Abstract

The Patient Registration Information System (SIPP) was developed to make the registration process easier for patients quickly, practically and efficiently. As the number of patients increases, manual registration systems often face various obstacles such as slow administration processes, difficulties in searching for data, and the risk of damage or loss of documents. To overcome this problem, digitalization of web-based patient data management was implemented using Google Site. This system was designed using the Agile method using the Scrum framework, which allows developers to work flexibly, be adaptive to change, and produce features gradually through short iterations (sprints). In the design stage, UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, ERD, and DFD are used to visualize user interactions, business process flows, and data structures in a structured manner. The final result of this research is a web-based patient registration system that is user-friendly, efficient, and capable of being integrated with other hospital information systems. The implementation of SIPP is expected to improve the quality of patient care, reduce data errors, and support more effective decision making in hospital management.

Abstract

PT. Indah Bangunan is a ceramic distributor company located in Palu City. This study aims to determine the optimal transportation costs for ceramic distribution to improve operational efficiency. The steps taken include developing a transportation model based on actual data, determining an initial solution using the Least Cost method, and refining the solution with the Stepping Stone method to achieve optimal results. Based on the analysis, the initial solution obtained using the Least Cost method produced the same results as the optimal solution obtained through the Stepping Stone method, demonstrating that this approach is effective in minimizing transportation costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan proporsi optimal dalam portofolio saham BSSR dan ITMG. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan data harga saham harian selama tiga tahun (Agustus 2019 - Agustus 2022). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan risiko portofolio dengan mencari kombinasi proporsi yang menghasilkan standar deviasi terkecil dan return rata-rata tertinggi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi investor dalam mengalokasikan saham BSSR dan ITMG, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan investasi.

Abstract

The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) poses a significant challenge for every country and remains one of the primary issues in global health, requiring serious attention. HIV is a virus that attacks the human immune system, weakening the body’s ability to combat infections. This study aims to analyze the influence of various social factors on the mortality rate of HIV patients in Indonesia using Poisson regression and Negative Binomial regression. These models are chosen because they are well-suited for count data, such as mortality rates. The research data includes information on the number of HIV-related deaths across various provinces in Indonesia, with social variables as predictors, such as population density, the percentage of elderly population, inadequate sanitation access, education levels, and unemployment rates.

Abstract

This research introduces the concept of trapezoidal fuzzy soft sets as a new approach to decision-making under uncertain conditions. By combining the principles of soft set theory and fuzzy set theory, particularly trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, this concept enables a more objective representation of linguistic judgment. This research defines the basic operations, including complement, “AND,” and “OR,” in trapezoidal fuzzy soft sets and formulates a decision-making algorithm that incorporates weighted normalization and positive/negative ideal fuzzy objects. The approach is applied to Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problems under fuzzy conditions, comparing it with traditional methods. Through detailed examples and theoretical proofs, this research demonstrates the advantages of trapezoidal fuzzy soft sets in capturing linguistic ambiguity and improving decision-making accuracy. Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan bencana yang sangat mengganggu manusia secara global abad ini. Berbagai macam dampak buruk diakibatkan oleh pandemi COVID-19, mulai dari dampak sosial, ekonomi, psikologi dan ekonomi. Dunia telah banyak belajar dari pandemi COVID-19, termasuk bagaimana mengatasi dan mengurangi dampak buruk akibat COVID-19 dengan berbagai macam ilmu dan perangkat, termasuk menggunakan machine learning dalam menganalisis bencana dan dampaknya. Machine learning menggunakan berbagai teknik dalam penerapannya, salah satunya adalah regresi yang mampu memberikan solusi bagi banyak permasalahan, termasuk menganilis penyebaran COVID-19. Dengan framework yang dimiliki oleh bahasa pemrograman python, machine learning mampu menganalisis dan memberikan insight yang tersembunyi dari dataset yang dikoleksi oleh Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis penyebaran COVID-19 menggunakan model regresi linear biasa, regresi ridge, dan regresi LASSO. Model regresi ridge mampu menjelaskan variabilitas dataset (variabel target) dengan tingkat yang paling baik dengan . Namun dari ketiga model yang dibangun, semuanya memiliki performa yang kurang, dengan MAPE yang sangat tinggi. Model regresi biasa memiliki MAPE sebesar 2.5722572116 pada training dan 3.0803084681 pada testing. Model regresi ridge memiliki MAPE sebesar pada training dan . Model regresi LASSO memiliki MAPE sebesar pada training dan pada testing. Dengan MAPE yang tinggi pada training dan testing, artinya semua model terindikasi underfitting, sehingga perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan membangun model yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

