Abstract

Glaukoma is a disease in which eye pressure are abnormal or higher than normal causes damage to the opticnerve causing blindness that generally occurs in old age.but in the midst of the complexity, the lack of concern many people will eye health, prefer lifestyle and eating patterns that are instantaneous make eye disease glaukoma is currently sufferd by many yaoung people in the productive period.so increase the high eye diseases of glaukoma patients. Increased number of people with glaukoma eye dideases is dueto lack of knowledge about the symptoms of glaukoma eye disease, delay in handling and lack of experts or experts.so it takes the existence of an expert system to perform yhe diagnosis of glaukoma eye diases.user are asked to enter what symptoms are felt by the patient, then the system wil calculate the probality value of a disease and compare each probality of symptoms. Furthermore, the system will provide diagnostic result in the form of percentage, descriptions and treatment. Abstract

ABSTRACT An asylum seeker is a person who has applied for protection but his application is in the process of being determined. Batam is one of the cities in Indonesia that is home to asylum seekers. Asylum seekers in Batam stay at Hotel Kolekta Batam. Data for May 2022, the total number of asylum seekers staying at the Kolekta Batam hotel is 283 people. Asylum seekers from Afghanistan became the most inhabited with a total of 173 people. While living in Indonesia, the problem is communication with the surrounding community who use Indonesian, especially children. Although there are already Indonesian language learning programs, there is still a need for a more fun learning method, one of which is games. Games are more liked by children in terms of learning than using books. To overcome these problems, an Android-based Indonesian language introduction educational game was built using the MDLC method. The MDLC method is divided into several stages, namely concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution. This educational game has 4 sub-menus, namely: learn, play, about and exit. Educational games are accompanied by attractive designs and animations so that they are interesting to use for children to learn. Abstract

In this digital era, information systems are very important for all parties, especially for supplier businesses. Information systems have been applied to many companies ranging from small companies to large companies, so it can be said that information systems have become a basic need for people doing business. Information system is needed to help the work processes more efficiently because of its advantages that it can store information, process, and send information anytime and from anywhere as long as we hold a smartphone device that we always carry everywhere every day. Especially for supplier businesses that will deal with stock recording activities, orders from customers, and sales reports, therefore this study designed an Android-based system application to help so that stock recording is not done manually using handwriting, customer order data can be stored properly, and making sales reports automatically. The software used in building this application are visual studio, xampp, android studio. With the development of this android-based information system, it is hoped that it can help improve and expand the business performance by meeting the needs described above.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Amtek Precision Component Batam is a manufacturing company located in the Citra Buana III area, PT. Amtek Precision Component Batam is a manufacturing company located in the Citra Buana III area of ​​Batam City which produces hard disk drive components. The object of this research is the Brother TC-20A CNC drill machine at PT. Amtek Precision Components Batam. This study uses the OEE method, then measures the six big loss using Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. The study was conducted in January-June 2022 from the results of the calculation of the highest OEE value in June 2022 of 72.48%, the lowest OEE value in January 2022 of 72.18% with an average OEE value of 72.24%. is below the world standard, which is 85%. The result of the calculation of the six big loss factor that causes low engine performance is the breakdown loss factor with a value of 32.83%. Based on the fishbone diagram on the Brother TC-20A CNC machine, there are four factors that cause failure, namely human factors, machines, methods and materials. For this reason, it is necessary to propose weekly scheduled maintenance improvements and carry out training to improve employee performance.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that provides Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) which focuses on design, engineering, and manufacturing services for automotive, industrial and computer. In the facility maintenance department, there is a work accident problem with data on the number of work accidents for the last one year period as many as 24 cases. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause accidents in the workplace, determine the level of knowledge of employees regarding discipline regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and determine the level of knowledge of employees regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Finding a solution to improve your knowledge. The method used in this study is the Hazard and Operate Study (HAZOP) method. The number of samples surveyed this time was 30. Data collection consisted of questionnaires on each object to determine the characteristics of respondents, measurement of employees' level of knowledge in the area of ​​using personal protective equipment (PPE), and analysis of data on the Guttman scale. done by The results of this study show that there are still many undisciplined employees who do not know how to use personal protective equipment (PPE), which translates into an average employee knowledge level of 33%. concluded from the results. There is still an important relationship between employee knowledge and discipline when using PPE. Additional occupational health and safety training is recommended for each employee to increase employee knowledge and awareness of the importance of proper and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the workplace.

Abstract

Toy'S Garden is one of the bicycle distributors in batam city, in carrying out some of its activities, toy's garden still uses the manual method in determining the bicycles to be sold, this cause can losses to its business, from this problem an application system is needed that can help in facilitating the selection bicycles to be marketed. This study discusses the decision making of bicycle selection with fuzzy logic mamdani method, with the design of a system, is expected to help facilitate activities in determining the type of bicycle to be sold. The results of manual defuzzyfication bicycles of BMX Garuda 20 got a value of 0.4 and the results of the MatLab test got a value of 0.24. The results of manual defuzzyfication bicycle of the MTB Podang 20 obtained a value of 0.33 and the results of the MatLab test got a value of 0.23. The result of manual defuzzyfication of the MTB Impressa Race 26 got a value of 0.25 and the result of the MatLab test got a value of 0.76. The result of manual defuzzyfication bicycle of the SA Princess 16 got a value of 0.33 and the result of the MatLab test got a value of 0.23. From the results of the manual accumulation and the MatLab application, bicycle of MTB Impressa race 26 will be chosen.

Abstract

This is the era of very advanced technology , robots are one of the most useful tools for humans. This is useful for helping humans in all things work to be faster and more efficient. Which in this Covid-19 pandemic condition we are required to keep our distance from one another. PT. B'right PLN Batam is one of the leading energy companies in Batam which still uses a manual system in sending files. With this line follower car, it will be able to ease the work of employees in PT. B'right PLN Batam, and can reduce direct contact with other people in this pandemic condition. This study aims to design a line follower mobile robot to deliver files at the office using Android to help deliver files quickly and efficiently. The method used in this research is to utilize the MIT app inventor, which is used to design and control robots on Android Smartphones. The programming used to control this robot is Arduino. There are several important parts in this line follower car, namely Arduino, sensors, and drivers. With the Line Follower Car Robot, it is expected to be able to help employees of PT. B'right PLN Batam in carrying ourtheir duties.

In the use of augmented reality this can be in various ways such as making animations on the camera or forming a shape that appears from a sign or called a marker. In this case, the researchers made an augmented reality of tree species and this is used as an education about trees that is useful for people who want to use the tree for building purposes or others. This creation requires a marker so that when the camera is directed to the marker it will bring up an object from the marker and after that it will also bring up information about the tree so you can find out basically about the tree. In this application, researcher using tool for application design is Unity 3D and for tree 3D design is Blender also use Adobe Photoshop as editing the leaf of trees. The result of this application can installed on android device for support camera AR.

Abstract

Motorcycles are an option for everyone as a means of transportation because they are cheap and can be used for a long time. The increase in the price of consumer goods or daily necessities such as the increase in fuel prices, even on religious holidays (eid), or often Also known as fluctuation (seasonal), the problem that often occurs in making sales plans is when sales predictions are made. If the company is too small, the company will run out of goods and vice versa. The purpose of this research is that it is hoped that this research can help companies to make decisions in providing stock. Processing of motorcycle sales data as much as 170 and 3 attributes that exist in the data selection using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm method produces predictions of sales of Honda motorcycles with the metric type more in demand by consumers than the sport and CUB types. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbord algorithm with an accuracy value of 97.65%.
