Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of learning methods to recognize endangered animals using augmented reality which is applied in Baiturrahmah Kindergarten in Batam city. This application results in changes in the teaching and learning process at Baiturrahmah Kindergarten. TK Baiturrahmah is located in Kav. Sagulung Baru block A RT.01 RW.03, Sungai Binti, Kec. Sagulung, Batam City, Prov. Riau islands. This research is a qualitative research with analytical methods using data collectors. Based on the results of the study, with the existence of software that makes it easier for the teacher to carry out teaching and learning. However, there are several things that need to be considered, namely on several objects, besides that, although the application of the learning method is sufficient for teaching and learning needs in Baiturrahmah Kindergarten, both the principal and the teachers still do not quite understand the learning method. In the end, this learning media still cannot be fully utilized optimally.

Abstract

Ornamental fish has become a fishery commodities that have greats potentials to be developed. Keeping ornamentals fish is one of the populars hobbies in developed countries and is gaining popularity in many developing countries. The aquarium is one of the containers for cultivating and maintaining ornamental fish, both freshwater and seawater fish. Ornamental fish can live and grow well in an aquarium requiring some good care including feeding, oxygen, light, and good water quality. Timely feeding and monitoring of water conditions in the aquarium is not easy. Ornamental fish owners usually pay less attention to water conditions because they are busy. Therefore we need a water condition monitoring system and automatic feeding. This study aims to design an internet of things (iot)-based smart aquarium that can monitor pH, temperature and turbidity of aquarium water as well as an IoT-based automatic feeding system. Design a smart aquarium using NodeMCU ESP8266, pH Sensor SEN0161, Temperature Sensor DSB18B20, Turbidity Sensor SEN0189. The design in this research includes hardware design (electrical and mechanical) and software design. Monitoring and controlling of this system can be done using a smartphone that is connected to the controller via auth from the blynk application. Testing on the tool using an aquarium. The results of the study concluded that the design of a smart aquarium based on the internet of things (iot) can work well

Abstract

PT Epson Batam is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of devices, scanners, and Ink Cartridges. CISM is the department responsible for making printer scanners. One of the processes in the CISM department is the process of combining between ic or die and pcb called module using a Die Attach machine located in the FOL area. based on the QC report in 2021 there are defects in Die products which dppm per month exceeding the company's defect standard of 4.700 dppm per month. This study aims to analyze the control of defect chipping die on die attach machines. The sampling method uses probability sampling. The data analysis uses the PDCA (Plan-DO-Check-Action) method. This study also used the FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) method to find the source of the defect, continued on the OPC (Operation Process Chart) method to see whether there has been a checking process according to the SOP in the company and at the final stage of making proposed improvements to minimize the cause of the defect. The results showed that the main cause of defect chipping die was due to foreign material due to an ineffective cleaning process because it was carried out per 100,000 pcs. Based on the OPC analysis, the improvements made were to improve the cleaning schedule from 100,000 pcs to twice a day through shiftly cleaning metal collets. The defect control using the PDCA method which was carried out during March - June 2022 the CISM department succeeded in reducing defects below company standards. in the form of SOP.

Technological developments from time to time are very rapid starting from the environment and technology where all needs are easily obtained both face-to-face and indirectly, namely through technology media. . Cooperatives are institutions or business entities within the community that are owned and operated by their members to fulfill common interests in the economic field. Cooperatives have a goal to improve the standard of living of cooperative members, help the lives of cooperative members in economic terms and become one of the savings and loan services. Fuzzy logic is one of the logics that is able to determine and produce fairer decisions and fuzzy logic is an improvement from Boolean logic which deals with the concept of partial logic. The Tsukamoto method is a method used to assist in providing recommendations quickly, precisely and accurately. The Tsukamoto method is the most monotonous of all methods in fuzzy logic. The way this method works is by assigning unequivocal values ​​to all data and finding the best average of each possibility as the final result..

Abstract

Rajawali Petshop, which is one of the stores that provide products for pets, which has been operating since January 2020, has continued to grow until now. Currently the sales system used by Rajawali Petshop is still using the conventional system, where consumers have to go to Rajawali Petshop to choose and buy the desired product, sometimes employees have to ask the warehouse first to see the availability of the product stock they are looking for, thus making consumers have to wait. After the product sought by the consumer is obtained, the consumer makes a payment to the place provided, namely the cashier. The cashier will recapitulate the sales data by transferring the proof of payment into the notebook to be used as a report to the Petshop owner. The method applied in this research activity applies the Waterfall model SDLC method. The waterfall method is very structured and easy to understand, because it is like a waterfall that descends down in stages. From the results of the analysis, design and manufacture of application programs that have been described, it can be concluded that web information systems can help consumers buy products online, this is considered to provide convenience for consumers, especially shop owners in disemenathing imformation and consumers in accessing the information need through the menus in the information system.

