A trade union is an organization founded to protect the rights of every worker.In the world of work, this organization is the most important element of the Union Organization established by workers, by workers and also for workers. Which means that this union organization was founded to foster, protect and also fight for every human being who works in a company. This organization has the aims of being free, independent, open, democratic and responsible. Almost all companies in Indonesia are members of worker or labor union organizations, including the city of Batam which is famous as an industrial city. One of the companies in Batam that is part of a trade union or labor organization and that organization is still active is a company operating in the electronics sector, namely PT TEC INDONESIA. The trade union organization or workers at this company is named SPEE-FSPMI PUK TEC which was founded in 2020 led by Mochamad Mustofa, and secretary Masrial, treasurer Fitri Kurniawati, along with management who have responsibilities in their fields.

As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads to 216 countries, outdoor activities such as sports, shopping, traveling, and even working at home are reduced to reduce the spread of the virus. This also affected employees living in the Batam dormitory. They have to ask the supervisor for permission to leave if they want to do things outside the dormitory area. However, the licensing system in the Mukakuning dormitory is still done manually, with a permission letter requested from the supervisor's office for permission to leave. This causes many licensing problems, one of which is the difficulty of getting an exit permit. which serves for a more organized and safer licensing process. The design of this system is carried out using the waterfall method, which is used in this study because this method is easier to use and easier to understand. The results showed that the web-based exit permit system can be used in the Mukakuning dormitory and can help more secure exit permit data collection. This system uses programming algorithms, QR cards, and black box system testing methods. The result is a system that is very well designed and can be used directly for the licensing process at the Mukakuning dormitory..

In studying the field of Meteorology and Geophysics, monitoring wind speed is very useful for human activities such as activities related to transportation. Excessive wind speed can hinder fishermen from carrying out their work when they want to catch fish at sea and hinder fish drying activities when there is strong wind. The lack of digital activity or availability of smartphones also makes it difficult for fishermen to find out the current wind speed, such as through wind monitoring applications so that fishermen only see wind speed based on the movement of objects around them that are blown by the wind. In this regard, a tool is needed to measure wind speed called an anemometer along with its monitoring to produce information about how much wind speed is occurring in the surrounding environment. This wind speed monitoring tool can find out how much wind speed is occurring. The design of this wind speed monitoring tool uses an Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, an I2C LCD to display information about the wind speed, an anemometer sensor which functions as a sensor that will measure wind speed, the results of which will be displayed via the I2C LCD in real-time.

In the current era of globalization, the use of mobile devices has become an important part of daily life by providing easy internet access to various online service applications. Security is an important aspect to deal with increasing general crime in Indonesia, for this reason innovation is needed to develop a remote home security application to prevent theft. The solutionis to create a home monitoring tool that adopts CCTV cameras. Which uses ESP32-CAM as a microcontroller which can be monitored via the application, there is also a PIR Sensor to detect living objects. The output produced is a buzzer as an alarm sound warning and there is also a notification in the application.

HKBP Trans Barelang Church has a system that runs without using computer-based or digital application-based information systems. The issue at the HKBP Trans Barelang church is the difficulty faced by congregation members in accessing congregation data. Registering as a member also involves a more complicated registration process, where you have to go to the church officials and fill out paper forms. Furthermore, one of the church's business processes, such as collecting tithes, offerings, or donations, is not flexible. This happens because to provide these things to the officials, one has to personally visit the congregation officials and fill out information on paper related to tithe and donation data. This research was conducted using the waterfall method, where the design and development of the system follow the processes in the waterfall stages. The results of this research show that the HKBP church information system provides convenience to officials in managing church administration, handling tithes and offerings, and making announcements about church activities using a system that is easier to reach and access. The HKBP Trans Barelang Church information system makes it easy to store congregation member data in the form of a database stored on the church's server.

Developing business management applications for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is becoming increasingly important in the ever-changing digital age. A project's success is greatly enhanced by the appropriate software development method. The purpose of this research is to compare RAD and XP methods for MSME business management applications. A thorough examination of the concepts of both RAD and XP helps to understand the significant differences between the two methods. In contrast to RAD, which emphasizes rapid development with short iterations, XP prioritized a team approach that involves continuous testing, flexibility, and agile planning. This research guides software developers and MSME business owners in selecting the appropriate methodology for developing business management applications. By comprehending the distinctions, advantages, and challenges of each approach more thoroughly, it is anticipated to achieve efficiency and success in developing business management applications for MSMEs.

In order to improve the quality of maintenance reports produced by PT.Schneider, a maintenance report information system that is easy to use and operates instantly is required. Accordingly, it is anticipated that this system would be able to provide users with security data reports and generate accurate information that can be used to support the process of developing technician training materials. where reports are now manually entered, written down, and then re-entered into an Excel file at the conclusion of the workday. The development of information technology has had a significant influence on various areas of life. As time goes by, the development of new and sophisticated technology continues to occur, one of which is efforts to increase the efficiency of product distribution so that it can reach customers more quickly. PT Pulau Mas Moro Mulia is a company engaged in the distribution and trade of goods across countries. However, PT Pulau Mas Moro has not felt the benefits of technology because it still uses a manual system. PT Pulau Mas Moro is experiencing problems in terms of document management because it does not have adequate information technology to update documents. This has an impact on companies, such as frequent loss of imported goods due to discrepancies in data from the goods sent to their destination, causing losses for the company. To avoid this incident, a system is needed that is able to control the accuracy of documents for imported goods. Systems designed using the prototype method can be web-based export and import systems. The results of this research succeeded in designing an information system that combines the company's business needs with modern web design principles.

The development of technology is getting faster every day, many technologies are used in many fields. The number of new technologies that appear. Innovations made using current technology can ease human work rather than having to be done manually. This research discusses the Design of a Room Temperature Control System Using the Fuzzy Method. The purpose of designing this tool is to control the temperature in the room and is designed in the form of a prototype. With the Fuzzy Mamdani method, this tool can help make human work lighter. This room temperature control uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller, I2C LCD to show the temperature and the number of people in the room, DC Motor Driver as a fan speed regulator, Infrared Sensor to detect people entering and leaving the room, DHT11 Sensor to detect temperature and Fan as a room temperature controller. If the number of people is large and the temperature is getting hotter in the room then, the fan can work to cool the room. The software used in this research is Arduino IDE. Based on the research results, this room temperature control can work effectively.

Business feasibility analysis in MSMEs Ayam Geprek Sambal Lesung Paradisa is an aspect of feasibility study assessment to avoid risks in a business. The purpose of this study is to assess the business feasibility of MSMEs Ayam Geprek Sambal Lesung Paradisa. To determine the level of feasibility in terms of several aspects, namely legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, and management aspects. The research uses qualitative analysis from several aspects, namely legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, and management aspects, the results of this study show that MSMEs Ayam Geprek Sambal Lesung Paradisa is feasible to run and have good prospects for development.
