Abstract

Abstrak: Masyarakat merupakan salah satu basis vital dalam pencegahan kerusakan dan pembalakan hutan. Peran Masyarakat sangat penting, melalui organisasi salah satunya yaitu PDA Lombok Barat melalui Majelis Lingkungan Hidup dan Penanggulangan Bencana, dan Majelis Hukum dan HAM, diharapkan dapat menjadi Gerakan ecofeminism, yang peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup, khususnya hutan yang menjadi fokus dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah, memberikan pemahaman kepada anggota dan jajaran PDA Lombok Barat NTB. Kegiatan ini telah diikuti oleh oleh ketua dan anggota PDA Lombok Barat sebanyak 25 orang. Tahap awal dari kegiatan ini, para peserta diberikan sosialisasi terkait regulasi terkait kehutanan, kemudian implementasi dari aturan tersebut baik dalam perspektif das sein maupun das sollen, serta peran Masyarakat. Tahap akhir kegiatan diadakan sesi diskusi dan evaluasi dengan menggunakan angket manual dengan jumlah sebanyak 15 pertanyaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 87% peserta memahami materi yang telah disampaikan. Harapan dengan diberikannya materi, sesi diskusi, serta evaluasi kepada para perserta, penan mereka dalam organisasi kemasyarakatan lebih ditingkatkan lagi dan lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup.Abstract: The community is a vital basis for preventing forest demage and logging.The role of community is very important, through organizations, one of which is theWest Lombok PDA through the Environmental and Disarter Management Council, and the Law and Human Rights Counsil, is hoped that it can became an ecofeminism, movement, which cares abaout the environment, especcialy forest which are the focus of this PKM activity. The aim of this is to prof activity is to provide understanding to members and staff of the West Lombok NTB PDA. This activity was attended by the chairman and members of the West Lombok PDA as many as 25 people. In the initial stage of this activity, the participants were given socialization regarding regulations related to forestry, then the implementation of these regulations from both a das sein and das sollen perspective, as well as the role of the community. The final stage of the activity was a discussion and evaluation session using a manual questionnaire. The results of the activity showed that 85% of participants understood the material that had been presented. It is hoped that by providing materials, discussion sessions and evaluations to the participants, their role in community organizations will be further enhanced and they will be more concerned about the environment.

Abstract

In Indonesia, auctions were officially entered in 1908 with the Auction Law, Vendu Reglement, in Staatblad 1908 Number 189. Public sales or auctions are any sale of goods in public by oral and/or written bidding efforts to gather interested parties/auction participants. Vehicle auctions for defaulted owners who can no longer make payments will proceed with auctioning the vehicle. Auction sales in fiqh muamalah are called Bai' imuzayyadah or more commonly known as auction sales, which is a form of offering merchandise in a crowd where buyers bid with higher prices until the highest price is reached, and a contract is made, and the buyer takes the goods from the seller. The purpose of this study is to thoroughly explore the auction sale process of defaulted vehicles by finance companies in Mataram City. The method used in this research is qualitative, with key informants being debt collectors, both freelance and permanent employees from PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Syariah Tbk Mataram branch. The study results show that the entire auction sale process has complied with the applicable regulations and follows Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

It is imperative that every MSME actor is in possession of a Business Identification Number (NIB), which serves as a business identity and is legally recognised. Although the process of issuing NIBs has been streamlined and made more efficient through online platforms, a significant number of MSME players have yet to register. This is due to the fact that not all business actors are proficient in accessing technology, particularly those of an advanced age who are geographically dispersed across a number of regions. The objective of this service activity is to provide guidance on the importance of business legality (NIB) and to offer assistance with NIB registration for business actors in Narmada District, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This service employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, wherein partners (participants) assume an active role in the activity. The partners of this activity are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by the West Lombok 'Aisiyyah Regional Leadership (PDA) in the Narmada District area. The service activity is comprised of five discrete sessions, namely a pretest, a presentation of material pertaining to the urgency of business legality for MSMEs, a discussion of food safety and halal food, a posttest, and assistance in the application process for NIB. To conclude, there has been an increase in the level of awareness among partners with regard to the urgency of business legality, and an increase in the number of MSMEs that have NIB. Initially, the number of MSMEs that had NIB constituted only 33% of the total activity participants; however, by the conclusion of the service, the number of MSMEs with NIB had increased to 66%. In order to pursue further community service activities, it is necessary to assist in applying for PIRT and applying for MUI halal certification. This will help to complete partner business licensing, with the aim of increasing sales turnover.

Abstract

In today’s data-driven economy, pricing strategies have become increasingly critical amid rapidly evolving market conditions. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) offers new opportunities to optimize pricing decisions and strengthen competitive advantage. This study investigates the use of AI algorithms in optimizing product pricing within microeconomic contexts. Using a qualitative method and systematic literature review, it draws on publications from the past decade indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. The findings highlight that AI-based price optimization is shaped by several key factors: data availability, algorithm complexity, and the alignment of AI systems with existing business models. However, major challenges such as data bias, limited computational resources, and insufficient organizational readiness often hinder successful implementation. Despite these barriers, AI shows great promise in enhancing pricing accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability to market fluctuations. This research offers a comprehensive overview of the limitations and potential of AI in price optimization, emphasizing the importance of addressing technical and organizational challenges. It contributes to a deeper understanding of how AI can transform traditional pricing strategies and encourages further empirical research to explore its real-world applications within dynamic microeconomic settings.Keywords - Artificial Intelligence, Microeconomics, Pricing Algorithms, Price Optimization.