Abstract

Clothing is useful for protecting and protecting from the heat of the sun, smog, and other objects that can irritate the skin. However, a healthy body requires clean, fragrant and neat clothes, to have them all, we must wash the clothes we will use. R&R Tayloor With Assyifa Londry is one of the MSME businesses founded by shop owner Mrs. Dew who specializes in washing clothes, carpets, shoes, dolls and the like in washing machines. As for the problems experienced by customers where receipts or notes are sometimes lost and wet, the second problem is that the laundry business owner does not have customers anymore, so for this problem the researcher wants to find a solution by designing an Android - London-based Go Application that can be used by customers and shop owners to Manage laundry orders. The Android-based Go - laundry application is the result of a project that with this Android-based laundry ordering application allows customers to easily place laundry orders and can save electronic records stored in the Go - Londonry application, reducing customer anxiety if the Londonry owner's paper print is lost or wet. The benefits that R& Tayloor has with Assyifa Londry are attracting more customers than before, increasing transaction value and maintaining customer loyalty for R&R Tayloor with Assyifa Londry. In this design the researcher uses the darts programming language with a framework to facilitate the design of the researcher's Go-londry application. The test method used in the study is the black box test, the black box test is the AR screen test to make it easier to use.

Abstract

Sales transaction data unmanaged at the toko surya elektronik causes the absence of proper patterns in the procurement of goods and layouts that are not in accordance with consumer behavior. This greatly affects the level of sales and marketing strategy. The absence of consumer analysis through transaction data is a problem faced by toko surya elektronik in increasing sales. So we need an analysis that can help the toko surya elektronik in providing information about behavior of the consumers and what items are needed, so that the toko surya elektornik can ensure the inventory of goods according to consumer needs. This study applies a data mining calculation technique using appriori algorithm and managed on the Tanagra software. This research will help toko surya elektronik organize inventory and layout of goods according to consumer interests based on the value of support and confidence.

Abstract

PT TDK Electronics Indonesia Terdapat permasalahan pada struktur gudang material yang dapat mengakibatkan banyaknya jenis waste di dalam gudang, antara lain waktu pencarian yang lama pada saat mencari material di gudang adalah 30 menit, waktu transit pada saat pengangkutan material ke gudang adalah 20 menit atau dari stok ke gudang dalam 10 menit dan waktu pengiriman saat menempatkan bahan ke gudang adalah 20 menit. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi pemborosan adalah pendekatan lean. Tujuan penerapan Lean adalah untuk menghilangkan pemborosan yang terjadi dalam proses produksi dan mengurangi biaya pemborosan. Untuk menggambarkan adanya persediaan bahan baku yang ditolak digunakan metode Value Stream Mapping. Setelah melakukan analisis pemborosan menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM), identifikasi pemborosan yang ada, analisis akar penyebab dan penghilangan pemborosan menggunakan alat Lean dilakukan untuk perbaikan desain Direkomendasikan untuk manajemen inventaris. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah waktu tunggu pengiriman dari supplier, waktu transit untuk membawa barang dari luar ke store, waktu tunggu bahan menunggu untuk dikirim. harus menunggu terlalu lama, waktu transit saat mengantri, waktu mencari bahan baku untuk kebutuhan produksi dan waktu transportasi saat memindahkan bahan baku dari barang ke bahan baku. pemohon. Usulan perbaikan store PT TDK Batam untuk mengurangi pemborosan yang terjadi antara lain penambahan material handling berupa gerobak dan tangga untuk mempersingkat waktu transit, modifikasi tata letak store, tata letak sebelum perbaikan Pemanfaatan ruangan = 77%, tata letak setelah perbaikan utilitas ruang = 37,11% dan memberikan label/coding pada setiap materi.

Abstract

PT ABC is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of lighting products and detection devices. This research was conducted in the maintenance department to support the lamp testing production process which focuses on the availability of critical maintenance spare parts. In this study only focuses on two types of spare parts, namely IC (integrated circuit) and IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor). Because they often run out of stock before the ordered orders arrive, because there is no set minimum stock order, and procurement costs tend to be high. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of safety stock, to determine the reorder point and to determine inventory control can achieve efficiency and can minimize inventory costs by applying the EOQ method. After applying the EOQ method, the number of safety stock on IC spare parts is 51 pieces, reorder points are 102 pieces and the procurement cost is Rp.527.345 compared to the company's method is Rp.3.351.828 by using the EOQ method it can save costs of Rp.2.824 483. Safety stock on IGBT spare parts is 3 pieces, reorder point 6 pieces. And procurement costs are Rp.1.097.571 compared to the company's method of Rp.5.942.656 by using the EOQ method to save costs of Rp.4.845.085.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled thee effeect of thee work environment on employee productiviity at PT Eusun Technology Batam. Ths stuidy aims to determine thee effeect of thee worke environmeent orn employe productiviity. Thee population inthis stuldy werre all employesof PT Eusun Technology Batam as many as 466 people. This type of techniique in this study obtained a probability sampliing techniqque whih is asampling technique based on thee fact that every member of thee population has thee same opportunity to be selected as a sample, so that it has a sample of 82 respondents. Thee variable value of thee work environment description is 14.80 with a percentage value of 49.35%. This value is not good, which means thee work environment at PT. Esun Technology Batam. While thee average value of employee productiviity is 38.87 with a percentage value of 59.80%. This value is not good, which means thee productiviity of employees at PT. Esun Technology Batam. Thee results of this study using correlation analysis showed a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001which meatns a significaant value of less than 0.05 which means correlated. While thee Pearson correlation value is 0.520.
