Abstract

Internal control is a form for improving employee performance, that is how the achievement of the task execution. Seen from: the target work, the implementation of internal supervision, comparison with the resulting work product. Related to this achievement the result in implementation of the task has not been in accordance with the planned work targets, it has not had an impact on work productivity, so interesting to investigate. Abstract

Training need analysis is a series of activities undertaken to identify problems that arise in the workplace. Training needs analysis is a process of collecting and analyzing data to identify factors that need to be improved through training. The family planning field officer (PLKB) is the spearhead of the existing program implementation in BKKBN. There are several problems PLKB in providing services to the community that is 1. The ability of PLKB in planning, analyzing and evaluating the implementation of the development of prosperous families in the area of work is still not running maximally, 2. Skills to conduct cooperative relationships with all parties terkai less running because there are still many people who do not care about the existing programs in BKKBN, 3. still very weak ability in solving problems encountered in the implementation of its duties. From the problems contained above the importance of training provided by the BKKBN Bengkulu Province to the existing PLKB in various districts in order to have good competence not only hard skills but Soft Skill. The purpose of this research is to describe Traning Need field officer analysis (PLKB) run by BKKBN Bengkulu Province To improve the Competence (Hard Skill & Soft Skill) The PLKB. The method used is descriptive qualitative with technique of selecting informant using Purposive Sampling to determine key informant, technique to collect data that is through observation, interview and documentation, to analyze data obtained in this research using 2 type of encoding that is Open Coding is a section of analysis that specifically explains the relationship between naming and phenomenon categorization through careful examination of data. The coding of terporos (Axial Coding) is a set of data retrieval procedures by creating linkages between categories.

Abstract

The post-Pilkades conflict in Wederok Village, Weliman Sub-District, Malaka Regency is still ongoing. conflict resolution through formal institutions leaves a new problem. The purpose of this study is to offer a social capital-based conflict resolution. The research method used is descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the mediation efforts undertaken have not touched the essence of the source of conflict. The recommended conflict resolution effort is the Deliberative conflict resolution model "Maun-Alin". The purpose of this concept is to resolve the conflict by using the Deliberative model, where every citizen without the intervention of the government or customary institutions conveys the contents of his conscience, through the spirit of public space discourse.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Palopo tentang jaringan jalan pejalan kaki. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap masalah yang menggambarkan subjek/objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta-fakta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dari berbagai sumber. Analisis data menggunakan teknik; kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran implementasi peraturan daerah Kota tentang jaringan jalan pejalan kaki menggunakan pendekatan teori Van Meter dan temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Penyediaan sistem sarana dan prasarana jalur jaringan pejalan kaki atau pedestrian yang dibangun oleh Pemerintah Kota Palopo tidak memanfaatkan masyarakat dan masih ada wilayah yang tidak difungsikan sesuai dengan petunjuk peraturan daerah Kota Palopo nomor 9  tahun 2012 tentang tata ruang wilayah Kota Palopo, pasal 27 tentang jaringan jalan pejalan kaki di Jalan Samiun.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan adalah kemampuan untuk mengelola sebuah nilai yang ada pada diri sumberdaya manusia baik secara kelompok maupun secara individu yang bertujuan agar mampu bergerak sesuai dengan keinginan. Sedangkan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam lingkup mikro merupakan langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk memperoleh nilai tambah yang berguna bagi diri manusia. Perkembangan peradaban saat ini tumbuh dalam lingkup budaya dan ideologi praktis sehingga meninggalkan dampak negatif diberbagai aspek kehidupan dan struktur masyarakat serta telah menciptakan ketimpangan gender. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat maupun daerah agar setiap elemen masyarakat mampu diberdayakan sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah yang ada, namun upaya tersebut tidak berjalan dengan mulus, sehingga setiap diadakanya program yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, seolah menjadi program yang secara normatif yang mampu disikapi dengan minim. Pada kenyataanya tingkat kemampuan masyarakat di belum tercapai, bahkan pada sisi lain pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan tolok ukur keberhasilan program yang secara kuantitatif mampu memenuhi harapan dari pemerintah pusat. Pemberdayaan perempuan adalah model konsep dalam meningkatkan hubungan dan mengurangi ketidaksetaraan gender karena pemberdayaan memberikan kekuatan kepada orang-orang yang dominasi dan memberikan saran untuk mengurangi kekuatan dan melakukan kegiatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Keuangan mikro adalah salah satu yang paling efektif untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatkan jiwa kehidupan masyarakat, program ini sesuai untuk memberdayakan perempuan dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan. Istilah mikro merujuk sangat kecil dan keuangan artinya adalah mengelola uang.