Cooking oil distribution is one of the important logistics services that requires an optimal delivery route to improve time efficiency and reduce operational costs. This study uses the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) Algorithm to optimize the cooking oil distribution route from Toko Cahaya Berkah to several destination locations. Distance data between locations was obtained through Google Maps and analyzed using a quantitative approach based on ACO. The Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm imitates the behavior of an ant colony in finding the shortest path through the pheromone mechanism. The results show that this algorithm is able to find the best distribution route with a route length of 52.14 km, which is the shortest route among the routes evaluated. Pheromone evaporation helps explore wider solutions, thus avoiding convergence on less than optimal local solutions. This study proves that ACO is an effective method for optimizing distribution routes. Assuming normal road conditions and no external obstacles, this algorithm has succeeded in saving travel time and costs significantly. These results are relevant in the context of logistics, especially to improve the efficiency of cooking oil delivery.

Abstract

Lecture scheduling is a critical challenge in higher education that requires efficient management of time and resources. This study applies graph theory, specifically the Welch-Powell graph coloring algorithm, to create a lecture schedule in the Mathematics Study Program, Lambung Mangkurat University. This method aims to avoid schedule conflicts between lecturers and students by utilizing graph representation. Each course is represented as a node, and conflicts between courses are represented as edges in the graph. The results show that the Welch-Powell algorithm is effective in producing an orderly and optimal lecture schedule. This approach allows for maximum use of space and time. In addition, this study also provides practical guidance for other institutions in applying graph theory to academic schedule management. With the results achieved, it is expected that lecture scheduling can be done faster and more accurately. This will support the improvement of better education quality. This research contributes to more efficient and planned academic management.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a Python library based on BeautifulSoup for automating web scraping on e-commerce platforms Lazada and Bukalapak. The primary goal of this study is to provide a practical solution for efficiently extracting product prices without the need to switch between platforms. The methodology involves integrating BeautifulSoup and Selenium to ensure accurate data retrieval, even when the HTML structure of the sites frequently changes. The developed system is capable of extracting information such as product names, prices, and product links based on user search keywords. The results demonstrate that the library can automate the data retrieval process with high accuracy while offering opportunities for the development of more complex price comparison applications. Additionally, the library provides developers with functions that can be extended to other e-commerce environments. However, adapting to changes in the HTML structure of e-commerce platforms remains a challenge for future development. This solution is expected to improve the efficiency of online shopping for users.

Abstract

Pengadilan Agama XYZ merupakan lembaga yang melakukan fungsi kehakiman untuk masyarakat yang beragama islam. Untuk mendukung tugas tersebut, Pengadilan Agama menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan proses bisnisnya. Namun, dalam penerapan keamanan informasi belum pernah melakukan evaluasi secara keseluruhan melalui pihak independen. Kemudian, kurangnya pengetahuan terkait dengan keamanan informasi dikarenakan SDM yang mengelola teknologi informasi belum pernah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat). Selain itu, dalam pengelolaan risiko keamanan informasi Pengadilan Agama belum memiliki kebijakan atau prosedur yang terdokumentasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, diberikan solusi berupa evaluasi keamanan informasi menggunakan Indeks KAMI 4.2 pada Pengadilan Agama XYZ berdasarkan ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengadilan Agama XYZ memperoleh skor 17 pada sistem elektronik yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan skor keseluruhan 262 pada lima area keamanan, dengan status "Tidak Layak" dalam memenuhi standar ISO 27001:2022. Tingkat kematangan yang didapatkan berada pada level I hingga II, menunjukkan perlunya banyak perbaikan pada peneraoan keamanan informasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan dan kesiapan keamanan informasi di Pengadilan Agama. Evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat mengantisipasi dan memitigasi risiko serangan siber serta memperkuat keamanan informasi sesuai standar ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
