Abstract

God created man with a dimension of perfection that encompasses many dimensions, namely; jasadiyah that arranges everything physical aspects of the human dimension; and nafsiyah which regulates desire as well as mind and thoughts, feelings, will and freedom to live life on earth; and the dimensions of ruhiyah that has spiritual and transcendental aspects and can collaborate with dimensions of jasadiyah and nafsiyah. Early childhood education or tarbiyah al-aulād is an effort to optimize the children’s potencies in accordance with the nature of the various dimensions to perfection. Abstract

Education which is derived from revelation of Allah and sunnah of Prophet Muhammad becomes the main component in moslem's character building. Human is created with four potential abilities such as; instinct, sense, mind and religion. These potential abilities are used by human beings to equip themselves as the khalifah (the caliph) in the earth. Through education, human potential abilities must be developed and actualized well because human beings are bound with their values, duties, and responsibilities. The religious values are always corresponded with human's natural tendency so that becomes the basis in designing Islamic education sistem wich is implemented in formal and informal education, especially in the family. Religious values must be included in education goal, curriculum, media, and process which is still continuing up to now. The implication of the education which is full of religious values is human beings can do their Jobs and their responsibilities as the caliph. In conclusion, it can be said that human beings who have religious values can be called as truly moslems. Keywords: religious values, education, moslem's character

Abstract

Majelis taklim is one place that effectively became the venue for education and propagation of Islam since the time of the Prophet until now. it socializes the teachings of Islam in building an advanced, independent and civilized society (khair ummah), provides solutions for both men and women. It functions as center for value of peace, center for community development, and the agent of social control. Majelis taklim imitates the way The Prophet Muhammad delivered revelations that he received to his companions. He did the ta’lim in some places such as Dār al-Arqām, house of the Prophet, his companions’ houses, and al-shuffah. He also provides certain days to teach religion for women. Abstract

Khawarij’s main doctrine is the doctrine of takfir. For this sect, those who do not determine the law according to the Qur'an is kafir. So are those who perpetrated a great sin that they have to be killed or combated. However, Khawarij also has some fairly nuanced subsects, from ones whose understanding of the hardest, such as al-Azariqah, until slightly soft, like al-Sufriyah. Historical, socio-cultural, geographical and psychological factors had form Khawarij’s doctrines into radical, fanatic and anti-compromise. Historically, Khawarij sect born from hard friction between Ali and Mu’awiyah. In socio-cultural and geographical sphere, this group comes from Bedouin tribes who live in the barren and arid desert thus forging a strong character. In addition, the geographic position, away from the center of civilization, had form insular insight. The radicality also caused by the psychological elements that appear as a result of the rejection of their proposals against Ali to cancel arbitration with Mu'awiyah. This rejection has aroused their hurt and grudge so that they are against any person or any government who is not among their group. Keywords: Khawarij, takfir, doctrines, radical

Abstract

Kitab kunings have significant influence on positive law in Indonesia, especially those with Syafi’ite school. Since the 13th century, in the beginning of the Syafi'ite school tradition come to Nusantara, the position of the kitab kunings had fluctuated until the final third of the 20th century, in which this tradition is absorbed into positive law in KHI. However, only private law that is politically acceptable in the Indonesian legal system. The Islamic criminal law, since the colonial period, could not be reserved well. Abstract

This study examines the puppet mask dance drama with the play Panji Reni Malang. This study focuses on the literary aspect relation to the Panji stories Reni terms of story structure. The Analysis of Panji story structure includes a series of plot, characters, themes, as well as sociological aspects. Exposition and instabilitasjuga as the beginning of the conflict appeared on the scene Janggala. Travelling flow switch on tahapkomplikasi and climax, this happens on a rural scene. The most recent series of plots that denoument, and occurs in rural scene until the scene Balinese kingdom. The characters in this drama are dominated by Raden Panji Asmara Bangun and Dewi Anggraeni. Another figures are Raden Panji Amiluhur (King Jenggala), Raja Panji Jayeng Tilam, Gadhing-Layaran-Pamecut and King Klana Jayeng Tilam. Another characters are Patih Kudapati, King Klana Maduretna, Patih Sabrang, Patih Bali and Bali soldiers. Daughter figures consist of Goddess Tejaswara (Queen Jenggala) and Dewi Anggraini. Supporting roles are Semar, Bagong, and demons. Sociological aspects of the story is influenced by the notion that people outside Java has a very violent temper, with no discretion. Background asa part forming Reni Panji stories can be performed in their entirety include Jenggala Kingdom scenes, scenes of forests, mountains or countryside scenes, scenes of Sebrang kingdom, and the Kingdom of Bali scene.
