Abstract

This study aimed to how capable village government its integrity as a pioneer in the implementation of government that think creatively, innovatively and professinally in order to realize a good village government independently. This study used a qualitative descrivtove method. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation for describing and analyzing village government as enterpreneurs. The results of this study showed that the enterpreneur government in Manyampa village was seen from the aspects (1) A market-oriented government was initialized but in its implementation not maximized, in developing village enterpreneur government. Village government was not analyzed and observed the conditions on the market at implementation of enterpreneur that he pioneered. (2) Competitive government already run well but needed to increase cooperation from various parties in use support the current enterpreneurship. (3) Results-oriented government, it was still necessary to improve the professional attitude of work in developing enterpreneurship and needed to be aware of all element of village government in the improvement original village income. Keywords : enterpreneurial government, village.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the position and the National Land Agency of Enrekang Regency work together with the local government of Enrekang Regency in optimizing conflict resolution. This study used qualitative methods carried out by collecting data through library research, field research in the form of observations, in-depth interviews and document research. The results of this study showed  that the role of the Enrekang Regency National Land Agency had been proceeding, it could be seen from the regulator's point of view actually arranging to find out the clarity of the conflict that occurred between PT. PN XIV and the community of Maroangin Village, Maiwa sub-district, aspects of the dynamics of the government both sub-districts and village mobilized participation to maintain the dynamics of regional conflict if the meeting did not get a meeting point. This was a step taken by the government, the facilitator aspect facilitated the government from the sub-district to get and discuss the problems together that were the basis of the conflict. and as an actor so that this problem had not been resolved until now but this land conflict was lingering until now.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management information systems at PT. Jasa Raharja South Sulawesi Branch Makassar City. This study used qualitative research with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. The informants consisted of the Head of Service, employees and the community. Data collection techniques used observation and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study that the data input in the application of SIM based on online application had been applied by the PT. Jasa Raharja from the management, operational and technical aspects of insurance services. Data processing in SIM based on online application had been implemented well to provide convenience to customers and the public through the use of the JRku application, so that community data that had entered could be immediately processed by the PT. Jasa Raharja. Data output in the application of SIM based on online application had been implemented to increase the improvement of work results in providing services.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the quality of outpatient services atAnggeraja District Health Center, Enrekang Regency. This study used quantitative research. The sample was 78 people who were selected accidentally sampling. The research data were collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive with the table method frequency. Data analysis was performed in the form of tables, pictures, frequency for testing the hypothesis. The results of this study indicated that the quality of outpatient services at the Puskesmas Anggeraja District as seen from dimensions of service quality, namely the tangible dimension (physical evidence), the dimension of reliability, dimension of responsiveness, dimension of assurance (assurance) and the empathy dimension (empathy). Services provided by the District Puskesmas Anggeraja was qualified because it had received good ratings by community based on the assessment indicators used, this was indicated by recapitulation of the five dimensions of service quality was in the range of interpretation 2.51-3.25. This showed that the quality of outpatient services provided in good quality.Keywords: quality of Puskesmas Services.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe innovative services in the Department of Population and Civil Administration of East Luwu Regency, by looking at how the relative benefits, suitability, complexity, possibilities and convenience provided to the community after the many new innovations that arose. This study used qualitative research with phenomenology type and the technique used purposive sampling to determine informants. The results of this study showed that only a few innovations were running normally, such as face to face service innovation implemented in the Office, relying on KTP-el, making online population documents, traveling services and on the street services which were new programs this year. Many obstacles were faced, such as the lack of human resources who understood technology, information and communication, many tools that required rejuvenation and uncertainty in the budget. In addition, the paradigm of society which was still traditional in nature was a challenge in changing people's views in facing technological advances, information and communication at this time.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of supervision on the prevention of drug abuse in the Baddoka National Narcotics Agency Makassar City and focused on drug abuse control in the Baddoka National Narcotics Agency Rehabilitation Center Makassar City. This study used a quantitative sample of 53 people by using saturated sampling so that the total number of employees was sampled. Data were collected by using a questionnaire instrument. The data was analyzed quantitatively using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that the influence of supervision of drug abuse prevention at the National Narcotics Agency Baddoka Makassar Rehabilitation Agency, there was a significant influence between control and drug control. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. Furthermore supervision of the employee was also influenced by direct and indirect supervision techniques.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the evaluation of the service system at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services in Pangkep Regency. This study  used descriptive qualitative research methods. The informants in the study were 12 people. The data collection technique used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness application of online-based service systems was quite effective from the aspect of achievement objectives and forms of implementation based on IKM each 6 months. But constrained on servers, networks, and community operations. Service system efficiency online-based was efficient in terms of cost and time. Responsiveness application of online-based service systems was good in terms of response and community satisfaction. The accuracy in application was correct from the aspect accuracy of purpose, while the aspect of accuracy of benefits, had not been maximized because some people had not been able to access services online.Keywords: Evaluation, Public Service, and One Stop Integrated Service.This study aimed to find out the evaluation of the service system at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Services in Pangkep Regency. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of the agricultural service in the program to improve the welfare of farmers in the district of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used  qualitative research. The number of informants in this study was 3 people. Data collection used l observation, interviews with a number of informants such as; the head of the agriculture department, the head of the farmer group and the community. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation, the method triangulation. The data analysis technique used  interactive analysis. The results of this study showed that the role of the agricultural service in the program to improve the welfare of farmers in the district of West Nusa Tenggara was good, this was proved by the existence of more advanced developments such as providing technology packages, conducting demonstrations or examples of the use of agricultural technology tools. In this case, farmers used to use traditional tools such as hoe, but now they used tractors. encouraging farmer groups to increase agricultural production, for example they chose superior seeds, subsidized fertilizers, as well as medicines so that the yields obtained  increased rapidly without any obstacles.

Abstract

This studi purposed to manage parking in Makassar City,through a public private partnership in the implementation of elektronik parking terminals (TPE) in the Makassar City Parking PD with the aim to increase regional original revenue (PAD). The research method used qualitative research with phenomenological research type.Data collection was carried out throught observation,interviews and documentation of informants directly involved .the result of this study showed that the public private partnership in the implementation of elektronik parking terminals (TPE) in PD Parking Makassar City was seen from the characteristics of the partnership (1) the was a written agreement in the determining partnership (2) objectives in the partnership (3) sharing of responsibilities for riks (4) resources,costs and benefits.then seen from the pattern of partnerhip interaction,Namely (1) the government regulates,controls and evaluates independently  (2) there was interaction between the government and the community.

Abstract

This study purposed a strategy to improve the work performance of civil servants and state education and training institutions in Enrekang Regency.This study used qualitative research with its type was descriptive. The number of informants in this study were 8 people using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the strategy of increasing the work performance of the state civil service staff and the regional training and training district of Enrekang was effective. This could be seen from the quantity aspect seen from the work programs that had been planned in each sub-sector, all of which had been realized effectively, as evidenced by the level of percentage of work that was more dominant above 90%, the aspect of timeliness seen from the number of work programs that had been planned to be implemented in on time, aspects of effectiveness the cost of all work program in each sub-sector was above 60% and even reached 100%. But in the aspect of quality and oversight had not been effective, although there was an increase in performance in the aspect of quality but employee discipline was still low because it only of supervision requiredvmore routine supervision.