Abstract

Telah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Gondang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) 'Aisyiyyah Lombok Utara. Tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian terdiri dari dua kegiatan utama, yaitu kegiatan penyuluhan dengan tema “Pentingnya Literasi Pembukuan Bagi Pelaku UMKM” dan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana, dimana para mitra secara langsung didampingi untuk mengisi buku kas sebagai salah satu unsur pembukuan sederhana. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari 14 UMKM yang merupakan anggota aktif Kopwan 'Aisyiyyah Lombok Utara. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, mitra memahami pentingnya pembukuan bagi pelaku UMKM, jenis-jenis pembukuan sederhana, dan mampu mengisi buku kas secara mandiri yang dibagikan kepada mitra secara gratis. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya antara lain melatih mitra dalam pemasaran digital agar penjualan produk mitra dapat diperluas ke tingkat nasional bahkan internasional.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the payment system has encouraged the adoption of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) based transaction methods. This study aims to identify and analyze the main factors that influence the use of QRIS as a digital payment method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Literature sources were obtained from Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar indexed databases with publication coverage in the last 10 years. The results show that digital lifestyle is the main driving factor in QRIS adoption, especially among Generation Z who have a high level of technological skills and a tendency to use non-cash payments. In addition, financial literacy plays an important role in increasing users' confidence in utilizing QRIS, where individuals with better financial understanding tend to be more open to digital payment systems. However, risk perception remains an obstacle to QRIS adoption, specifically related to data security and potential cybercrime. The study also found that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition to digital transactions, making QRIS a safer and more efficient payment alternative. Nonetheless, challenges in improving financial literacy, especially among MSMEs and older age groups, as well as the need for clearer regulations in ensuring system security, are still aspects that need attention. Therefore, further research is needed to explore strategies to increase QRIS adoption through educational approaches, regulatory policies, and strengthening digital infrastructure to expand financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi akademik mahasiswa menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung kualitas penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah di perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi akademik mahasiswa melalui pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dengan mengintegrasikan pemanfaatan aplikasi ChatGPT dan VOSviewer. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi dan praktik secara langsung, dengan melibatkan 40 mitra yang merupakan mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas di Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi, dengan indikator keberhasilan berupa kemampuan mitra dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah sesuai dengan materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 80% mitra berhasil menyusun artikel ilmiah dengan baik, sesuai dengan arahan dan pemanfaatan tools yang telah diperkenalkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan literasi akademik mahasiswa, serta membuka peluang pengembangan kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Cases of violations of child protection. Of the reports received, 837 cases occurred within the education unit, including: Children who were victims of bullying or harassment: 87 cases, Children victims of educational policies: 27 cases, Children victims of physical and/or psychological violence: 236 cases and Children victims of sexual violence: 487 cases. From data collected by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Federation of Indonesian Teachers' Unions (FSGI), bullying cases are still a terror for children in the school environment. Meanwhile, the types of bullying that victims often experience are physical bullying (55.5%), verbal bullying (29.3%), and psychological bullying (15.2%). Meanwhile, regarding educational level, elementary school students were the most victims of bullying (26%), followed by middle school students (25%), and high school students (18.75%). The aim of this service is to provide education to participants in community service activities so that bullying does not occur at school. The method used is a socialization method carried out face to face. The results are 50%. Orphaned children do not understand the limits of bullying itself, and their rights as children and citizens, despite the social and economic disparities they have. Some of the orphanage children are still insecure about their condition of not having parents, or having incomplete parents. So they tend to tolerate what happens to them, because they are not aware of these rights and also their own condition.

Abstract

A common problem for farmers so far is not having good access to financing institutions, making it difficult to obtain credit or financing of agricultural businesses, such as people's business loans (KUR) from banks. That's why, the Directorate General of Infrastructure and Facilities and Agriculture (PSP) Ministry of Agriculture ( Kementan) rolled out the Rural Agribusiness Business Development Program (PUAP) until now. With the revitalization of agricultural financing is expected to be one of the efforts aimed at encouraging and guaranteeing the availability of financing / capital for farmers in the development of farming To support the success of agricultural development, the government through the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia provided Direct Assistance to the Rural Agribusiness Development Community (BLM-PUAP) which was rolled out to the Combined Farmer Groups (Gapoktan) in each village, with the hope that all villages in NTB Province, especially in West Sumbawa Regency can be accommodated.

Abstract

Abstract: The World Health Organization (WHO) explains that this corona virus is an infectious disease that attacks the human respiratory system. The corona virus causes the common cold to the point where it can cause death. The origin of this virus originated from Wuhan China, then spread throughout the world including Indonesia. In West Manggarai Regency, precisely in Labuan Bajo Village, a lockdown is implemented for 14 days, everyone is prohibited from going out of the house, including business/trade/entertainment/school activities or activities in Komodo Island Village, whose profession is relatively a fisherman. With this lockdown, fishermen are confused when making a living, because expenses keep coming out while there is no income. Abstrak: World Health Organization (WHO) menjelaskan bahwa corona virus ini merupakan penyakit menular yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia. Virus corona menyebabkan penyakit flu biasa sampai bisa menyebabkan kematian. Asal mula virus ini berawal dari Wuhan China, lalu menyebar ke seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, tepatnya di Desa Labuan Bajo menerapkan lockdown selama 14 Hari, setiap orang dilarang beraktivitas keluar rumah, termasuk aktivitas Usaha/ dagang/hiburan/ sekolah ataupun aktivitas di Desa Pulau Komodo yang relatif profesinya sebagai Nelayan. Dengan adanya lockdown ini para nelayan kebingungan saat mencari nafkah, soalnya pengeluaran tetap keluar sedangkan pemasukan tidak ada.
