objective of research was to find out the effectiveness of jigsaw model discussion technique to improve the self-confidence.This study employed an experimental research design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subject of research was the VII graders of SMP Negeri in Boyolali consisting of 60 students. The data source derived from primary data, collected using self-confidence scale instrument. The data analysis was conducted using Independent Sample T Test and Paired Sample T Test with SPSS Statistic 20 software help. The result of research showed that there was a very significant difference of self-confidence feeling between the experiment group receiving jigsaw model discussion technique treatment and the control group not receiving, with t statistic of 9.224 with p value of 0.000 < 0.05.Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that the jigsaw model discussion technique effectively improved the self-confidence.

This research aims to know the effectiveness of group guidance service by using discussion technique to improve interpersonal intelligence of the eighth grade learners of Junior High School in Sragen. Based on the hypothesis test with the score of tcount=2,703>ttable=1.67 which means Ho was rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the group guidance service by using discussion technique is effective to improve interpersonal intelligence of the eighth grade learners of Junior High School in Sragen. In conclusion, the group guidance service by using discussion technique is effective to improve interpersonal intelligence of students.
