Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze the ratio of Liquidity to financial performance in PT. Medco Energi International Tbk. This research uses liquidity ratio parameters. Measurement in terms of liquidity to performance ratio of MedcoEnergi shows that MedcoEnergi Liquidity Ratio capability using carrent ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio during the two research periods in 2018 and 2019 MedcoEnergi liquidity capability is better than its two competitors Bumi Resources and Elnusa. The advice in this study, should the existing performance be maintained and further improved so that the mission to develop potential energy sources into a profitable investment portfolio continues.Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity RatioAbstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis rasio Likuiditas terhadap kinerja keuangan pada  PT.Medco Energi International Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter rasio likuiditas. Pengukuran dari segi rasio likuiditas terhadap kinerja MedcoEnergi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Rasio Likuiditas MedcoEnergi dengan menggunakan carrent ratio,  Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio selama dua periode penelitian tahun 2018 dan 2019 kemampuan likuiditas MedcoEnergi lebih baik dari dua kompetitornya Bumi Resources dan Elnusa. Saran dalam penelitian ini, sebaiknya kinerja yang telah ada dipertahankan dan lebih ditingkatkan  sehingga misi untuk mengembangkan sumber-sumber energi potensial menjadi portofolio investasi yang menguntungkan terus berlanjut. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Rasio Likuiditas

Abstract

A common problem for farmers so far is not having good access to financing institutions, making it difficult to obtain credit or financing of agricultural businesses, such as people's business loans (KUR) from banks. That's why, the Directorate General of Infrastructure and Facilities and Agriculture (PSP) Ministry of Agriculture ( Kementan) rolled out the Rural Agribusiness Business Development Program (PUAP) until now. With the revitalization of agricultural financing is expected to be one of the efforts aimed at encouraging and guaranteeing the availability of financing / capital for farmers in the development of farming To support the success of agricultural development, the government through the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia provided Direct Assistance to the Rural Agribusiness Development Community (BLM-PUAP) which was rolled out to the Combined Farmer Groups (Gapoktan) in each village, with the hope that all villages in NTB Province, especially in West Sumbawa Regency can be accommodated.

Abstract

The need for housing in the city of Mataram is getting higher every year. Unfortunately, this need is not supported by the appropriate purchasing power. Therefore, the government launched a subsidized KPR with affordable down payments and installments. One of the private companies that participate in developing subsidized housing is PT. Citra Jaya Graha. The marketing system carried out by PT. Citra Jaya Graha in selling its products uses a marketing mix system or better known as a marketing mix. First, PT. Citra Jaya Graha in providing its production in the form of subsidized housing, prioritizes quality by providing facilities and infrastructure. Second, in setting the price, PT Citra Jaya Graha implements a subsidized house selling price limit that has been stipulated in Kepmenpupr number 552 / kpts / m / 2016 concerning the income limit for the target group of subsidized houses, the limit on the selling price of a prosperous house. Third, PT. Citra Jaya Graha in promoting its products uses billboards, brochures, and employees (marketing), printed media (Lombok Pos newspaper) and electronic media such as websites and Facebook. Fourth, the process of distributing BTN houses is carried out directly, marketing offers directly to prospective buyers. PT. Citra Jaya Graha is also building an Islamic housing complex. For example, the Griya Assamiq housing which is intended specifically for Muslim consumers and the construction of prayer rooms or mosques in several housing complexes that he has built. Kebutuhan rumah di kota Mataram semakin tahun semakin tinggi. Sayangnya kebutuhan tersebut tidak didukung dengan kemampuan beli yang sesuai. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah meluncurkan KPR bersubsidi dengan uang muka dan cicilan yang terjangkau. Salah satu perusahan swasta yang berpartisipasi dalam megembangkat perumahan bersubsidi ialah PT. Citra Jaya Graha. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Citra Jaya Graha dalam menjual hasil produksinya menggunakan sistem bauran pemasaran atau lebih dikenal dengan marketing mix. Pertama, PT. Citra Jaya Graha dalam menyedikan hasil produksinya yang berupa perumah subsidi mengutamakan kualitas dengan menyedikan sarana dan prasarana. Kedua, dalam menetapkan harga PT.Citra Jaya Graha melakukan batasan harga jual rumah subsidi yang telah ditetapkan dalam kepmenpupr nomor 552/kpts/m/2016 tentang batasan penghasilan kelompok sasaran rumah bersubsidi, batasan harga jual rumah sejahtera. Ketiga, PT. Citra Jaya Graha dalam mempromosikan produk yang di hasilkan menggunakan media baliho, brosur, dan karyawan (marketing), media cetak (surat kabar Lombok Pos) dan media elektronik seperti website dan facebook. Keempat, proses pendistribusian rumah BTN dilakukan secara langsung, marketing menawarkan secara langsung kepada calon pembeli. PT. Citra Jaya Graha juga membangun kompleks perumahan yang islami. Seperti, perumahan Griya Assamiq yang diperuntuhkan khusus untuk konsumen yang beragama muslim dan di dirikannya musholla atau masjid di beberapa kompleks perumahan yang telah dibangunnya.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is an attempt to examine the paddy field pawning system that has been carried out by the people of Kale'o Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency since a long time ago from an Islamic perspective. The research method used in this research is descriptive method that describes qualitative data. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were taken from the interview process with informants, namely pawners (rahin), pawn recipients (murtahin), and community leaders. The secondary data is obtained from journals and books that discuss pawning. Data collection methods in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the paddy field pawning system in Kale'o Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency as a whole, both in terms of its qabul (sighat akad), aqid (rahin and murtahin), pawning goods (marhun) and debt (marhun bih) has been valid from an Islamic perspective. The full use of paddy land (marhun) pawning goods by the pawn recipient is not justified and is not valid according to Islamic law, because it is not in accordance with the values of justice and there is an element of usury. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan usaha untuk meneliti sistem gadai tanah sawah yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Kale’o Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima sejak dulu dalam perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif yang memaparkan data kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diambil dari proses wawancara dengan informan, yaitu penggadai (rahin), penerima gadai (murtahin), dan tokoh masyarakat. Adapun data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal dan buku-buku yang membahas tentang gadai. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa sistem gadai tanah sawah di Desa Kale’o Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima secara keseluruhan, baik dari segi ijab qabulnya (sighat akad), aqid (rahin dan murtahin), barang gadai (marhun) dan hutang (marhun bih) telah sah dalam perspektif Islam. Adapun pemanfaatan barang gadai tanah sawah (marhun) secara penuh oleh penerima gadai tidak dibenarkan dan tidak sah menurut syariat Islam, karena  tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keadilan dan terdapat unsur riba.

Abstract

Abstract :Every company has the same goal both short and long term that is to maximize and increase the prosperity of the shareholders. To achieve this, then the path that can be taken by the management company is to increase the profits obtained maximize the value of the company . The purpose of this research is to know the influence of capital structure (DAR, DER) and profitability (ROA, ROE) to company value (EPS) in syariah banking at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The population of this study is the Sharia (BUS) Commercial Bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Method of determining the sample by purposive sampling method, with some criteria that have been determined then the number of samples is as much as 6 Sharia Commercial Banks. The research data is secondary data obtained from Annual Report (AR) year 2012-2016. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) DAR has no significant and significant effect on firm value, 2) DER has a significant positive effect on firm value, 3) ROA has no effect on firm value, 4) ROE has no effect on firm value.  Abstrak: Setiap perusahaan memiliki tujuan yang sama baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang yaitu memaksimalkan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan para pemegang saham. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, maka jalur yang dapat ditempuh oleh perusahaan manajemen adalah dengan meningkatkan keuntungan yang diperoleh dan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur permodalan (DAR, DER) dan profitabilitas (ROA, ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan (EPS) perbankan syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2012-2016. Metode penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 6 Bank Umum Syariah. Data penelitian tersebut merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Tahunan (AR) Tahun 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) DAR tidak memiliki efek signifikan dan signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, 2) DER memiliki efek positif yang signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, 3) ROA tidak berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan, 4) ROE tidak berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan
